When I got up to inquire if I'd be seen next (this was after waiting an hour and a half) the receptionist acted as if I was bother her and how dare I even ask such a question. The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. When I finally was seen by the nurse, I was with her for about 15 minutes, and I'm being generous on the time. She sent me for blood work and told me I didn't need another appointment and once they got the blood results they'd call me if necessary. Well, after waiting days, I still hadn't received a call. After my THIRD attempt to call and speak to someone (oh, and this was after I called and was placed on hold for over 15 minutes; finally I hung up and just called back since they probably forgot about me) I was told all my results were fine but to schedule another appontment for in a month. When I asked why since that isn't what the nurse said the receptionist quickly changed the tone in her voice and let the attitude come out... Needless to say, I'm now seeing a new PCP and just went for new blood work since the previous requested work wasn't thorough and most likely IS an illness while this office was so quick to say everything was fine.

However, there is a woman at the front desk by the name of Amy, who is extremely rude, and unhelpful. I have spoken to her twice, she is argumentative, would not let me finish speaking, and started her sentence with "no, no" and tried to give me misinformation. I was returning a call to Dr. Gentes' nurse, and Amy told me that I could not leave a voicemail, which I had done about a month previously. She did not give my message to the nurse, who called me, and was very upset that she never received the message, it not only has caused a significant amount of wasted time, but has also compromised my care.

I scheduled a series of appointments with Doc. Day after he took multiple x-rays of my neck and upper body. He found some issues and really took the time to explain what was going on with my x-rays. He came up with a thorough treatment plan and it's working great! I've gone in tired and sluggish but after his adjustment, I feel energized and ready to take on the day! Doc. Day is highly knowledgeable and understands the complexities of active people who train hard. I can't believe you're coming with an ambulance and then…read morethey just check your blood pressure and I ask you a couple questions it was a head on collision. They didn't give her MRIs CAT scans just in the x-ray of her nose. That was ridiculous and then they put you out in the lobby waiting to wait for the x-ray for the nose. We must've got there like at 10:30 didn't leave till 5 o'clock in the morning. You can clearly see they have no staff no doctors because nobody was coming and going. Then order suddenly at maybe 3:30 AM people started moving inside and coming and going and being seen. Definitely Putnam Hospital much better.

Also in the emergency waiting room it was so many people sick coughing they never wipe done any seats. Patience came and left and seen patience sit in same unsanitary seats. I also saw nurses with there ear pods in there ear the whole time. You can hear nurses complain about there computer screen keep dying. This is Danbury hospital. Don't come here
