Yes -- a live/dirty worm floating in my drink. It was absolutely revolting and completely unacceptable. I immediately notified the staff, expecting a sincere apology or at least some concern, but their response was careless and unprofessional, as if this kind of thing were normal. No urgency, no accountability, and no respect for basic hygiene standards. Finding a worm in a customer's drink shows a serious lack of cleanliness and quality control. This is a major health concern and something that should never happen in any restaurant, especially one open to the public. I will never return to this place and I strongly advise others to avoid it. If this is what happens with a simple soda, I can't imagine what goes on in the kitchen. Completely unacceptable.

It was crowded and loud, but the speed of service, good food, and great service was worth it! Thankfully my husband put us on the list and we had a 45 minute wait but we were able to hang out in the car super close by (we have a 4 year old to entertain) and then we went to check in closer to our time to be called in. The food we got was delicious! The chips and cheese dip have been on my mind for a few months now since we went. I can't wait to go again in November!
