I would give this company Negative 3 zero's! My reasoning is: 1. Despite it being a blind moving company (which they do not disclose to you) It's not good with customer service. 2. Yes, they provide a 16ft truck to blindly move massive amounts of stuff. However, it was the company's driver who informed me that a bigger truck was an option. I would have had to rent it on my expense (which I would have gladly done) knowing the amount that I had to move. And when I informed him it was never offered to me, he said, "I'll have to speak to him about that." 2. Because I was told that by the company's driver, I then expressed my concerns via text about not being informed of that option and the fact they would have to take multiple tips. So, at the beginning of the move, the company was aware I had concerns. 3. The drivers were rushing at the end. I know this because when I asked them to place things in their perspective places, the company's driver told me, "We have to focus on the larger items that can be moved because we need to be mindful of our time because we have other jobs to do." This was told to me towards the end of the 2nd unload. We still had to go back for another pick-up. Now, what has me upset is I get contacted by the owner at the end, after I pay the massive balance to move 20 minutes away!!!! He tells me that he didn't "know" I had concerns and he "wished" he would have known sooner because he could have given a discount. However, there's nothing her can do now. Bullshit! The company was aware I had concerns at the beginning!!! He then proceeds to tell me that the drivers told him that I added on things at the end to be moved. Bullshit again! You can check whatever body cam to verify. Everything in that house is needed to be moved! They were rushing at the end. They knew at the beginning they would have to take multiple trips! I even moved things in my car to help. In the end, I helped unload some items off the truck!! I didn't have to do that! Not when I'm paying you to do a job. However, I knew they were pressed for time. I would not rent a moving company to have them move partial items! That's incorrect. I will say the rug in the garage was picked up on the third pick-up run. WHAT I DONT LIKE IS BEING LIED TO OR BEING LIED ON!!!!!! I was good to your drivers. Even brought them dinner because I felt bad for them being rushed to move on and for the multiple trips. However, they now tell inaccurate information (Lies) to the company for the company contact me telling me there's nothing he can do!!!! Wtf! I moved 20 minutes away, and it cost me $1400!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you have a lot of stuff to move, DO NOT! I REPEAT, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! I will never recommend this company!

I came in to ship about 30 envelopes that all had addresses and return addresses, and a few poly mailers for work. The girl told me since my poly mailers didn't already have the labels on them she couldn't send them out?! When in the past they always just printed out my labels for me and stuck it on the package... since it's a post office. I will never come here again and it's a shame since it's the closest post office to my house and I have to send out stuff very frequently for work.

I was looking at several moving companies in the Triangle for a long-distance move across multiple state lines, and after speaking with Sapphira, I knew Raleigh Moving Company would be my choice. She was so professional and informative, and I was really impressed when she told me that the company employs their movers full-time, and that many of the movers have worked for the company for years. The company is easy to get ahold of when you have questions, and everyone there is communicative and helpful. Sapphira was so helpful in coordinating logistics and answering complicated questions, and was so gracious and flexible when I had to change my move date. Everything had to come off the wood floors from kitchen, breakfast area, dining room, living room, hallway etc. They also moved furniture away from walls in other rooms so trim could be cleaned and then painted. Both men were very conscientous of our belongings and treated them with great care. All furniture, refrigerator and gas stove were carefully placed in our garage. As serious as they were with moving carefully and quickly they both have a friendly & approachable demeanor. Answering questions and keeping it light made for an enjoyable experience. I look forward to having them back to move us back in and would easily recommend them for your upcoming move, whether that's to the garage, across town or across the country.

They also stopped on the way at a furniture store and picked up additional furniture. Drove to my new location and unloaded everything in less than 2 hours. Travis is an absolute professional and strategic in placing items in the truck to maximize usage. Bruce is a joy and charming as charming can be. Quan is an absolute gentleman and wrapped everything meticulously. These guys are awesome. I could not have made this move without them.

The crew basically shrugged and said "sorry" as they did not have tools on hand to pull and fix a stripped screw, leaving me SOL. This may have been a two-star event as the rest of the move was great. However, there were lighting fixtures lining the sidewalk that they pulled and after the fact, I noticed some of the stakes were broken. These were left piled up and not re-inserted in ground.
