Applying for a home equity line of credit for our paid-off home was a nightmare with Wells Fargo. I had stuck with WF through all their hard times, but was treated like they could care less about a loyal customer. In contrast, I contacted BMO Harris as a brand new customer and was treated WONDERFULLY, every step of the way. The manager at the Chandler Blvd branch, Dia and the closing officer, Michael could not have been nicer and were very efficient and professional.
