Opened a savings account for my daughter on Friday. Personal bank assistant was Claudia. She's been at this location for approximately 8 years. Claudia worked with Chase a total of 13 years! Professional, patient & kind. Entire process from start to finish is about an hour. Additional info: they offer a High School Checking accounts with many options. Call to inquire. I was new in town and needed to change some $100's from the trip. I explained to the teller that my wife already banks here, but I haven't had time to establish an account with them yet. The teller refused to change the bills, even after being told I was going to open an account, and they already have some of my family's business. Making change costs a bank nothing. In fact, it can actually gain them business. By the same token, would you want to bank somewhere that's put out by breaking a few bills? read more

While the couple of chase employees that are still in this "branch" are polite & pleasant, they are clearly wasting oxygen at this location this should be listed as an ATM location only. You cannot do any banking activities that require a live person. You can do things thru the ATMs only. It's a definite waste of a location. read more

I wouldn't even call this a bank! They have closed all the teller lines. There used to be one left in the back but it is closed now also. There are a few cubicles with a couple people here, but can't even say what they do. I had to leave and go to the branch on Chandler Blvd to make a credit card payment. Best banking experience I've ever had! I decided to open an account with Chase because I'm moving across the country, and couldn't take my credit union with me. Lorenzo helped me open a savings and checking account, as well as a credit card. He was upfront and respectful, didn't pressure me into opening the most expensive account. He was very friendly and made a lot of conversation through the process. It was like being walked through by a family member. Everyone in the building greets you with a smile and makes sure you're helped right away. I guess the only downside is they're very friendly and like to make conversation with you. Personally, I like that, but I can understand how it would be annoying if you're in a hurry. It's a shame now that I'm moving to a different state, I would have loved making this my permanent bank. I can't recommend this place highly enough - I can only hope the folks at Chase where I'm going are just as amicable. read more

Came here to pull out some money and asked where the restroom was located. I was rudely advised that "We don't provide public restrooms." I guess members of Chase are screwed if you have to hit the head while waiting. Crappy location. read more

I'm a chase premier customer. Went in to get copies of my statements. Claudia said she would only charge me for 5 copies... At 6.00 a statement. Just checked my account. Claudia I guess decided to go ahead and charge my account for 12 copies!! She obviously lied! Shame on you chase.. Who wants to bank with a bank that is so dishonest. .. This branch is so ghetto. It's next to a Walmart (don't get me wrong I do shop at Walmart on occasion) but that should let you know the caliber of people that flow into this location. I get annoyed every single time I'm here. The employees act like you're bothering them when you walk in, no one ever knows how to park, there is always some random trash on the grounds, and prepare for some beggar asking you for money as their kids wave hello to you on each corner when you exit. It's on my route to home after work so I stop to deposit my checks when I forget and drive by the one on Alma School. Avoid this if you have low patience. read more

So. I your a bank. Your in the business of money. Came in with a friend. Who has an account. She was making a deposit. I needed to change out a 100 dollar bill for some 10 dollar bills. They wouldn't do it for me because I don't have an account. Funny. I can go to circle k and they will do this. They're not even a bank. I bank through Wells Fargo they have never asked me for my account info just for change. What customer service. Do yourself a favor and bank with someone else. read more

Clearly they need to hire more bank tellers and train them on customer service skills. We have accounts at different banks and Chase is by far, the worst and absolutely slowest bank that we use. I came to this location mid day, no other customer in the drive up line, I pulled up and sat waiting for the lady inside to acknowledge me. It took her a solid 2 minutes, which is a long time when your sitting looking at someone and just waiting. She came, asked what I needed, and I don't told her I just needed to cash a check, she said ok and walked away! Didn't say anything else, just walked away to help another customer. I've been waiting for 8 minutes! For something that takes a few seconds to do. I know, I worked at a bank! Came back, took my check, cashed it and dropped it off, never asked if that was all I needed or said "thanks"-nothing! I'm so ready to just close this account out.
