Defective ammo with no refund. 5.56 not sized correctly and have to mortar Rifle to eject cartridges.

When I finally got to the range to try this ammo out I got the first squib I've ever had in my life. It was also in the first box of this stuff I opened. For those who don't know a squib load is when the powder charge in a round is too weak. This can cause the bullet to get stuck in your barrel and if you fire another round it can blow up your gun. I just ordered ammunition from this company and wish I hadn't. Their customer web site is broken, called them and was told " oh yeah, we know there are some glitches', so fix it already. Placed my order on the 4th of December and my account page says I don't have any orders, an Email they sent me, one that has an order number, says it is not even processing yet. I called them a couple of days ago and got slow rolled, they are basically telling me that I won't get my order until February, if I'm lucky. I wish I would have read these reviews before I decided to deal with these guys, I would have run like Mexican water through a tourist. Anyway, too late now, they took my money right up front and their policy is, no refunds. Most companies don't take your money until your order ships. There are too many companies who offer fast shipping, and great customer service to put up with this kind of stuff. I have ordered quite a bit of target ammo from this outfit in the past. They usually say ships in 2-4 weeks, which is never the case, and it's always quite a bit longer than that, but I have just gone with the flow on their lengthy shipping times. The last order I placed was in October, for 1000 rounds of 124gr 9mm ammo, and was for a Christmas gift. Well, 12 weeks later, no ammo, website says "order placed" but nothing beyond that. I sent an email and got they typical automated response with song and dance info. I've since sent two more emails, and the only response is automated saying not to send more than one email because it will cause you to lose your place in line. I have tried calling them on the phone, and again you get a recording which says you can leave a message, but no tone to let you know when to start your recording. They also, keep sending out emails with their specials and sale stuff even though they apparently cannot fulfill orders. I will NEVER do business with this outfit ever again. I ordered about $3,000 in ammunition from them. I ordered 9mm on my first order. I took about 3 months to get due to the fact they had so many orders. My 2nd order I ordered .40 S&W from them, I knew it would probably be a few months before I got it. And I did get it. My 3rd order I ordered took 4 months... I called a few times. I found out the owners son died from COVID-19. They asked me if I wanted to cancel the order. I told them no. I am a health care worker and I understand the loss of a family member who works at the family business. I waited because I found their ammunition was constantly good quality. I did receive all of my orders. The problem is they were selling more than they could keep up with. COVID-19 took its toll on their workers. I look for them to reopen after they get their warehouse fully stocked again. read more

Ordered 1000 rds their MCS brand .45 ACP. It took a little while longer than I hoped, but they arrived. They have good prices and they deliver on their promises. I'll hit the range with these 'MCS' .45's and give an updated review. read more

I ordered 124 grain 9mm ammo in December 2022. It has been almost 8 weeks and my order status is still pending even though they sent my credit card through. They have almost no customer service. I will give them 2 more days to ship my order and if it still not shipped I will cancel the order and dispute the charges with my credit card company.
