Pizza tasted good, however, all toppings on the Combo were raw. Horrible customer service...no smiles, deadpan reaction from woman at the counter. She told another customer they were busy and they had 12 tickets they were working on. I'm sure the corporate office would not want their brand represented like this. read more

The food is good but the customer service is horrible. We waited at least 25 mins in line until an employee from the back noticed all the customers in line. She looked extremely annoyed that she had to help us. Then she kept using profanity with her coworkers & complaining about everything. She also yelled at some customers. Hopefully they reached out to management. read more

Visited for the first time. See my receipt. My friend and I wanted to try this pizza restaurant on Oroville. We have been hesitant to go here because unfortunately there is alot of homeless in front of the building and especially next door ( in front of Dollar Tree). We came here during the day and got the one topping pizza (they use small pepperoni) which was OK. It was a bit bready tasting but still satisfactory. They have lunch specials and all you can eat pizza specials ( check hours). They also serve beer and wine. They have a really good salad bar but it was not very clean so we passed on that. The staff needs to keep up on replenishing the salad bar and maintaining it! Overall it was decent but won't be back. The employees could work on being friendlier! read more

This was the first pizza parlour I went to after moving to Oroville. There was a woman walking out as we were walking in. She looked like a homeless person. Turns out she was the cook. I was in line behind a woman who was asking about everything. While she was working on placing an order a man came out of the kitchen. He looked like he just finished working on a car. He was unwashed and had grease on his forearm so we decided to leave. Shakey's is where I go for pizza. read more

I wanted salad with my Pizza. But the lettuce was swimming in 1/4 in. of water.!! I told an employee but they never did anything or put out fresh lettuce. The pizza is good. I have been going to MMP for 32 years. The Owner needs better trained employees if this franchise is to survive. read more

Popped in for a salad bar. But girlfriend also ordered the Everest pizza and we had a couple of tap beers. The food was all great. Pizza had almost everything on it, and plenty, no skimping here we got the whit sauce , thumbs up.Salad bar has plenty of selections and all fresh and looking good. The booth was comfortable and we were close to the TV , watched some college football and even thought about a Thursday night football trip sometime in the near future place is nice inside. Definitely will return soon , only downside was the waitress. Don't know what was going on in her life, but would not smile and seemed like she did not want to be there. But as I ate and observed , she worked her butt off, taking care of everything and no slowing down. read more

The pizza is always awesome but when some colleagues and i found ourselves stranded at a project site the gracious folks at mountain mikes in oroville allowed us to order delivery using a pin, as there was no formal address associated with our location. Trash. I was even stoned. Little to no sauce. Super dry. Only thing good was the salad had some cool stuff on it.

Can yu also train the crew to remove the human excrement from front of store immediately..sorry but the crazy tweaker guy out front stepped in it..that's how we saw it today. Not tryin change the world, but wow..look outside sometimes on shift! Best $50 large pizza ever! My family of three has been in bed for 96 hours with Covid. Tonight , feeling better , we ordered a pizza from MM. I have ordered pizza from this facility NUMEROUS times. I always ask for NO CHEESE, extra sauce on one of my pizzas!!! It has NEVER succeeded in my wishes. I always tip well anyway, Mountain Mikes, please pay attention in the requests your customers ask for!!! You read off the requests after my order and I'm always left extremely disappointed. I made a Yelp just to write this! This was my 5th time ordering! Not okay. read more

Expensive but good pizza. The location in Oroville is pretty rough but the employee handled the bum situation pretty good.

Awesome customer service Jordan was the best tonight he had a lot of patience hoping the food is exactly like the customer service

My favorite pizza in Oroville, service is OK, but like many places seem to have a high turnover. Just like a pizza place should be rooms in back for parties and some video games. read more

Great lunch specials with salad bar included, my go to once a week! Very kind and helpful staff.

