I was recently in town visiting my dad and after a long day, I was craving pizza. My sister has had a Mountain Mike's Pizza before and said great things about it. So we looked up the nearest one and headed over. It was right on the corner and there was plenty of parking. I'm assuming the neighborhood is a little sketchy, things were locked up and the cashier was behind heavy duty shield. I didn't feel unsafe at all. There were a couple customers already in there. There is plenty of seating inside. The cashier was nice and the girl who brought our food out was super sweet and attentive to what our table needed. Now, for the food, the pizza was 10 out of 10. It reminds me of Shakey's pizza, which is something we have in Southern California. Not sure if they have them in Northern California. The wings were good, no complaints! I'm not sure if they're frozen though, but they had a great flavor and they were cooked perfectly. They're not super fried either. So if you like yours crispy, you may need to ask them to do that, but I like them the way they were. Their ranch dip was really delicious too! That matters! They also were kind enough to give us boxes to go and we left satisfied and definitely have a place to go next time we're in town. I would come back here! read more

The App is buggy and won't let you order from past orders. Also, the App doesn't let you use coupons. The website is a little slow and finicky. pizza is good though. Too bad the owners are loosing out on prolly like 60% of the people that try to order a pizza. I've now deleted my account and will no longer waste my time with their app that has been "trying" to work for the last 2 years. I downgraded the review from 2 to 1 star after the typical bs reply to "email" customer service as I've already done this. I've sent 4 emails of which none were responded to. Tbh, i'd be surprised if Mounntain Mike's franchise lasts another 2 years. read more

I ordered from this location a few times a year for pick up and never had a problem. I placed the order on the MM's app and order always ready when I get there. The staff is always friendly and greets you when you walk in. The pizza is always made perfectly with fresh ingredients. I must say Mountain Mike's is one of the better pizza chain restaurants. read more

If you want a great pizza with sufficient cheese and generous toppings, don't go to this franchise. The last three orders I received were lousy. The pizzas were short on toppings. looked and tasted like crap. I will never order from this location ever again. I bought a $5.99 dollar frozen pizza from Safeway and it was better than the slop this franchise delivers. Three strikes and you're out! read more

Mountain Mike's is out go to for pizza. This particular day, we ordered a cheese pizza. I wasn't expecting much. I'm a carnivore. On a serious note, that was the best cheese pizza I've eaten. I prefer it over the pepperoni. There was an ample amount of cheese! They didn't skimp. The cheese pizza even tasted great cold! read more

11-14-2023...8:p.m. Phone order pick up...first time visit Customer service on the phone was bubbly...she took my order and info quickly and repeated it back without mistake. I arrived to a bubbly hello and we joked as I paid...kool peoples here... 4 stars due to this Mt. Mike's doesn't have bottled beer or beer on tap. Love MM's pizza but this one was a little undercooked, granted we were an order right before closing. I'll be back, but was a tad bit disappointed for my first time. Service was standard. A sign mentions a buffet - not sure if that's pre-pandemic or if they still have a buffet but I'd be interested in trying it. read more

I used the Yelp app to order online. Failed. Undeterred, I went straight to the Mountain Mike's website. I liked the site. Easy to use and had the OpenOffice ordering as a guest and to make payment at the store. Plenty of parking in the private lot. A lovely woman greeted me, confirmed my order, and provided fantastic hospitality. My pepperoni pizza was well prepared. Double cut, just as requested. I liked the toppings were spread to the edge of the pie. The crust was baked with the right amount of crunch. The curly pepperoni was fired perfectly and wasn't burnt. The cheese and sauce was delicious too. I'd order again! read more

Mountain Mike's Pizza - Pepperoni pie was beautifully made with pride! - Pizza Near Me - San Leandro, California

I really like Mountain Mikes pizza and usually order delivery. They usually get the order correct. The Mountain Mikes iphone app SUCKS!!!! The app constantly restarts and forgets all order info entered. I've tried reloading the app and still have the same problem. Very frustrating!! I was never able to get an order through on the iphone tonight. I ended up ordering on the desktop computer through a browser. Please fix the app. This has gone on for at least a few months and has lost you business. read more

We ordered Everest pizza. The crush was perfect, crisp and chewy. The toppings were great. I like how the pepperoni curled up to a crisp. (The pizza was a bit on the salty side for my taste, but most pizzas are anyway). The place was clean and staffs were friendly. What slightly bothered me was that the staffs weren't wearing their mask properly. They had the mask under their noses so we took the pizza togo instead of eating there. I would have appreciated more if they wore it properly. Overall good experience and I recommend it. read more

The best pizzas and amazingly fresh salads that are better than most restaurants'. Staff is kind and helpful.

Man ohhh man! What a great pizza! I always order the all meat, with tomatoes, thin crust, light red sauce, light cheese and well done. This Mountain Mikes nails it every-time! They are always so kind when they answer the phone and you can tell have a smile on their face. I love when I find good humans like this and BONUS! Great pizza too. They are always on time or before time when delivering, again, with a smile and pleasantness. #IAmMyBrotherAndSistersKeeper #DoGoodTodayThenBetterTomorrow read more

Mountain Mike's Pizza on Davis Street in San Leandro is our go to Pizza delivery place and it's usually great. Tonight, however, it was FANTASTIC. I love mountain mikes pizza! Their signature small, round pepperonis are so good. It's salty, crunchy, and they put it ALL over the pizza! We've gotten separate pizzas on different occasions. This location not honoring the rewards coupons. I made sure I added a rewards to my order $25 large 1 topping, garlic bread sticks and a 2 liter... my daughter went to pick it up and they only had the pizza. I specifically remember checking and double checking.. don't go to this location read more

OMG this was the best Pizza ever ! Because I just wanted a mini pizzas and they delivered excellent taste and price !

