After waiting there for 20 minutes (yes, I timed it), I heard her voice in the next examining room speaking with another patient. They spoke loud enough for me to hear the entire conversation. The patient said that he was happy he could see her on such short notice since he didn't have an appointment and just walked in although he only had a cold. She said there was no problem with that, she always had time for her favorites and everyone else could wait so she could make sure it was just a cold, which she determined it was. They talked more about her recent vacation. After another 20 minutes she came into my examining room. I said nothing about what I had just heard knowing this would be the last appointment with her. I stopped using this practice after that. I felt that if she was that unprofessional I didn't want to take my chances with any other doctor in the practice. Stay away!

There's nothing wrong with me - I went to him for sleep apnea. That was followed by another overnight test for asthma and this week I was scheduled for an EKG and other tests. When I called to reschedule my appointment (due to excessive hours at his office and taking tests I didn't need), I was told I didn't cancel withIN three days notice and would be charged $200. I tried to cancel on Friday but they were closed! Their office hours are non existent and reaching a live person is always a challenge. Update: just received a note from his office (see image). I will be finding a new doctor ASAP and reporting him to the Better Business Bureau.

New patients are treated with kid gloves, and made to feel like they have a caring and attentive physician. That facade fades in a few months after he's charged your insurance for thousands of dollars for fake diagnoses, unnecessary PFTs every single visit (at least twice a month) unnecessary at home pulse oximetry and sleep apnea tests, and charges you $200 for a no show appointment that you cancelled in person the previous week. How he still has a medical license is beyond me.
