Don't waste your money here. Drive seven miles to Williams and get a decent hotel with an actual breakfast.

Star gazing, fishing, frisbee golf, board games, s'mores...all the greatest parts of camping but with real beds, heat/AC and running water. About an hour from the Grand Canyon. I would totally stay here again.

Great small touches and amenities throughout - from slippers to a nice selection of board games to take back to the room to a telescope set up at night to kayaks for use on the small pond. Food was great. Tabitha was the best server I've ever had in my life. We were only going to do dinner one night in the restaurant, and actually ended up driving back from the Grand Canyon the next night to eat again just to have her as our server again. Friendly, knowledgable, and fun. Can't rave enough about her. All around this is a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and a great home base if you're doing the Grand Canyon (it took us about an hour and a half to get there), or just want to get off the grid for a little while. They're new, and I can only imagine they're going to keep improving - next time we'll definitely try to get one of the hot tub rooms, which seem to book up well in advance (naturally).

The staff is really friendly. Everyone had a smile on their face and constantly said hello. It was very welcoming. The Trail house and art studio are great additions to the property. You can't take art classes or rent equipment for hikes or bike rides. In both spaces the people are very knowledgeable. Food choices are good. They have coffee shop with a variety of snacks and a couple restaurants. The pool is nice and the tennis bc outta and pickleball courts couldn't have a more scenic view. The Bad - The rooms are pretty dated. They need an upgrade at those prices. I had a patio to sit on but didn't have any chairs on the patio so I couldn't really use it. The room was dark and dim. No soft close toilet seat. Bathroom products were pretty average. Food prices are out of control. I realize it's a resort and we are a captive audience, bit please don't make things grossly overpriced. Don't pay for a private biking tour. Go yourself. The prices for those are outrageous. Download All Trails and go it on your own. Otherwise homes are going to run you $350 per person. That's just not worth it unless you middle name is "moneybags".

From the moment you arrive, they take you in a golf car and everything feels calm, intentional, and peaceful. The restaurant is amazing every dish tastes crafted with real care. And the live music during dinner? Man, that adds a whole extra layer of relaxation. Sitting there, eating good food, with soft music floating in the air and the Sedona scenery around you... it just hits your soul in the best way. If you want a place that brings beauty, peace, and a vibe you won't forget this is it. Highly recommended.

Worth every penny. I love the open glass windows and the rooftop where you can stars gazed. I love the sense of being with nature from your own room. Location is Close to many hiking trails and they have cars to drive you to town within 2 miles radius of the hotel. Luxurious linens and comfortable bed was a big win for me as I am a very sensitive sleeper. The attention to details and ensure your level of comfort are thoughtful, The all inclusive non alcoholic beverages and snacks in the room was a plus. Beautiful spa, small but again the most gorgeous interior design for the treatment room I have everseen. The spa locker room is a bit strange with a toilet inside without an enclosure. They only have one sauna outside and no shower unless you arrange with the desk. I also tried the oxygen bath...not exactly sure what it did except to feel like just soak in a bath tub :) my therapist was nice but feel green, she did her job and check in for pressure but didn't really deliver and addressed my issue. I was very tired from my early morning hike and felt asleep yet my awareness I know my massage felt like it was rubbing oil or a lotion application instead of a true therapeutic works. The restaurant could use some improvement with their cooking techniques as the food was just mediocre, lack of balance, flavor and strakbwas overcooked. I would leave the property for other food options on my next stay. Breakfast was fine, not a wowzer but it came with the stay so we are it, dinner were somewhat disappointed. Regardless we enjoyed our stay, LOVE and appreciate how attentive the guest services team are, and everyone delivered an above and beyond 5 star service and well run establishment. The cute little boutique shop in the lobby also carried and well thought out selection of products and branded merchandises. Thank you for a memorable stay.

However, when we initially arrived, the young front desk agent with red hair appeared to be on a personal phone call. She ended the call by saying "I love you," which made it seem like it may have been a conversation with a friend. After the call she greeted us, but throughout the interaction she seemed unsure and a bit confused about the information she was giving. I would strongly suggest additional training on customer service and job knowledge to ensure guests feel welcomed and confident in the information they receive. Especially at a property where guests are paying around $1,000 a night, first impressions and professionalism are very important. Aside from that initial front desk experience, everything else about our stay was wonderful.
