Retrofitted the windows to fit in my existing frames to avoid having to work on the wall. Added the grids to match the style of the old windows since I have a condo and HOA would probably have an issue if not everyone's windows matched since it's a shared building.

It all happened so fast and I was rushed to the hospital, leaving the team on their own in my home with my two cats. When I returned late that evening, the team had completed the installation, completely cleaned up my home and made sure my cats were safe. The next day, they checked in to see how I was doing, with no request for their final payment, which was due the day before! The money was not their immediate concern - my wellbeing came first.
