This company is awful. Customer service is poor, if you're lucky enough to actually speak to a representative. I called multiple times on a Tuesday, and tried scheduling a call back. The call back didn't work, and I spent over 40 minutes on hold. Their billing is confusing and impossible to follow, but good luck speaking someone to help explain it. Worst service ever. You can never get anyone on the phone and when you do they give you the runaround. The drivers are unprofessional and just have excuses. We were without water for days and the driver said he would come back with a new dispenser on Friday (it was Wednesday). He never showed. I called and they had "no record" of us needing service. The rep chastised me for not calling. (Calling is a pain--multiple menus and verifications to get to anyone). Why should I have to call? The driver told me he'd come back. Then, we were scheduled for Monday and no one showed or called. Just call! How hard is it. I emailed this morning to cancel service and they showed up within two hours. Still no call, but I guess when you cancel that's when the service gets better. Find someone local do not use this terrible outsourced company. read more

I am absolutely dissatisfied with this company and their lack of customer service or accessibility. I have terminated my service, and the pick up for the equipment was late. I was told that I would be getting a credit for the bottles and equipment returned, however, I was charged a strange amount and on my statement, there is an entirely new water dispenser charge for a dispenser that I have never seen or had in my house. Customer service is outsourced to some unknown country, and after 20 minutes of waiting, there is no resolution for any issue that I have had. Buyer beware: this company is predatory and will not be willing to help you. You are better off going with someone local. I even when to the address listed hoping to talk to someone local, but the address takes you to a non descript building with a for lease sign. read more

So the customer service number, which is the main number is terrible. I had to call 3 times to finally get them to have a local route manager call me. Once the local route manager called me we squared all my issues away! For the Boise area Colton was the guys name who helped me. Basically the main number buffers your calls and never communicates with the local route drivers. The app is good for your phone. If it wasn't for Colton calling me I would of canceled my service entirely. I now have his main work number and I am satisfied. I can't believe how terrible the main line is. They make it seem as if it's the route drivers to blame but in reality it's them!!! Maybe your team needs a refresh class on communication?!!! read more

I thought I signed up for water service but all I got was this trash company. I received the first delivery as scheduled. The next week I received 5 5-gallon jugs. It was radio silence for a month until I got a voicemail that my water would be serviced the next day. The person never showed up and now I have 7 empty water jugs. I downloaded the app and created an account but it said there was no record of me and I could not place a new order. The next day a collections agency called saying that I owe $360 for services, fees, and that I was responsible to purchase the equipment I had been renting. You're better off buying a fridge with a filter. read more

I ordered water through them and got it delivered on Thursday. The Following Wednesday I received two more bottles of water I did not order. Called to ask them to pick them up. They scheduled to have them picked up and the guy never showed. I called and rescheduled and cancelled service with them. They guy never showed again. Calls again as he is scheduled for April 26 and he did not show again. This company is ridiculous! Nobody does there job. read more

First off, not sure why it came up that i am in Toronto, but I'm not, I'm in Caldwell Idaho. We were with another company that got acquired through Mt. Olympus, no notification nothing. We started calling our old company because they had missed a delivery which had never happened before, and found out that MO now had our account. They told me they were going to charge me $6 per bottle for a deposit, deliver on the only day I wasn't open, didn't care when i informed them I couldn't be there that day. The person i spoke too was completely lacking in customer service skills, sounded like it was from outside the US (not 100% sure) and when i pushed her to check with the driver about changing my day and calling me back she informed me that they can't call out, only take inbound calls! Nope, see ya, that was the last straw! Called Idaho springs, the guy was over here with water within half hour and hooked me up. And, no water bottle deposits, AND great customer service with the Idaho family owned business. Mt olympus needs to take some notes and change their ways. read more