Headed here Saturday night for a Geocaching event. We arrived around 6:30pm and the place wasn't to busy, by 8pm the place was packed. The event was in the back party room. It was nice and roomie. The room was clean. The tables and bench seats were very clean. When it came time to order, We went up to the counter and we were greeting by a nice young lady. She had one of the hugest smiles ever. We ordered pizza, salad and beer and got our 10% off for checking in. The salad bar was very clean and well stocked. The veggies tasted fresh and the dressing tasted like they were homemade (we know there not but.....) The crutons were not stale and the bacon bits were not real bacon. (super sad) Since we were a huge group of geocachers, I figured that our pizza order would take a long time, but I was wrong. I wasn't even finish with my salad when our pizza was placed in front of me. I say our pizza made it to our table with in 15 minutes after ordering it. The pizza was amazing. The crust was super soft and the toppings were very plentyful. The pizza was cooked with perfection. The pizza was amazing. After we ate we were enjoying some good geocahing movies. They girl who took our order came in the room and started busing the tables. That is the first time i've seen someone in a pizza place come bus tables while we were still sitting there. Customer service was on point. Seeing employees with a smile is huge. I'm sure if I lived in Oroville, I would order pizza from there all the time. Thank You Mountain Mike's Pizza for a good time. read more

Good pizza. And they put on lots of toppings!! I've ordered form them 3 times now. They have a nice salad bar as well. I see lots of bad reviews but maybe they've changed since those reviews. Like I said it's been perfect all 3 times. And its crispy and delicious! read more

Wow, another big disappointment after 6 months I'm surprised this place just gets worse and worse, I drove 30 mins and waited over 40 mins for 1 mountain size pizza, now to mention the disappointment, I had to physical go check on my order knowing that its sitting on the cold counter the entire time, the cashier (who claims to be the son of some type of shift leader) really need to get his stuff together and be more professional, "Do Not" put ur Hoodie over your head if your going to represent the store as a customer service, pizza was again another huge disappointment, with it being cold the sausage portion was very low and cheese was barely cooked, I will not be returning to the store! And please! Why is none of the employees following Covid 19 protocols, Facemask!!! read more

Great pizza! Never had any issues with my orders. Highly recommend! I just wish they offered delivery in my area.

I really loved this place, but ever since about a month ago they been sloppy on the pizza. I ordered a large and i got more damn red sauce than anything else. Please employees fix this. I will give an update an 2 weeks hope i can change the one star to 5 star. read more

The quality of the pizza is ok. Needs more toppings and sauce but that's just my personal preference. Great ranch. If you like more bread than you'll really like this place. A little overpriced but what small business isn't right now?! Ordered from this place twice now and was sadly disappointed. Both times we got it delivered during a weekend night. I knew it would take longer than normal but not 1hr 45 min after I put the order in. They forgot our sauces and didn't bring change when I told them in advance that I had a hundred. We ended up putting the pizza in the oven to warm it up. I'm trying to only supporting local businesses during this time and willing to give them another shot. Hopefully there's not a third strike. I will say that the staff we came in contact with was very friendly though. I'm not sure if they are short staffed or just poorly managed but I feel like this place is better than the experiences we've had. read more

I work for mountain mikes at this location and I like to read our reviews as a way to bring attention to what we need to work on and fix. I notice alot of the bad reviews werw from 2014 to early 2016 and Id like to mention we are under new mamagement and working very hard to come up from under the bad name they left we have cleaned the place tremendously our new manager is very serious about cleanliness we have new carpets because i agree the old ones had seen their last days long before they were replaced we have pretty much an all new crew with some old friendly faces too. Maybe someday you guys can give us another chance i can assure you it will be a better experience read more

This is my family's go-to place for first birthdays for the little ones Only had one issue with a Karen customer one year who walked into our reserved private party and tried to kick us out on our time so she could "set up for her son's party". We weren't even there 15 minutes. Hadn't had pizza yet either. Either way, the adults cussed her out while the kids were playing at the arcade and I believe they got management to get her to leave us alone. This was actually a SUPER long time ago but still, my family loves the food there. read more

