What a beautiful surprise. Great location for a walk, people watching, and they clearly support fishing from the pier. The pier extends well into the Cooper river, providing excellent views all around. Super well maintained and clean, and there's a cafe and gift shop which makes this an excellent place to bring your out of towners for souvenirs and a refreshing meal and ice cream.

What a quiet and beautiful area! Gorgeous at sunset! For families, couples, and singles! Running, walking, biking, and even fishing

We love coming here almost anytime of the year. The pier offers so much to so many whether you like to fish, stroll, or take pics. We love it to just get to the end and look out over the Cooper River Bridge. For us it's just being able to relax on a nice walk around and check out the boats, people and nature. Sure the big old bridge is overhead, but that is almost ignored as the views and atmosphere are so engaging. There are some hanging swings on the pier, but the best place to sit and right near the entrance. There are some benches on both sides to relax and enjoy. The pier is always clean and well maintained. There is a cafe and gift shop at the entrance and bathrooms nearby. Come here for a great view and relaxing time. This is why I love the low country!

Mount Pleasant Pier in Mt. Pleasant is a great place to walk, get some fresh air, or even do some fishing. I like to come here when I am in the area and have some free time. This place is very well maintained and clean and always in good condition. It is relaxing here as you can clear your head and enjoy the water and nature. There are some unique views here that you will not experience anywhere else.

. There's a nice park for children (and adults) to play in, and lots of areas to walk and start your trek across the bridge if you so choose to

The first one told me about the importance of marshland, but was hard to read because it was very faded. The second, more solid and legible sign / plaque, gave us a history of how the park got it's name and who she was. The views from this end of the park are nice and you can see the new construction of the Children's Center and the Marina along Lockwood Blvd. Pelicans could be see diving in to the water for breakfast, so we stopped to watch that for a minute. Benches are available for sitting if you are so inclined. Overall, a nice quaint park for sitting and meditating.

Directly across from the harbor, it mainly consists of an overflow pond, a fishing dock and a couple of benches under the shade of oak trees. You can relax and take in the peacefulness around you, watch the locals fish, or catch a few yourself. You have to park in the private parking lot of the condos just off of Lockwood, but I have never had a problem with this. There is not a lot of room for kids to run around but it is a cool spot to share with bigger kids who are interested in fishing. Overall though it is a great place, especially if you just need to take a minute or two for yourself.

Not only was this a great fishing day but overall was a great experience. Jeremy was cheerful and made us feel right at home. Jeremy made this a complete tailored experience. We were able to fish at our own pace and target the right areas for catching fish. If you don't know much about fishing, Jeremy will help you with the basics and help you bring the fish aboard. On top of all that, you get your own personal guide who can tell you about the area. This is a 5+ star fishing charter!!!

We got there early and were warmly greeted. I was excited when we hopped right in the boat and headed out 20 minutes early! We caught our first fish, a 20 pound bonnet head shark, right away. I told Jeremy we wanted to catch an even bigger shark and we headed to another location. There we caught some large redfish and the bigger sharks I had been hoping for! He had awesome local fishing tips for me and was great with my girlfriend. We enjoyed every minute of the charter and can't wait to go fishing with Jeremy again next year. My recommendation to anyone going out is to go for quality over quantity. I know the idea of going out and catching something to eat for later is appealing, but the 'reel' experience is catching something BIG!
