I'm so annoyed this place is under new management. Everyone who used to work there was so nice and efficient. I came in to ship about 30 envelopes that all had addresses and return addresses, and a few poly mailers for work. The girl told me since my poly mailers didn't already have the labels on them she couldn't send them out?! When in the past they always just printed out my labels for me and stuck it on the package... since it's a post office. I will never come here again and it's a shame since it's the closest post office to my house and I have to send out stuff very frequently for work. read more

This place is ridiculously high on their price. I mean price killer high. For a 2 pound package that was being sent 1 state over they wanted to charge my husband $24 dollars Yes $24 FOR shipping for a 7 to 9 day delivery. He took it to the post office in Spring Lake and it was $11 yes $11 and with 2 day delivery WOW!!! Talk about a huge price differnce. read more

Check rates before you go. They are often double or triple USPS, UPS and FedEx pricing. Insurance for lost packages is also a nightmare. If they don't get it to the company the company is not liable but they will not do anything about it. This place is a licensed scam. read more

They lose your mail, they never answer the phone, And when they do they are SO rude. Forget trying to get anything printed or a banner done . The manager Levi does the printing and he's a joke. I've been using this service for over three years...until today. I stop in to ship some golf clubs. After the staff watched me fill out the shipping slip I was then told that they were out of boxes. REALLY?!? A shipping store is out of boxes!?! How is that even possible? As a "solution", she said I could go to Wal-Mart and buy a box then they could figure out how to ship my package. The location is great and its close to home, the only place like it around really. But that about all the good i can say. Prices are high. Forget about someone picking up the phone.In person they have been helpful though. But if you go there long enough you'll see pretty much everything everyone else has said is spot on. read more

Don't even waste your time or money on this place. Prices are RIDICULOUS. I went here to send 2 3lb packages and they were wanting to charge me almost $50. I thankfully left without using them and went to the USPS that was a little farther away and it cost less than half of what they were trying to charge me and they were sent priority. Mailed 3 packages from here, at first I was excited I didn't have to drive far, then my friend received a package that wasn't even meant for her with some dollar store makeup toys in it. I sent $100 worth of makeup and the kids whom the makeup toys were intended for probably got the real makeup. I thought something was weird because the girl who was boxing up the items seemed real nosy about my stuff. I had it in a little backpack and she tried to take it out of the bag when I told her the back was going also. I had to tell her 3x before she stopped trying to take it out of the bag, maybe it was a language barrier thing? Anyway she taped up the box without letting me put an address on it, so I grabbed a label to put it on and she said no it's okay and grabbed a tracking sticker for it. I ended up writing the address on the tape but obviously that didn't do anything because my package went somewhere else anyway. When you try and call, they NEVER answer. When you go ask them about it, they're not responsible for any lost packages. Next I'll just drive the 6 miles to Olivia's post office. read more

Based on location this place is handy. The employees are generally nice. Although I have had a few rude or maybe just didn't care about their job employees. They do not tell you the different shipping options and different prices unless you ask. They actually on several did not even ask how fast I wanted my item to get to its destination. Shipping with them is expensive. I realize yes they have to charge more than the post office or fedex since they have a building to operate but even then they are expensive. I have used other shipping companies that weren't that outrageous. The store is very clean and they do offer several other services. read more

Definitely will return to mail packages. Very helpful and friendly. I went in looking for boxes to buy to fit the items I needed to mail. The person working went into the back, found a box and then cut the box down to fit my items. He went out of his way to help me and save me some $$$. read more

This is the third time I've had to come to this particular post office and I can't understand why my packages have all shipped out the next day, two out of the three times it was the early afternoon that I dropped off. Even with my labels reading 2-day priority. I just moved here and found this place to be the closest to ship my holiday packages...I've been there three times so far and each time I found the staff was super friendly from the moment I walked in (greeting me and asking if I needed help) until I left. Twice I arrived right at closing and they continued to help me, and offered suggestions and tips. Can't get them on the phone. Plus their voicemail is full. They were suppose to email my tracking tracking number which why they can't give the tracking number when I hand over my packages at the time of my transaction is a H U G E concern; but they never did. When I finally got a hold of someone at Goin' Postal it turns out that they never left the building after paying for 3 shipping!! And now after calling, it turns out this guy went from Cameron, NC to Hope Mills, NC to mail my packages. (Does he live in Hope Mills and work in Cameron?) On top of everything, they are over charging on the shipping! If you have a pre-pay package and take it there you have to pay an extra dollar PER package to pad their pockets for them to do their damn jobs! Don't waist your time!!!! It looks like they may have been taken over by new management or something because they used to be so helpful, but now they can no longer except any prepaid packages, they also got rid of their customer computer, so if you needed to print off a label it was available to customers (you would just pay per minute to use it). I used that at least once a week because my printer just broke and now I can no longer use that feature. They basically can do nothing for you here unfortunately. I downloaded yelp just to make this review. I would not recommend this place at all and like most of the reviewers on here would give 0 stars if I could. I went in to print my resume for an interview and brought my own paper. The guy working there could not figure out how to print it on my paper and had to ask for help from the girl in the back 3 times and finally she printed them for me. I asked him how much it was going to cost before I sent it to them via email and he said 2.00. They messed up multiple of my sheets of my expensive paper I brought and gave no credit for the money they wasted of mine. He tried to hand those back to me like I could do anything with them. Then he rings me up and says it is over double the price he originally quoted saying that they charge per page too. I provided the paper all they provided was the ink. It's not about the money cause it is still not much overall but that I should have been told before they printed it that they charged per page especially cause I asked how much it would cost. Not to mention that all of the copies they made me have lines on them like they haven't cleaned the glass. Service was not great at this place and there was no transparency about the pricing. I would not use this place. If you need something done professionally go somewhere else and make the drive if needed, it would be worth it. read more

It's hit or miss here. The girls that I have interacted with are very rude, impatient and unfriendly! Not certain their prices are on the up and up either - as they don't give you an option of shipping unless requested. There is only 1 gentleman that is polite and makes you feel like your business is appreciated. I would rather go to the post office in Olivia than deal with rude workers that act as if they are put out by your arrival. AVOID.... read more
