Pizza Hut used to be the gold standard in the pizza biz. Now it's just another overpriced underwhelming chain, relying on nostalgia and a (former) good reputation. I ordered a pizza and some wings. Simple enough order. The pizza was decent. I got the all meat and it was a good meat pizza. But for some reason, it's greasy. Idk if it's from the amalgamation of meat or the cheese or the combination of it all. But it's greasy. Pizza was decent though. I would give it a solid 4 out 5. But the wings. The wings. First of all, the menu in store doesn't specify what kind of wings they have. I thought it was drums and flats. Those are wings. But they also have little chicken nuggets, and they claim them to be 'boneless breaded wings.' If I had known that I had to specify what kind of wings I wanted, I would have. But I didn't, so I didn't. I ordered my Honey BBQ 'wings' and pizza and went back to my hotel. When I opened the wings, I got a collection of sad looking nuggets with the slightest drizzle of sauce. The amount of sauce they had on the wings was near non existent. A small goopy dab on the bottom of the bowl and that's it. If you want a good pizza and some decent sides, check out a smaller pizza shop. The prices are better and the food will be too. read more

I've yet to get e decent pizza from this place. Last night I thought I'd splurge and have a pizza with extra toppings delivered for the football game. The toppings were sparse and thrown on in clumps instead of evenly spread out. AND they didn't put any sauce on the pizza! How can you forget to put sauce on a pizza??? If you're going to eat at Pizza Hut in Oroville CA. eat in the restaurant. The only time I have had hot delicious pizza at Pizza Hut in Oroville was when I ate at the restaurant. I recently moved to Oroville CA after a natural disaster. ( my good experience was at least a year before this) I have since ordered for delivery twice, both times it was late, it was extremely cold and the delivery driver told me I was getting the last pack of cheese and peppers they had in the whole restaurant. I hope I don't get food poisoning from the not even room a temperature food that I received tonight. I tried to do their survey online, but it redirects me to a different site so I will comment here. I spent $43 on the big box deal including delivery fees, taxes, processing fee and tip, before all of this it was $26. I would of contacted the restaurant directly, but I have seen the movie Waiting and I don't want to take the chance on what they do to food to happen to my food upon re-delivery. Thank goodness for the delightful delivery man (hence the 2 stars). Quality of food? Similar to getting a slice of Costco pizza after it sat for 8 hours. Wow-thankfully this was more of a craving (my hips and ass will be thankful next week/month), since I'd had dinner earlier that evening. So biting into the slice and throwing it (and the entire remaining box) away didn't leave me starving. I was merely unsatisfied, and therefore actually looking forward to facing the manufactured eggs that I would consume first thing in the morning at the fantastic Holiday Inn Express. So we ordered pizza online today. We do this quite frequently. But we won't be doing it anymore. It's always hard to understand their app. We order the same thing every time. They got it wrong this time. When I called them to have them fix it, I talked to the manager and he was very rude and not accommodating at all. If he looked our phone number up he would see that we order the same thing all the time and the deal that I used was not very cheese pizza it was for something that had three toppings. He needs to take customer service classes and if he is the assistant manager the manager needs to train him better. Hello there. I have pizza delivered often every so often. I've been given the wrong dessert. If you don't order extra cheese, there really is much on it. Great pizza crust and sauces. I noticed on the receipt there is a charge for doing business in California. It wasn't much. Maybe approximately $2.00. I'm working on moving out of California myself, but as a business do you really think that should be passed on to the customer? Everything in California is not fair. From wages to taxes to our infrastructure deteriorating. If a business doesn't like California costs (which usually is overcharged) don't do business here. To have a pizza delivered with delivery cost and then this charge, your customer can't order a pizza for under $25.00 with the tip. I do tip. You have very nice delivery people. I ordered 2 pizzas yesterday online from the Oroville CA Pizza Hut. They called me and left a message stating they were out of the stuffed crust and told me to call back. So I call back and keep getting put on hold for 5+ minutes. I finally DRIVE there to figure out what the hell is going on, and after standing at the counter for 10 minutes waiting to be helped, they look at me like I'm stupid and say "oh, we thought we were out but we found some. Your order is going in the oven now" (45 minutes after my initial order was placed). I was charged FULL PRICE, no apology, nothing. And it tasted HORRIBLE. Hardly any topping or cheese, either. Worst service ever! The cashier- Taneisha- didn't know the menu at all. They charge you to get any sauce for wings, I bought two things of ranch. Waited over a half hour for wings then when the employee brought them she asked if we wanted any sauce after slamming the wings down. I told her I would at least like the sauce I paid for and she snapped back that she "only has two hands" as she stormed off. When she brought the sauce she stormed back off mumbling something under her breath. I asked her what she was saying and ignored me. Very bad experience, the customer service was horrible. The cashier took my card with him in the back after he ran it. What he went back there for I have no idea. We had asked for sauce with our order and when they didnt bring it to the table we asked for it again then she proceeded to tell us she would have to charge us again. I'm addicted to Pizza Hut's WingStreet wings. They are amazing, some of the best wings I've ever had. Once a month or so I make a special trip over to Oroville to get some pizza and wings. I have to say that this is without a doubt the most customer service oriented Pizza Hut I've been to in recent memory. The customer service is well beyond expectations. Even when I've gotten the young workers who don't care a whole lot the experience is still above average. The food I receive is always made the way I asked, packaged well, and served piping hot. I really like the redesign to the interior of the restaurant. There are tons of different TV's to watch, and the music they play is modern but not annoying. If nothing else, you need to try Pizza Hut's WingStreet wings! read more
