For a 2 year old, 8 month old, 2 adults (for supervision) the girl charged me $65.00 for an hour. When my son was one it was $25.00. Now that he's 2 the girl advised me that now it way more and if parents want to go in with him they charge for 2 adults passes also. We signed up for 9am toddler play on January 2nd 2023 and they were CLOSED. Why on earth isn't their website updated accordingly? Their website let us sign up and pay for a class and they aren't even there. There are three families here waiting to go inside, energetic children crying bc they want to go inside. It's been a long three day weekend (a long two week winter break) and parents just need a reliable place to bring their children! Also, I've heard from other moms that they don't even bring their kids here because the place is disgusting and every time they come their kids get a cold. Never coming back here. read more

Hosted our toddler girls' birthday's here and it was even better than I expected! I would highly recommend them. We were traveling from Texas to Oregon and needed to find a venue that would pretty much take care of EVERYTHING for us. Karissa and her team were awesome and took care of everything! They were super helpful & attentive and constantly asking if we needed anything else before and during the party. They asked for any theme decor to be assembled & dropped off the day before. This was greatly appreciated as I didn't have time to show up earlier to decorate myself. They provided a pink and purple theme with my birthday package along with other things too. They had the place all set up by the time I showed up. The place looked fantastic and really cute! They did such a good job. The toddler area was great for any smaller children that we had invited and our girls loved jumping in the other areas too! ~There was only 1 negative, you only get a 2HR time slot for your event. Which you would think was enough time but it wasn't . Also you literally have to be out of the party room by the end of your time and that just felt hectic and rushed. We had to immediately move out once our time was up so you can imagine how quickly we had to cut the cake and pack up. Lol! There wasn't even time to open gifts! I suggested they have 2.5-3 HR slots and to allow attendees to continue to jump even after the party. Definitely will consider them again next time we are in the area. read more

Today I had the opportunity to attend Mountain Air Trampoline with my two grandchildren (age 4 and 8 years old.) What a amazing experience it was indeed. From the minute we walked in the door and was greeted by the manager Elliot, to the time we all left, we were so impressed by so much. The price for admission was so reasonable ( with longer you stayed, the cheaper it got). We decided to stay for two hours and it was only 22 dollars for each child. After paying , we noticed they had food, drinks and other items to purchase. They also had jumping socks, which really came in handy. I also noted a area for birthday parties. what a great idea. There were places for parents to watch their kids ( or grandkids in my case. ) Something that was very noticeable, was how clean it was from the bathrooms to the different jumping areas. There was a fun area for toddlers, a area where the kids could watch themself jump on video, a area with basketball hoops and a very large area , where lots of kids were having a great time. On a final note, giving this establishment five stars was well deserved. We will definitely come back and encourage others to attend this fine establishment. On a side note, I locked my keys in my car and Elliot went out of his way to help me out. He represented Mountain Air Trampoline in a very professional, knowledgeable manner, with safety first. I am visiting Oregon and this is just my first impression of the place so hopefully this doesn't make anyone upset. The staff was okay they were mainly just talking to each other the whole time. I think they should of had a bigger trampoline off to the side and I know that it's a small place but still. Another thing is that they had a foam pit for little kids but they still kept going to the bigger trampolines and it might be a bit of a stretch but maybe they should have a place for bigger kids. One more thing I would like to add on is that it isn't the cleanest trampoline park that I've been too. read more

This is an update of my previous review. After leaving the first one, Scott the GM reached out to me, which really meant a lot. He convinced us to come back and it was definitely a great experience. There was a lot more air circulation this time which aired out the place in which then improved the smell. The GM and I spoke about cost and though that couldn't change he did express that on Thursdays it's discounted to 8 dollars per hour. This is posted on their website calender which I must have missed when I first looked at the website. Will definitely be coming back on a Thursday. The fact that the GM reached out to me really shows what a great company this is. They do want to improve and excel at great customer service. What a great place! Our family has been jumping here a few times and we really love it. So when it came time to celebrate our kids's birthdays, we chose Mountain Air. It was worth every penny. We chose to rent out the facility for two hours. Setting it all up over the phone was so easy and the employee on the phone walked me through the process and made it easy for me. We were able to customize some things for the party room which came with the package. Which colors do you want in the room for the party decorations, how many people attending and how many people jumping. It was all very easy. We supplied our own birthday cake and had pizza delivered. You do have the option of having Mountain Air supply pizza if you wish to be hands off with the food. Socks were provided to all of our jumpers as part of the party package. My guests all commented how lovely the whole experience was and how much they liked the facility and staff. They also really loved the socks. BIG THANK YOU to Eliot and his team for making my Daughters 6th & 8th Birthday the most memorable experience. Can't wait to celebrate with you again next year. read more

