I have been a customer of Wells Fargo for over a decade. I have been to this branch easily over 100…read moretimes. I have typically only utilized the branch for the ATM but have required services that I had to go inside for a few times. The location has always appeared clean and I have always had someone open the door for me and greet me. The tellers are always pleasant and knowledgeable. Sometimes there can be a giant line but that is not their fault - just how the cookie crumbles. They are efficient and sure to help each customer without rushing them which is appreciated when it is my turn. They have a drive up ATM as well as a walk up ATM for convenience. I am giving this location 5 stars based on years and years of visits with minimal issues. There is a decent sized parking lot to allow enough parking for their busier times.

I told her I'm selling a 700k house, no loan. That money would be hitting my account soon. She replied "we don't need your money". Emotions-aside you're paid to be professional at all times. Like who does that kind of back and forth in a professional workplace. A bank of all places, in front of 10-15 customers and other workers. Just wanted to drop a crappy review to match their crappy service…read more After waiting in line for more than 30-minutes when a single teller was assisting bank patrons, while there were zero business clients, I mentioned that they should really have more people to assist and was told that people need to learn to use technology and not rely on the tellers. I explained that there was no benefit to the customer and that's how businesses are going to lose clients, such as myself, I do not do much banking with them, never use my debit card at stores to generate them income, basically if a bank is going to make it more difficult to do business with them, I'll happily do business elsewhere. Todays visit was to cash a check I received written from a clients account. I have an account with Chase; I didn't want to deposit it into my account, I wanted them to verify the check was able to be cashed and withdraw from the clients account. I was told that since I have an account there, that If something was to happen then they'd debt my account, sounds like a hot crock of crap to me. I'll be happy to see them close more and more locations with the way they are forcing people to do business with them.

This Bank is horrible if you do a balance transfer with their credit card…read more Be aware, if you use the card for purchases and pay those purchases off along with paying balance transfer down monthly there will be interest charged even if your balance is lower than the balance xfer amount. There is absolutely no benefit to do a balance transfer with 0% interest unless you do not use the card for additional purchases. example: My balance on my card is $600 lower than my total balance xfer amount and I'm still paying interest. I can see if the balance was above the balance xfer amount but its lower and they said as long as I have any balance I will be charged interest. I still have 12 months left on 0% balance xfer promotion. So much for 0% interest. Needless to say, I will not use this bank for any reason again

The clerk thought it was fraud. when they decided to give me the cashier's check, they said my account would have to be closed. After going back and forth with the clerk, I said close the account and don't give me the cashier's check I'm done with you guys. (To start) I went in to get a cashier's check for my sister who is an X Nun, and she wanted to give a donation to the sisters (Nuns) because, I did not know who these people were the clerk said this could be fraud, I told her this is not fraud and we have done this but with different transaction somewhere else, (Walmart) she called the fraud dept, I call my sister to explain to the clerk but she still kept saying this could be fraud. I told my sister I would handle this and hung up. I told the clerk this is my money and I can do what I want with it, she said we will give you the cashier's check, but we will have to close your account, I said close the account and don't give me the check I'm done with you guys. Not only was I wrong about that, but I also discovered that they withdraw the funds several days before those funds are deposited into the receiving bank. So here I sit with literally no way to access my money that is floating in cyberspace somewhere. They don't seem to care whether I can put food on the table or have gas to get to work. I will be closing this account as soon as possible.

Highly recommend banking and having your loans serviced elsewhere, with updated technology and better customer service.
