    5 star service. Stay away from the Wall Street mega banks and put your money into a community bank like MidFirst.

The staff is very friendly and professional. Briana Hughes has helped me greatly. I stopped by for a complicated personal matter and she was caring and compassionate, and helped me find a solution for my issue. They provide some additional services for members, which include document shredding, and cashing out coins (with no fee if you select gift card).

I arrived at the branch around 5:08 PM to open a business account and was immediately turned away because I was told the process would take an hour and the branch closes at 6 PM. I explained that I had come straight from work and, by chance, was able to leave early that day. Despite this, Alejandra showed no empathy, no understanding, and no willingness to help--not even a discussion of possible options. There was no expression, no compassion, and no effort to provide a solution. Right after leaving, I called another OneAZ branch, where the experience was completely different. They went out of their way to work with me, escalated the situation to their manager, and made special accommodations due to my work hours. That is what true customer service, compassion, and understanding look like--and it resulted in a far better customer experience. Unfortunately, my interaction with Alejandra reflected none of those qualities and left a very poor impression of this particular branch.

We have no local branches here, and Yet regardless of that I will still be with Sunwest Federal Credit Union forever. Never have I had such great customer service, never have I felt so at home and so comfortable with any Financial institution ever, Until I became a part of Sunwests family. They go above and beyond to make sure that you are taken care of, that your money is secure and you have a smile on your face when you're done. Whether it be on the phone or in person it is always 100% customer service with a smile all the Time. I appreciate everything that they have ever done for me, I will continue to be a proud member of Sun West Federal Credit Union. And if anyone asks me what the best bank and/or credit Union is, my answer will be and has always been Sunwest Federal Credit Union.

Despite their former downtown location being consistently busy and I had to wait in extremely long lines went I went into that branch they decided to close it. The moble app and the website has a terrible UI. They changed it again and it won't accept anyone's ID's or passwords. Then I went to call them but the woman on the phone kept trying to get me to buy a voucher worth $100, for $5. I kept asking for support or management, and she said that she would be the only person to assist me. I informed her that I was calling the number on the footer of the website offering for assistance. She interrupted me every time I spoke, then she yelled at me that "no one else is going to assist you," declined from getting a manager, then she hung up on me. I called again and have been on hold for for 15 minutes, and there is a recording that is offering me a loan and trying to get the person on hold to do breathing exercises, then it tells me "if you need a human, that's what we are here for." It is ridiculous! So much of my credit history is tied to you so I am afraid to go elsewhere, I would literally pay money to be able to take my history elsewhere. You are the 2nd biggest financial let down of my life. I have to drive 40 minutes to get to a branch.
