Great bar good food great vibes shout out Joey the bartenders and pizza makers are the best this place is awesome

I live in Novato and have tried about every pizza place here, and I can safely say that this Mountain Mike's location is the worst I've ever ordered from. It was so bad that it spurred me to create a Yelp account to warn anyone thinking of getting pizza here. If you are going to it for the Bar Experience, then disregard this review - I'm sure the beer is beer. A few years back, when I was broke and in college I got a coupon for a Large pep pizza. Nice! I go to pick it up and... it has no olives on the pizza. So what does the guy at the counter do? He takes the pizza back, pours olives onto the damned pizza, and gives me it back. No compensation, no trying to re-bake it with the olives. So as you can expect - trying to eat a pizza with loose olives is impossible - but that is the least of my worries. When I get home to eat that abomination of a pizza, the olives had a weird white layer around their edges and it smelled awful. I said frick it and scraped the diseased olives off, and tried eating the pizza without them. The dough was stale and tasted awful. The toppings definitely could not have saved it either. Not the first time I had gotten stale dough from them, so I never went again but this has been a deeply ingrained memory in my head for years. Anyways I threw it away after a couple bites because it was unbearable. Let me say - I've had good mountain mikes before, this location is not it. Treat yourself and go to Stefanos, Red Boy, or Extreme if you're in Novato. All have much better service and infinitely better pizza. read more

Friendly service, affordable happy hour, full bar, fried cheese, no frills decor. I also recommend the Louisiana hot link sandwich. read more

Sorry disappointed. Could have got a really high quality frozen pizza for 16.99 Ordered a large mushroom sausage and olive. Delivered for 45. $$$ and it sucked. Got the regular crust. Maybe thin was better. Gabe the driver a $10 because it was Christmas. Novato has NO hood pizza places read more

I ordered online via their website. I've been trying to order from restaurants that still do their own deliveries. Thankfully, Mountain Mikes does. Please be aware that they do charge a $7.00 delivery fee. I placed the order at 5:17 p.m., and the pizza arrived at 5:45 p.m. hot, cheesy and flavorful!! The delivery person was patient and friendly. I ordered The Everest and added pineapple (it does belong on pizza) and garlic. They forgot the garlic, so I added my own. Delicious pizza, crispy crust and cheesey cheese!!! read more

Surprisingly Delicious -- And They're Free!" I was honestly blown away by how good the free garlic sticks were at Mountain Mike's. I wasn't expecting much since they were complimentary, but they came out hot, fresh, and loaded with flavor. The garlic butter was rich, the bread was soft with just the right crisp on the edges, and the portion size was perfect for sharing (if you're feeling generous). It's little things like this that really elevate the whole experience. Definitely a great bonus when you're grabbing pizza -- don't skip them! read more

It is always tough when you are out of town and craving pizza. We aren't fans of the typical chains and prefer to try a local favorite. Yelp is always a great starting point, but still hard to tell if the pizza is our style. Well, we scored on Mountain Mikes - it turned out very similar to one of our hometown favorites. The pizzas were loaded with toppings and the gluten free pizza was tasty as well. Next time we are in town I am sure we will stop by again. read more

This place in Novato is the best!!! Everything under one roof, bar, pizza and salad. They are best at their game. Very friendly staff always feel welcomed. Weekdays best for working people to just go grab their buffet( ready to eat pizza and salad) and save your lunch time. Their salad is super fresh and a-lot of varieties just in salad. Always number one restaurant i love to visit. Make sure you do visit this place once yourself. read more

We've ordered here for several years and it used to be good, not anymore. They can't seem to get the order correct. Especially when it's the second time they're correcting it., nor do they care. The person that took the order repeated it back five times and still got it wrong I finally asked for a refund & was offered 20% off my next order, my response was what makes you think I'm coming back? They seem to care more about money than quality. This isnt The first time either but it's the last. Find some employees that care about what they are doing. but at the end of the day you're making a pizza it shouldn't be so hard to do. read more

