Visited for the first time. See my receipt. My friend and I wanted to try this pizza restaurant on Oroville. We have been hesitant to go here because unfortunately there is alot of homeless in front of the building and especially next door ( in front of Dollar Tree). We came here during the day and got the one topping pizza (they use small pepperoni) which was OK. It was a bit bready tasting but still satisfactory. They have lunch specials and all you can eat pizza specials ( check hours). They also serve beer and wine. They have a really good salad bar but it was not very clean so we passed on that. The staff needs to keep up on replenishing the salad bar and maintaining it! Overall it was decent but won't be back. The employees could work on being friendlier! read more

I wanted salad with my Pizza. But the lettuce was swimming in 1/4 in. of water.!! I told an employee but they never did anything or put out fresh lettuce. The pizza is good. I have been going to MMP for 32 years. The Owner needs better trained employees if this franchise is to survive. read more

Popped in for a salad bar. But girlfriend also ordered the Everest pizza and we had a couple of tap beers. The food was all great. Pizza had almost everything on it, and plenty, no skimping here we got the whit sauce , thumbs up.Salad bar has plenty of selections and all fresh and looking good. The booth was comfortable and we were close to the TV , watched some college football and even thought about a Thursday night football trip sometime in the near future place is nice inside. Definitely will return soon , only downside was the waitress. Don't know what was going on in her life, but would not smile and seemed like she did not want to be there. The pizza is always awesome but when some colleagues and i found ourselves stranded at a project site the gracious folks at mountain mikes in oroville allowed us to order delivery using a pin, as there was no formal address associated with our location. Headed here Saturday night for a Geocaching event. We arrived around 6:30pm and the place wasn't to busy, by 8pm the place was packed. The event was in the back party room. It was nice and roomie. The room was clean. The tables and bench seats were very clean. When it came time to order, We went up to the counter and we were greeting by a nice young lady. She had one of the hugest smiles ever. We ordered pizza, salad and beer and got our 10% off for checking in. The salad bar was very clean and well stocked. The veggies tasted fresh and the dressing tasted like they were homemade (we know there not but.....) The crutons were not stale and the bacon bits were not real bacon. (super sad) Since we were a huge group of geocachers, I figured that our pizza order would take a long time, but I was wrong. I wasn't even finish with my salad when our pizza was placed in front of me. I say our pizza made it to our table with in 15 minutes after ordering it. The pizza was amazing. The crust was super soft and the toppings were very plentyful. The pizza was cooked with perfection. The pizza was amazing. After we ate we were enjoying some good geocahing movies. They girl who took our order came in the room and started busing the tables. That is the first time i've seen someone in a pizza place come bus tables while we were still sitting there. Customer service was on point. Seeing employees with a smile is huge. I'm sure if I lived in Oroville, I would order pizza from there all the time. The quality of the pizza is ok. Needs more toppings and sauce but that's just my personal preference. Great ranch. If you like more bread than you'll really like this place. A little overpriced but what small business isn't right now?! Ordered from this place twice now and was sadly disappointed. Both times we got it delivered during a weekend night. I knew it would take longer than normal but not 1hr 45 min after I put the order in. They forgot our sauces and didn't bring change when I told them in advance that I had a hundred. We ended up putting the pizza in the oven to warm it up. I'm trying to only supporting local businesses during this time and willing to give them another shot. Hopefully there's not a third strike. I will say that the staff we came in contact with was very friendly though. I work for mountain mikes at this location and I like to read our reviews as a way to bring attention to what we need to work on and fix. I notice alot of the bad reviews werw from 2014 to early 2016 and Id like to mention we are under new mamagement and working very hard to come up from under the bad name they left we have cleaned the place tremendously our new manager is very serious about cleanliness we have new carpets because i agree the old ones had seen their last days long before they were replaced we have pretty much an all new crew with some old friendly faces too. If I could give this place a negative number I would, first we ordered the 2 small pizza's with bread sticks and told us 20 minutes we came back they told us we are finishing the order just a couple more minutes, then the guy cutting the pizza asked who made this pizza, didn't say anything to us. Ordered our pizza and beer and the cachier was nice and friendy. Salad bar was nice and freshly stocked. Wish they had real bacon bits instead of the diesle bits. Did i mention they cold beer. Placed my order online which was very easy to do. The confirmation said it would be approximately 45 minutes until delivery. It said you may or may not receive an email confirmation. An hour and 10 minutes later still no pizza. I call to check on my order. The person who answered the phone was confused and asked if I placed it online. She told me it would be another 30 minutes. I asked her if she just now got the order and she said no but was very hesitant with her answer. The pizza finally arrives 1 hour 45 minutes later. It is cold and is sticking to the cardboard box. The garlic bread with cheese that was ordered is hard and stale. The pizza sauce that came with the order fell out of the container and was also stuck together and hard. Mountain Mikes used to be different than the rest. It set itself apart by the way the pizzas were made. They are certainly the most expensive around, but you got what you payed for. I bought the Mountains all the time. Lathered with cheese and toppings, it was reminiscent of New York pizza. Sadly, this year, something drastically changed. The quantity of toppings decreased to the point, it is simply a run-of-the-mill pizza now. The flavor would be good, if you could taste it above the crust, which now overpowers the flavors, and was not cooked. I called and left comments on my last purchase, and it was refunded, and I returned the food. The owner was left a message and I never even received a followup call. This used to be a special place to eat. It isn't anymore. Sadly, I am done. I spend over 1k a yr there. So they lost my business. It is not just me who has noticed. I placed a comment on my FaceBook page, with over 600 local friends. Many also noticed these changes. The manager I spoke with was nice. Accommodating, although I got the feeling she completely poo-pooed what I had to say. It's your business, guys. Ruin it...and don't listen to the public. This place does not deserve 1 star at all. Okay so my bf and I placed an online order approximately at 5:30pm, we left to pick up at 6pm. Got there, my bf went to check in while I browsed the dollar store next door. Got done, went to check up and he said, the register person said it's not ready yet. So I decided to go to big lots next door. Browsed for a good while and then called him if he's done. He's still waiting so I decided to go back into mountain mikes. So by now, it's been about 6:40pm.....I asked if they have checked in with him about our pizzas. He said no so I went up to the guy working on pizzas. The guy said he'll check and comes back saying, "we just tossed it in." Wow!! So by now, we just decided to cancel our order and get our money back. Btw our order was simple. It was 1 large pepperoni and 1 combo. To top that off, staffs weren't wearing masks too. SMH we decided to get Little Cesars down the street. That took less than 5 minutes. Never again. read more

Don't order online there are issues with it you can't see your order before finalizing and it took 90+ minutes to get a cold mediocre pizza with not all the items we ordered and one superfluous item. Delivery driver argued to the point i said leave the property. apparently it was a bad day in general after talking to some people on social media others waited 2 hours and 53 minutes for their pizzas. I am now banned from ordering there per the manager who had every excuse imaginable. They were paid for the pizza we didnt eat since our credit card was billed we even tipped prior.
