I want to take a moment to recognize the amazing team and manager at MidFirst Bank at the Four…read moreCorners. Their customer service is truly something special. They don't just know you as a customer; they take the time to get to know you as a person, and that makes all the difference. I believe the manager is Kim and she is truly amazing! Recently, I found myself in a situation where I needed some extra help, and the team went above and beyond to help me through it. Their kindness, understanding, patience, and genuine willingness to step in and help meant more to me than they probably realize. They didn't just do their jobs; they truly cared and made sure I got the help I needed even when they had to go out of their way for something they didn't need to do. It's rare these days to find people who take such a personal interest in their customers and are willing to go the extra mile simply because they care. If you are looking for a new bank...i highly recommend them!

Unfortunately, I had a horrible experience with Midfirst Bank. I applied for a new checking account…read moreusing a promo code that entitled me to a $350 bonus. I had a Midfirst Bank account in the past and did receive the bonus. You are able to get the bonus again as long as you did not have an account in the past calendar year. I must note that when I opened the account online they indicated that I was able to get the bonus so I proceeded to fund the account and set up direct deposits of my paycheck to the account. At this point everything seemed to be in order. But shortly thereafter the horror began when I was unable to access my account online. After numerous telephone calls and a lengthy meeting at the branch of multiple hours speaking to a number of associates who in turn initiated telecons with company tech specialists, they were finally able to set up my online account. At this point, still no communication from them that I would not qualify for the bonus. So months passed and I never received my bonus. So I made a number of telephone calls to the customer service department, but to no avail as no one there could validate my identity. I was forced to go to the branch to validate my identity and get a "secret" word so that they could speak to me over the phone. It was insane, inane and prehistoric in terms of modern banking. So this is when it gets really rich. After having endured all of this hassle and all of the wasted time and energy, they turned around and told me I was not entitled to the bonus. They strung me along for all this time and then told me that the whole reason I opened the account in the first place was not coming my way. I was incensed. I spoke to a number of associates and the branch manager and they did not budge and refused to give the bonus. In sum, please learn from my experience and steer clear of this bank especially if you are hoping to get that $350 bonus, a promotion that they continue to push to this day. Caveat emptor: steer clear of Midfirst bank!!!!

Horrible. unbelievably horrible customer service. Banker Alex and manager Melissa shouldn't be…read morebankers. I've been with Wells Fargo since 2013 and this was the last straw, I'll no longer bank with them because the experience at this branch was THAT horrible. Wells Fargo closed my credit account with them, without my knowledge or my approval, because "I didn't use it enough"??? that makes no sense?? I need to rent a car tomorrow morning, and it requires a credit card. I went to the branch for help and was told by 2 bankers and 1 manager that there was nothing they could do. All they offered was the option to apply for a new credit card with them. That was their solution. I asked for any emergency option and Alex just smiled while leaning back in his chair saying, "nope, nothing I can do." He had a schit-eating grin and was loving how panicked I was. Both he and the manager couldn't have cared less if they tried, not a single fuxk to give. He genuinely enjoyed watching me, a young woman, in distress. He offered zero help and instead antagonized me, sarcastically saying "well that's just too bad you can't rent the car." The "service" I received was horrible, and didn't actually help anything. There was no solution, and he was clearly HAPPY there was no way to help me. This branch is the reason why I will be closing my account with Wells Fargo. Absolutely NOT worth it. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. Avoid at all costs...

Let me start by saying I do not blame any employee that works at this local branch. They did not…read moreinstall the ATMs. But I am furious with whatever genius decided to add heat sensitive computer ATMs in Phoenix, Arizona during the summer. Not only has my card got stuck in the ATM. It has also deactivated randomly. It was crazy when I was depositing money due to the heat& this ATM. Not only did it freeze it did something that they couldn't explain it deactivated my card even though on the app it said it was just fine. It was wild actually I cried lol. I'm so tired of seeing people struggle and panic because they can't get their card. They can't get their money out of that ATM. It's absolutely ridiculous. They were just fine before they replaced them with some fancy modern nonsense that is heat sensitive in the desert. It is 110° with the sun beaming down on your computer screen, honey. It is not gonna work out. Please fix this. This is ridiculous. I shouldn't have to panic every time. I need to deposit some money or pull some money out that my card might get stuck. And if you do not bank of Bank of America, don't use this ATM because if it eats your card, they basically probably won't answer the phone that you usually don't. I seen a lady there literally crying because she couldn't get her card out and I told her it happened to me just recently it keeps happening. It will freeze and then leave your account wide open and then you have to stay there for as long as it takes for it to unfreeze it is diabolical come on Bank of America whoever program these ATMs needs to go back and really be serious right now. Why would you install heat sensitive ATMs in the desert is wild to me??!!!!
