I chose the $23 option. I mean full Monty. Everything from top to bottom washed and waxed. Well, let's debunk that. When I went to the vacuum station, their was soap dripping from my vehicle. Dirt and yellow stains dripping and paint from my tire was chipped. Service: The tech asked me to put my side mirrors in. I said it goes in automatically. He then folds the mirror in. What's the sense of that? That's what I need cleaned. Equipment: Maybe 7 parking spaces for vacuum. Several of the vacuums have low suction. No additional sprays. The bucket with water is dirty. No point in the towels they have provided. Their is only one attendant and he is not pleasant. When it comes to an automobile, I'm not interested in giving it a second chance. read more

This used to be the $2.99 car wash but they've bumped up prices a bit. Still, the most expensive wash is right at $12, which is still pretty good. I enjoy this place because it's convenient, close, and does a mostly decent job for automated washes. There always will be water left on the car after you've gone through the blower. Nope, it's not full service or even partial, so bring a towel and, like the Karate Kid, Wax on, wax off. The blessing and the curse here are the free vacuums. If you can get here when it's not packed and in use, it's a dream and will clean your car in a snap. Unfortunately the force of the vacuum tanks when multiple people are pulling from it so you just be warned. Their $9.99 wash gets you wax, soap, tire shine, under carriage and add 2 bucks more to get the rain-x. These type washes are popping up all over so if you're not at Mountain express, your experience may be the same elsewhere. read more

Paid full price for the "manager special". My car came out with smudge marks instead of being cleaned. When i brought it to the employees attention she attempted to contact the manager, but he would not take her calls. She fell so bad that she offered to hand wash the smudges spots. Being that she was the only worker there and a female I did not feel comfortable making her hand wash my car. Especially with me sitting inside my car watching. Needless to say i drove off in a smudges spotted car that i paid to get washed. Horrible place to get your car washed! read more

They did okay job with the car wash however the vacuums are not good at all they do not have a great strong suction. The price is not 399 is Actually five dollars for basic wash. I would go back because it's the closest car wash to where I live however I hope that they will get better vacuums. read more

Terrible car wash. Expensive and does not clean your car well. Got to the vacuums......no suction. Spoke with the manager and showed him the car wasn't clean and was told they don't do rewashes. Sad they would rather lose a customer than to make it right. Take you money elsewhere, preferably to a wash that actually cleans your car. read more

everytime i go to this carwash, the reader can not seem to notice that i have paid for a membership for the past 5/6 months. this is rediculous!! they need to get their act together or close the membership capabilities. also, the employee acts asthough he can not give me the owners number and told me to call the police, so that is what i will do! read more

First the machine to order the wash was broken. Then there was no one there to tell me to move my tires right or left to line up with the machine. Finally the little curly head guy runs out. He appeared to be very friendly... at first. He does not know how to handle customer service issues and was extremely rude. He even called me a liar, as did his cigarette smoking grandpa that was fixing the machines. After I exited the car wash there was oil all over the drivers' side. Curly head said no problem, we will give you a free wash and then if it does not happen again, it must be your car, not the machine. (Weird already, but okay). So I get the rewash.... still there!!! Curly hair and grandpa get very defensive stating they are certain this oil was already over my car when I arrived. They even suggested I ran over a canister??? WOW. I said let us look at the video tape of me entering the wash. This is when they became argumentative. So I asked for the manager, they said the number is 9-1-1. They would not even provide me with a towel so I could remove the oily greasy stuff. They said "we gave you a rewash and that is all your'e getting." The curly head dude said "why are you acting all ignorant about $4?" Upon leaving I approached the curly head dude to explain that I would be calling his manager. He stated "I am still not going to get fired. Why are you even still here?" Needless to say, I did have a good samaritan help me to get the oil off my car, so no harm no foul, but I will NEVER patron this location again. I guess you get what you pay for and I am willing to pay the extra money to ensure oil is not all over my car with no one to accept responsibility for their errors. read more