I have never worked with a more inept company! I ordered water online through Costco last weekend, for delivery Monday between 8am and noon. At 12:30, I called because I hadn't received my water yet. They told me that they were going to send a text out to the driver to have him contact me. I heard nothing. 2:00, I called again. As, I have to leave to pick up my kids so I wasn't going to be here. I was told that I didn't have to be home, to go about my day and the driver will be out until 5pm making deliveries. (would've been nice to know as I cancelled my day to be home to wait). The next morning, I call again as I didn't get my delivery and they told me my house was never routed. How did they text delivery drivers if my house wasn't routed?? They said, they would have the routing manager call me by the end of the business day to discuss this further. I waited until Wednesday, I heard nothing. I called another water company who delivered to my door within 2 hours. I called Mt. Olympus to cancel. Thursday, I go to take my kids to school, I come home, water was delivered to my front porch! I call them to come pick it up. They said they would come pick it up by the end of the day. I called again Friday, said they can't pick up until Tuesday of next week. So, the water sits on my front porch. Last night, as I'm going to bed, I get an email stating that I was billed successfully!! I can't even get into my account, as it's closed, but I can be billed?? Update: Then, I call this morning. It will take 2 weeks to refund my account. They sure can take it out of a closed account. This is more than irritating! read more

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! They decided to not bring water on our delivery date. When I called to ask why, they said the driver Aaron said we had called to cancel. As owner of the company, I know for a fact that was a lie. I was told his Supervisor Sebastion would be calling me. NO CALL! We have a bunch of thirsty Tow Operators with no water, thanks to Mt. Scheduled a setup date, they no showed. I called two times during day to find out what was going on only to be told driver was running a little late. End of the day no driver and eight hours of my day wasted on waiting for apparently the impossible. Next day I called and was told they had the wrong address, I requested a refund and to cancel the service. I was transferred at least three times with lengthy wait times before this was accomplished. Set up for water delivery every two weeks with two bottles. Received my first delivery of the two bottles, and six days later received a third. I never authorized this. Got my online account setup today to check what was going on. Someone at the company switched to three bottles. Why? "I don't see that it was switched from 2 to 3, it just says you're set up with 3." Obviously seeing as how my first delivery had two bottles.... THAT IS WHAT I SIGNED UP FOR! It was then explained that since it's the average consumption of a household.. they put it at three bottles. What?!?! WHY would you switch it on your own without authorization from the account holder?! I'm furious with this company! I contracted 3 weeks ago, I was promised a delivery of equipment and water for Nov. 27th I went to set my account on line an it showed Dec. 2nd, I called their office, I was told it was actually on the 27th. We waited all day. I just called the office, I was told it will be on Dec. 2nd, I told her I wanted to cancel my order. I had to wait 5 minutes for an account specialist who gave me the round around trying to convince me of not cancelling and giving me excuses of why it didnt happen today.... They will not allow you to cancel. They avoid emails and phone calls to prevent the canceling of services. After sending five emails and calling a multitude of times I will be notifying my bank as the continued charges will be fraudulent charges. We have been ordering two 5 gallon waters and they keep delivering five two gallon waters. They do not care about customer service and they will do everything to prevent you from canceling. read more

I never leave reviews this my first review on any business that I have ever dealt with. I've been with this company since I lived in Az and I've lived in Idaho going on four years now. I made a mistake and forgot to leave the bottles within minutes of getting the message that my water had been delivered I called the 800 number since they don't have a local number to call. I asked if the delivery guy can come back he can't be to far my son actually saw the delivery truck right down the street he attempted to stop to ask him if he could just leave one more bottle and he was sorry he forgot to put the bottles out. He unfortunately couldn't get him to stop this was two weeks ago. I just got off the phone from someone saying they can't deliver anything till Thursday the 20th because they run out of water when they come to Eagle. I told them I have a delivery date for Tuesday he said that won't happen because we only go to Star,Emmett, and Middleton on that day. My reply was you drive right by Eagle to get to those areas I'm just asking for one bottle to get me through to my next delivery the response was oh we run out of water I can't do that. He wanted me to drive to the local office to pick up my own water are you freaking kidding me right now!!! TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE SERVICE. Do not use them. I signed up online through my Costco membership and was excited to have our water delivery set up. They were supposed to arrive on Thursday (1/21/2021). I took the time off work to be home for the delivery and NO ONE every showed up. I called and could only get ahold of the call center who said the order was delayed until the following Tuesday (1/26/2021). Again, I took the day off work to be home. I called (the only number available is the call center) to get the estimated arrival time of delivery. They finally had the delivery driver call me only to inform me "because of COVID" they DON'T SERVICE MY AREA. Why was I allowed to sign up, make an account, talk to a representative about my delivery date, and then find out they were never going to deliver? Now waiting for the manager (Christian Ault in Salt Lake City) to call back. Let's see how long this takes... read more