So.... I went onto the Mountain Mikes website to see what coupons were available to me. I selected my location and it popped up with 3 of them , one of which was a BOGO coupon. I called them to place my order and when i told her i had the BOGO she said they do not honor that coupon. I told her that i got it off the website after selecting available coupons in my area. She said she understood that but would not honor. I got very frustrated and ended up not ordering anything and told her that they need to update the coupon locations as this one was very misleading and false. I like when service is good and discount. Great pizza very close to my place. Too bad they closing so early

Good delivery time pizza dough is real good taste just right not too salty highly recommended

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place has the worst customer service ever. I wanted both red sauce and pesto on my $27 dollar pizza and they flat out refused to do it. They said they could do half and half but I could not have them both on the entire pizza. WTF?? They will put celery on the pizza if I want it but I can't have both sauces that I'm paying for. We don't do that here is what she told me!! I will never buy pizza from this store ever again. They could not give me a reason why and were rude as hell!! I will be calling the corporate office to really complain!! read more

We have been eating MM's for years, and now we live close enough to just walk over to pick up the pizza. However, we've decided to stop going. Every time we go there, the place smells like B.O. (not very appetizing for a restaurant). Every single time it's been because some random homeless person is hanging out where the video games are. The last one was twitching and muttering angrily to himself. This is a family restaurant, and there was a family with kids there. I heard one kid tell his dad he wanted to play video games, but he couldn't. Decent pizza, but sketchy homeless folks hanging around and stinking the place up is not the place I want to get food from. read more

The Everest is the way to go. ALL TIME FAVORITE. Staff is also polite & friendly. Definitely recommend

zero star's do not i repeat do not order from here they burn the oizza and the customer service is horrible!!!!

I come here (or used to) pretty often because they have a good lunch buffet special; all you can eat for less than $10! Great deal! However, I had not gone into the restroom before because I didn't have to use it, and the time that I do, I walk into a stinky room, with sticky floors, pee stains on the toilet and wall, no toilet paper available, and not even an air freshener to try and cover up the stench! I was grossed out and ended up just holding it until I left the place, but I couldn't even eat comfortably due to feeling grossed out. That restroom looked like it had not been cleaned in days! If the restroom is in such bad unsanitary conditions, it just makes me wonder what goes on in the kitchen?! - ugh. It's a restaurant people! Management should make sure that it is kept clean and presentable. It's a franchise, which means there's at least a few extra bucks somewhere to buy some cleaning supplies and have one of your workers clean the restroom ever morning, and at least have someone check its conditions occasionally throughout the day. read more

ridiculous I have no idea what is going on at this location tonight. I have bought pizza from here for over two years. Always great. Never an issue. Then there was tonight. Ordered pizza around 7 and turned on some tv. About an hour later I check my phone. I think it's kinda weird that there is no pizza. I have a missed call from mountain mikes three minutes ago. So I call them back and I get a girl who tells me that the driver just came back because she has been waiting outside for "a half hour in the cold" and that he called me "a million times". I told her that this is the only missed call I had and she asks me if I want it redelivered "because it might take a while". I said sure because you know... I've all ready paid. Her whole attitude was much to be desired. Finally got the pizza about a half hour later. Just opened it up and literally it is cold, which makes sense since its been about an hour and a half, but what doesn't make sense is the fact that THE PIZZA ISNT EVEN CUT. So thanks a lot davis st mountain mikes. Now I have to find a way to cut my cold pizza with a butter knife. read more

I was Here because my sister Is having a fundraiser event for her organization. The deal is that if you order anything and show the flyer 20% percent of your order goes to my sister organization. First thing is that they get my order wrong. Tried to give it back and get the bread sticks that I order but they said "if I return it, you loss the donation." Huh? So I just order the bread sticks and she didn't add the 20 percent into the new order because I didn't tell her to do so? I would have thought that would be common sense as we have shirts on and been sitting in the restaurant handing out flyers for 5 hours. Next the cheese has mold in it. Gross. read more

This Mountain Mike's Pizza just opened a couple of weeks or so ago, so my wife & I decided to check it out last Wednesday night. Our original plan was to just get a pizza (and maybe a salad) and take it home. But this Mountain Mike's offers a dine-in, all-you-can-eat buffet on Wednesday nights (as well as for lunch Monday through Friday). We changed our plans and ate in, instead. The salad part of the buffet was pretty basic: regular greens and other salad fixings & dressings. But there was a decent selection of different pizza types, including all-meat, different meat/veggie combos, Hawaiian and regular vegetarian. As the customers were eating the pizzas, the staff kept on bringing more out! But my favorite food for the night was their dessert pizza. It had brown and white sugar over the mozzarella on the pizza dough. It sounds weird, but it's very addicting. I ate almost an entire dessert pizza by myself! Overall, my Mountain Mike's experience was very pleasant. Other then Wednesday nights, I'll most likely get a regular pizza (and maybe a dessert one, too) to go, since I live so close by. read more