Love this spot for happy hour! They have a extensive happy hour schedule which I love. It's literally everyday. There is a bar area that gives sports bar vibes. Multiple large screen TVs for viewing from every angle. Plenty of tall table tops for dinning, an arcade and a salad bar. Full bar, good beer on tap and $5 three topping mini pizzas. Don't expect to get great service, the bartenders are a bit lazy and unprofessional. Ive walked up to the bar to place an order and he looked at me like "why are you disturbing me and my social media lol. For the prices I won't complain. I would definitely recommend if your looking for something light and easy on the wallet. Enjoy! read more

I've never been to a mountain mikes but I was pretty impressed! I came to celebrate a birthday for a family member and overall it was pretty organized. They sectioned an area off for us, gave us refillable cups and once everyone was there they started pumping out the pizza. Their pizza was SO good. I couldn't stop eating it. The pepperoni was my favorite, such a classic. Can't go wrong with pepperoni. My bf did mention they are pretty pricy so definitely keep that in mind. Since we were there for a party I didn't get the chance to look over their menu. But overall their pizza is worth the price. read more

we love their happy hour! great prices and excellent service from the bartender! Brittany happens to be our favorite!

This is our local go to for happy hour... The bartenders are regular so we always know them and they provide fabulous service. Happy hour is a great value. You can get a mini pizza for 6.99. Inexpensive drinks and it's always a local crowd, so we see people we know all the time - the pizza is amazing. Also, the wings are very good as are the garlic chips. Clare took great care of us tonight as always and we enjoyed wine, salad bar and a pizza with pepperoni, sausage and mushrooms.... Come and hang!! read more

I don't know why their rating isn't higher- I ordered 2 pizzas for delivery - combo and cheese while staying at the Marriott in Novato- it was delivered in less than 45 minutes, piping hot directly to my hotel room not the front desk. The pizza was delicious as regular pizzas go ‍ read more

Selena is the best bartender ever! Food is great happy hour is even better but it's nice not having to wait to get another drink (I've waited almost an hour with other bartenders). She takes care of her customers and when the glass is almost empty Selena already knows to pour another. Novato is whack only one "Bar" but the great mountain mikes has you covered (when Selena is working) food, full bar with drinks, customer service all in one! read more

this place is great! Beer is good, Zeba is amazing friendly atmosphere would definitely cone again!

We ordered 2 pizzas from this restaurant and my son picked up the pizzas and because he is Hispanic and young they called us saying he did not pay for the pizzas. I got 3 calls saying we did not pay for it and after I told them to check their cameras and tell me he didn't pay they called back and said it was their mistake! The manager told me he would give me a 10% discount on our next order. We were in the middle of a movie we rented and having family night our night got ruined and all the manager can say is that he can give us 10% off our next order smh never going there again read more

Absolutely the worst! Ordered 1/2 classic cheese with marinara and 1/2 Robin Roost. Got pesto & sun dried tomato - obviously errors on line. Pizza was inedible! Thoroughly disgusted! How can their it take a classic cheese and turn it into dog doo! Will never buy from them again. read more

Very good pizza! The crust was perfect and I normally dont like the crust.

Service is horrible. We ordered a pizza for pickup. My husband went to get it at 6:10 as that's when the confirmation said it would be ready. He had to sit and wait until 8pm. No discount or anything. We will not be ordering from them again. read more

Great service and great pizza definitely top option in Novato. Definitely recommend and it also affordable.

Great place to eat and love the full bar! Service is fast and food is good! Ranch is on point

Wow I was very impressed. Mountain mikes just opened recently and the inside looked great. It was my first time at this location. They have a bar in the front with two TVs and a very nice crowd was there watching sports and it was only Wednesday night. In the back is where you order your pizza. They have a play area for the kids. The salad bar is fresh and crispy. We ordered a thin crust pizza to go and it was very delicious. Can't wait to go back. read more

Customer service is great, place clean , we don't have to wait too long for the pizza

We go to Mike's a couple times a week for happy hour. The bar staff is great and friendly, wings and pizza are consistently good, and the prices for happy hour drinks are the best in town. Multiple TVs for sporting events so you find your team. Stop by on Tuesday nights for a very lively trivia game. read more