I've taken my kids here many times and they have had a good time. Today, not good, my husband took the kids and upon check in the staff could not find my profile, which I had just signed into an hour an half prior to purchase the tickets. My husband calls me and stands there talking with staff for a half hour because the staff can't figure it out. I sent my husband a screen shot of our bank statement showing it was paid. Kids missed their jump time and had to wait for the next slot, inconvenient to say the least and not good decision making on management's part, they should have let the kids jump and figured it out. I have never gotten an email confirmation after I have purchased tickets, only waiver confirmations, it looks like that would be a great idea to prove you've made a purchase AND print it out and take it with you! read more

After going to trampoline zone and adventure Park, mountain air has become a flat disappointment for my kids and I. workers do not engage my kids. There's just not enough things to do. Bouncing on the trampoline becomes boring after a while. May as well rent for warehouse space. Honest but true. You had a good run mountain air. Also what is Mountain air even mean? My kids love this place. They always have a great time. Check in seems to take forever and the people hired to do check don't have great social skills. They seem unfriendly and incompetent. This place is horrible! They lets adults and teens jump with the kids and there is ALWAYS some jerk double jumping the younger kids and then the little ones get hurt. No one even watches and when you complain they do nothing. My friends son got hurt real bad from this happening and they didn't even act concerned when we had to carry him out because he could not even walk. After telling others I have come to learn this happens alot here. I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

An absolutely fun place for kids as well as adults!! Our kids were done with skiing, so we were looking for a different activity in the city. This turned out to be the perfect place with different spaces designed for dodgeball, air bags, foam pits, toddlers and so on. We love coming here, it's a great way to get out of the cold but still let my 5 year old get her energy out! It's always very clean, and the staff are attentive and helpful. The separate areas for play make it great for smaller kids to be able to bounce and have fun without all the big kids and adults around. They also offer healthy snack options which is awesome, saves the fights about all the sugary crap at most places like this. We've also attended birthdays here which are always a blast. This place is so much fun. I was jumping with my child and left a sweaty mess. I like how they have time limits and lots of staff securing the children's safety. My children enjoyed the indoor trampolines and there was some variety which was good for the kids. However, I can't give it higher reviews as the facility itself was somewhat dirty and I took my small children there during the summer. It was sweltering inside the trampoline park. The building apparently has no A/C. They had a couple large fans but since there is no air movement it did little to nothing unless you were standing right in front of them. All the bays that open to let in air were shut. With as much running and jumping as kids do in there combined with the heat inside did not seem safe. My kids could not even make it through the hour we paid for as the heat inside was too much and we all started to feel sick from the heat and had to leave. read more

As I explained in my last review I had mixed feelings. I had the GM reach out to me and speak with me about my ups and downs. As a Manager of a local Bend business for 15 years I really appreciated the call, the explanations and just the time he took out of his day to make my experience the best that it can be. With that being said we will be back many more times. My kids had a total blast. I've brought my daughter for toddler time twice in the past week and she really enjoys it but I keep running into the same problem. Despite the statement on the site that adults don't jump during toddler time, and being told I don't need jump socks since I'm an adult and can't jump I've experienced multiple Dads, it is always Dads, jumping with their kids. One went so far as to bring himself into the little kid area with the foam pit, bypassing that sign that says "you must be this little to play here" and jumping into the pit in order to entertain his kids. I fully expect my 19 month old to get bowled over by a 4 year old but I wasn't prepared to have to pull her out of the path of a 40 year old who can't seem to understand it's not his turn to play. read more

We planned my son's birthday party here. The weekend price was $100 more than the weekday and the prices are already steep. We weren't allowed to bring outside food in but had to pay $20 for a pizza that they ordered in that was 20 minutes late and burnt. The only compensation they offered was a complimentary beverage to me and my wife only. My son wanted an ice cream cake but that also was not allowed. Would rather go somewhere else. Well maintained and clean. My granddaughter and I had fun there while visiting the area for spring break this year.

Normally I don't feel compelled to write reviews, however we encountered a not so nice staff member last night January 26th at the jump hour of 5pm-6pm. This staff member who was named, Joann (name was given to me by a really nice young man) she was refereeing the dodge ball area for the better part of this hour. Not only was she very inconsistent with her "rule keeping", but also was picking on kids who were tagged out. She'd look in their direction and yell, "HA HA! YOU'RE OUT!" in such a way that it appeared to be belittling or mocking the children- could probably even consider it bullying. She also would whisper to one side that they could go so the other side could not hear her. Not only that but my daughter felt very singled out by her and as a parent, I saw it as well. At some other times she seemed more worried about singing out loud and dancing than sticking to her "rule keeping" as she did with some games. All I would expect is for consistency and general respect of children. If you're going to be a stickler about rules, then consistently be a stickler. Don't pick and choose which groups you're going to stick to your guns on. We felt she was very unprofessional and very unfair. Especially to children. My daughter, through tears told me, "she's treating me like I'm nothing" which as a mother makes your blood boil. My kiddos were having a great time til this staff member singled them out. Now I'm not sure she'll ever feel comfortable going back. This should be a fun, but controlled environment- not a place for an insecure staff member to power trip. read more