If I could give this place a negative number I would, first we ordered the 2 small pizza's with bread sticks and told us 20 minutes we came back they told us we are finishing the order just a couple more minutes, then the guy cutting the pizza asked who made this pizza, didn't say anything to us. I asked to break a $20 bill and he said no we don't have it so I said ok turned around and was walking out to get change from somewhere else and dude started talking sh%t to his co workers about how he's not a bank and some other stuff my husband heard everything and wanted to punch this guy out. I came back in and my husband told me that he was talking sh%t so I asked for a manager who was not in. An hour and 10 minutes later we got our food. Regardless this guy should not be in customer service very rude and had no patience with any of the customers read more

Order pizza with no bell peppers It was delivered with bell peppers called the store asked for the manager spoke to Austin whom said he was was the manager . He said they could remake it so I was like can you get it here in 20 mins . He said your being rude to me here talk to my manager rudely. I was going to pick it up the web site says 20 mins . So then a even ruder best friend of Austin Anthony got on the phone when I told him that I was treated rude he said no your rude why your getting a free pizza which I can't eat So I drive down cause its quicker to pick up.. Ask for there names and was told it's not going to do you any good cause I will write it in my report . Which I'm sure will not be the facts . And as I waited for my pizza I look at the dinning room what a mess it's not like this during the day . read more

Have you ever walked into a restaurant that every table was dirty? I have not until yesterday. Literally, EVERY table had some dirty plates on it! There were maybe 3 tables with people at them. I walked up to the counter, turned around and walked out. I was pretty disgusted. If this is the cleanliness for customers, I certainly did not want any pizza they would make. read more

Placed my order online which was very easy to do. The confirmation said it would be approximately 45 minutes until delivery. It said you may or may not receive an email confirmation. An hour and 10 minutes later still no pizza. I call to check on my order. The person who answered the phone was confused and asked if I placed it online. She told me it would be another 30 minutes. I asked her if she just now got the order and she said no but was very hesitant with her answer. The pizza finally arrives 1 hour 45 minutes later. It is cold and is sticking to the cardboard box. The garlic bread with cheese that was ordered is hard and stale. The pizza sauce that came with the order fell out of the container and was also stuck together and hard. This was not at all worth $30 and I will never be back. What a disappointment. I should have waited for Round Table to start delivery again. read more

I ordered online September 10, 2016 and received a confirmation email that stated the order was taken at 6:26. I called to check on order at 8:05 and then cancelled my order. The person stated they quote an hour and a half for delivery and when I placed online order it said 78 minutes. He then was saying that he will cancel order although it had not been an hour and a half...when I stated it was 8:07 he corrected me and said "actually it's 8:04". Don't understand the reviews to be honest. First off the pizza is up with Celestine's pizza for the only decent pizza joints in Oroville. Little Caesar's not too far behind.. the location is sketchy there are always bums around the area which would turn most people away. 3/5 id eat again. Although it is heavily over priced read more

The pizza is hot and fresh like any place..its good for the moment but get ready to paint the porcelain ... barely any sauce mostly cheese bread..the one in oroville needs to tighten up!- smells like hot garbage right before you walk through the door...old mops?..with a mix of bum smell from outside because they allow the homeless to sit hang out front.. But hey- as long as the pizza is hot whata you care! Enjoy* read more

What a shame how this has changed. Don't order online there are issues with it you can't see your order before finalizing and it took 90+ minutes to get a cold mediocre pizza with not all the items we ordered and one superfluous item. Delivery driver argued to the point i said leave the property. apparently it was a bad day in general after talking to some people on social media others waited 2 hours and 53 minutes for their pizzas. I am now banned from ordering there per the manager who had every excuse imaginable. They were paid for the pizza we didnt eat since our credit card was billed we even tipped prior. A simple yes there might have been a screw up imsteaf 0f putting 100% of the blame on me would have sufficed. I am not sure how i control the toppings the temperature or the long wait Good thing there are other places to go. They did me a favor by banning me read more
