That cost is as much as the actual repair of it all. My insurance covered it, but it is a very astonishing price. What I really didn't like ... their workers broke the backsplash of my vanity when taking it out. Fine, and the insurance will cover it, but don't leave it to the home owner to find on their own. Also they broke the glass in a photo frame, again not too big of a deal, but they did not tell me about that either and left me to find it on my own. The company did not dust when leaving. After cutting out backer board and particle board behind linoleum, there was an incredible amount of dust layering my whole first floor. I had to call them and gave them come back to do it- and I helped him do it. And lastly, their workers sometimes swore while in my home working. I have children and this made me and them very uncomfortable. I'd reccomend trying a different company if you have a choice. They did dry my home on a Sunday. I appreciate that

911 Restoration is THE company to call if you have any need for water/mold/fire/smoke/etc damage…read moreremediation (I'm seriously confused why they don't have more Yelp reviews, and like reviewer Sean below, would definitely give more stars here if I could). Chris and his team are incredibly professional, thorough, and communicative. They were available to come out to our house within hours of us calling and had the job completed to our highest satisfaction less than 3 days later. The quality of work and the communication was exquisite -- we felt very well taken care of, like we were premier customers -- which helped reduce the stress induced by finding this leak just days before we had a full house of guests arrive. I was also impressed with Chris' ability to give us a quote on the spot, and the price seemed completely reasonable. I'm so thankful we found 911 Restoration, and they will for sure be our first call for these types of remediation needs in the future (though, I'm crossing my fingers we don't NEED their services!). Thank you Chris & the whole 911 Restoration team!

Chris was very professional, gave me some ideas on a Honeywell thermostat (we're not BIG fans of the new NEST thermostat), showed me how to read the error codes on our furnace (watch the number of red light flashes and compare it to the brochure left with the furnace).
