He's a nice man. But the woman on the phone, customer service???,was extremely rude to both myself and my husband. Unacceptable! When my husband called and told her that the oil had not been delivered, she basically called him a liar and said that he didn't know what he was talking about.Amazingly,45 mins. later, the oil was delivered. No call back to confirm its delivery. End of story. Attitude is everything. We won't be calling them again.

My elderly parents AC in their pickup truck completely failed during a recent heatwave. Naturally, they were concerned and stressed about the repair process. As we are moving them here in 3 weeks. My daughter is driving that truck, my father, and 2 large dogs to MS. My mom and I will be in a rental following. Ed knew this information and treated us like family. From the moment they arrived, the service was exceptional. Ed took the time to speak with them directly, patiently explaining the completed AC repair without using overwhelming jargon. He showed a level of compassion that is truly rare in any industry. He prioritized their repair to get them back on the road safely and comfortably as soon as possible. The work was done flawlessly, at a fair price, and with outstanding communication throughout the process. My parents are thrilled to have their AC working again, but even more so, they are grateful for the kindness they received. He should be your forever mechanic, and I will be recommending Ed at JB Auto to everyone. Thank you for your honest, expert, and compassionate service. He is even going to assist my mom in selling my father's motorcycle! Who does that? A true hero, that's who! ~ Karrie Davis Long Beach Mississippi

July 23, 2015 at 4:47pm After noticing a burning smell while driving down the mountain with a friend into town from our campsite, and checking the oil to see that it seemed to be empty, The Pit Stop was the first place we found. Although Chad was pretty swamped, he managed to fit my friend's car in in about an hour and not only filled the oil and alerted her to a big leak(and gave us pointers on how to keep on top of it for the drive home to San Francisco), but also vacuumed the floor of the front seat of the car. The other place in town we called took my number and didn't call back til the next day. No big, folks are busy, but I'm not sure what we would have done if we hadn't found The Pit Stop. Thanks Chad!
