A good example was that when ordering another round of drinks, we had to wait 30 mins (no special orders) while some of the staff was just standing around the bar. I've been to Cedre at their Badenerstrasse location which is much better service wise but in summer they have limited outdoor seating capacity. It was thick and creamy with a light taste and topped with a generous amount of caramel rosewater sauce. Mmm...
