They have a little "game" area for kids that is a complete scam. Had to spent $5 to get a play card but the machine doesn't tell you how many "credits" you're paying for. Apparently there was enough "credits" for one attempt on a claw machine with basic prizes. read more

Ordered a pizza for pick-up, wait 40 minutes, get it home, and it's not even my order. Call the store and get the most confused individual, have to repeat everything 3 times, I'm put on hold twice because she not qualified I guess to figure out what to do in this situation, she then request I text her a picture of my pizza. I'm told they can make another and for me to bring this one back to the store and wait another 15 minutes for the other pizza. I ask if there's anything she can do like a discount as it's now been over an hour, I'm having to drive back across town and wait another 15 minutes and am told they're making the pizza isn't that enough. I was like well if that had happened in the first place we wouldn't be here! I show up to the store and a different employee hands me what I'm told is my original pizza that was now found (what?, did you give it to someone else and they brought it back as well?) and has now been sitting there for 30 minutes and is stone cold that I'm expected to take. I said no I'll wait for the one that I was told was being made (I'm not paying $40 for a cold pizza especially after dealing with all this crap) that at this point should be ready in like 5 minutes. Yeah 15 minutes was almost 30. Over an hour and a half, 2 trips across town, lost and found pizza game, and waiting twice as long as told for my correct order. Customers should not be punished for your inability to provide goods and services correctly and in a timely fashion. Absolutely terrible customer service. For one of the most expensive pizza places in town, not worth it. read more

Mountain Mike's of Napa (off Trancas) offered a free large cheese pizza to local educators today. Sounds great, right? Except they later changed it to a free personal pizza. And then said the offer ended at 4pm, before most teachers even get off work. It feels like Mountain Mikes just wanted to profit off of some good vibes without actually providing any real appreciation or value to our local teachers. What are we doing here? Was moving all day so decided to order a pizza. Medium, 1/2 pepperoni, 1/2 hawaiian. Arrived to pick it up and the total was $33. This is a 12 inch MOUNTAIN MIKES pizza. I haven't been to a MM for a few years before this, so not sure if this is standard pricing now or if this location is just out of their mind. This is a city where I can get a 12inch pizza from Scala or A16 for $30. The entire point of going to MM is for a little more value, why is the same size pizza literally the same price as an upscale restaurant that makes dough and mozzarella in house and uses fresh seasonal toppings. Whereas MM uses frozen pre made dough and low quality toppings. What is the pricing strategy here? If you price cardboard pizza the same as amazing pizza in a city with a good food scene, why would anyone ever choose MM? Just a disrespectful price for this pizza. Insane. Try literally anywhere else - Croccante, A16, Scala, even Papa Joes which isnt' good. For the value Domino's is better. Besides that, ambiance is like any other mountain mikes loc. clean, beers on tap, etc. i'm sure they're ridiculously priced as well. Guys think about it. You are charging gourmet prices for crap. This review is only for the takeout option. We ordered the mount McKinley and it was delicious. I loved their red sauce... But didn't love their crust. It was good, don't get me wrong, but I didn't love it. I will only go here again if friends are requesting it, but personally, I think Papa Joe's, and Mary's Have better crust. We booked the room for an event that was anticipating stress and they were so attentive and eased the stress. we will definitely be having another event but hopefully next time it will be more like a celebration!! I've been getting pizza in Napa since I was old enough to eat haha but this is the best place they've opened out here yet it's so fresh and always hot The delivery drivers are amazing and always on time or even earlier than they say they will be Jared is one of the employees who's helped me most many times he's delivered or helped me with a pick up order always with the best positive funny attitude and always getting us the food hot and on time with lots of cheese and peppers ( you know that's a big deal ) anyways definitely check it out if you haven't yet we pretty much order every Friday seeing how they're the only good food place open past 9 lol read more

One of the best pizzas I have had in years! I ordered the McKinley no olives and it was just superb! They got it exactly right with the correct amount of sauce. A lot of pizza places including Mountain Mikes in other towns don't put enough sauce on, the base is often not enough so you lose that tomato base "taste" that bite you get when you eat that first slice. I thought I would try this new location. Before placing an order, I wanted to view their prices to see how they compared to other pizza restaurants in town. I went to their website which suggested downloading their app. Once on the app before being able to view the menu, prices, or any other information I had to create an account. I didn't want to create an account, I just wanted to check their prices and menu, but since I had to, I did. After entering all the info they required I *still couldn't locate prices and the app kept prompting me to place an order. I didn't want to place an order I just wanted to check prices! So I went to the website and entered my ZIP Code so I would be directed to the proper location. I was then able to view more information from the website than I was from the app, so I placed my order from the website. Even then the website kept bringing up a different city than I was in based on the information I entered. Suffice it to say the website is Worthless! While I was on the app I noticed there was a $5 welcome offer/reward. Since I was now ordering from the website and not the app I could not take advantage of this offer. Lovely. I placed my order through the website for a 6" pizza and a side of garlic bread with cheese. When I went in the restaurant to pick up my order the *first thing I mentioned* was the $5 offer from the app. I was told that the only way they could now give me that offer was with a future order. I asked if I could get a gift card for that amount in case I didn't order again in the next 30 days before the offer expired and I was told No. There was no compensation or other offer to make up for this. Unacceptable. When I got home less than 10 minutes later I opened the first box which had the garlic bread with cheese in it. Four pieces. Two of which were *stuck to the top of the box* and when I remove them the cheese stayed on the lid so now I basically have warm bread. The pizza was fine, but not at all warm even just a few minutes after having been handed to me. I'm disappointed that no compensation was offered for the reward offered on their app & that I could not take advantage of it because their app did not work as it should. I'm also disappointed in the quality of the garlic bread and that no lid protector/little table thing was included in the box to prevent the bread from sticking to the lid. Being new to Napa and having just opened, they should go ABOVE & BEYOND to assure the customers are completely satisfied so they'll return. The Shift Lead with whom I spoke did not, and I am not. All over a $5 offer that could have & SHOULD HAVE been provided upon request. read more

Came during the lunchtime special. food good beer good.. during my second trip to the salad bar I asked the manager behind the counter if I could have a clean plate. he looked at me with a puzzled look and hesitated for a few seconds.. he ended up giving me one, but I don't think he knows that it's a rule you need to have clean plates and silverware each time through the line if I'm not mistaken. those are health department rules that have been around forever.? Im going to rate my visit with 3 stars only because the wait for a mini pizza was over 30 mins. The restaurant was dead so I can't blame the wait due to being busy. I saw 2 employees making food in the back. 2 delivery guys come and go. The nice lady named Afrika working the counter, also stepped in to help make food. Short staffed maybe? I was very pleased at Afrika's customer service. She gave everyone waiting for their food a VIP Card for 20% off any large pizza and apologized.
