Firas, Thanks for your helpful and prompt service, it was beyond expectation. I was just hired by a company and their truck was "broken down" in the parking lot with flat tires and not running. I was told to get it running, and instead of hauling into a shop, I called Firas since I wanted to support local business. He came out that afternoon, showed up with a new battery, and I had a running truck. Other than the flat tires, I've called on Firas for all my service needs and have never been disappointed with his quality of service. He was worth every penny, and will always get my referrals to friends and colleagues. read more

I had a cat-back exhaust installed here and couldn't be happier with the experience. The mechanic was very communicative throughout the whole process, upfront and honest about everything, and delivered excellent work. The installation was clean, professional, and exactly what I was hoping for. It's rare to find someone this reliable in the auto world--highly recommend! read more

Great communication and service! Highly recommend. He was quick to respond to my inquiry and took his time explaining his findings and recommendations. read more

I recently had my rear rotors and brakes replaced at a shop and paid over 500$ for my Toyota RAV4. I needed the front brakes/rotors done as well and Firas charged me half AND he came to me. I'm a mom of 2 in diapers and I can't say how reasonably priced and convenient this was for me. He came within one day of my initial request for a quote and was done within 2 hours. If you need a mechanic and come across this business, I highly recommend Firas! I look forward to working with you again, Firas. Thanks again read more

Guys! Be very clear and specific when talking to firas! Sadly, my friend's car window was broken into sat night and she want it to get it fix on ASAP on Sunday. We went to one shop in Oakland. It was open but only to make appointments and we were told no window replacement/repair shop is open on Sunday. We decided to try anyway... We called everywhere. She and I was on our phone for 45 min calling so many places all the way from Berkeley to Fremont hoping someone can replace the broken car window on Sunday. My friend talk to firas and she was told he could help my friend at 2pm. At first we were surprised... No one said they had the window type for my friend's car available on Sunday. They all said the window factory is closed Sunday and the earliest they can replace my friend's window is Monday. So I had my friend call him again to confirmed and also to see if we can see him bit earlier. It was about 11am in the morning at the time. He didn't picked up the second time and according to his voicemail we can text him too. So my friend text him asking if he has any earlier appointment. My friend was very specific, she mention in her text "window replacement for the back seat window behind the driver seat for Lexus 2010 is 250" All Firas said was he will let me friend know by 1245pm if he can see my friend earlier. Not only he didn't get back to my friend by 1245pm but I have to text him to follow up again and again! Seriously! It was Sunday and I had to spend my Sunday waiting with my friend. Not the most fun thing to do to begin with. But we were hopeful to at least get her window replace so she can go to work next day on time. After text back and forth around 2pm ish. frias said he might not have time today and asked if he can do it tomorrow. (Wth... Not the answer we want after we waited!) and then after explaining to him that we need it done today he then ask what type of window! What the!!!! Seriously... Had he not been listening? We called him and texted him to make sure he was able to do it in the first place and now he is asking what window???? At the end it turns out he doesn't do window. He simply text back and said he don't carry window and only provide car service! At first I was pretty reassured all the good yelp reviews he has and I even speak up to my freaking out friend that this guy is decent base on yelp. Horrible horrible horrible service! Totally wasted of time! So not professional at all read more

Firas is the man. Really thankful he was able to come to my house to fix my car alternator. He charged a fair price and did a great job!

WOW! Firas did a great job. He installed an aftermarket hitch for my car. It was done well and quite fast in my opinion. Although he said he didn't want to rush it, I still felt it was quick! I highly recommend him because he tells you exactly what is going on and doesn't skimp out on details. Pretty flexible with time and good prices, I have already told me friends about him. Thanks Firas! read more

Motorsport Factory - The full hitch that he installed with the adapter. Hard to see but it was all under the car. - Auto Repair Near Me - Clovis, California

I had a pre-purchase inspection and was helped by Firas. He was very patient, approachable, and informative. He was able to come on short notice and arrived on time! I learned a lot, and I felt confident about purchasing the car after- and this was my FIRST car purchase! He also test drove it and let me bug him with other questions too! Simple, efficient, friendly, easy to understand. Thanks for your help, would recommend :) read more

I approached Firas for a pre purchase inspection and he accommodated me though it was late in the day. He pointed out the problems in the car very well. Once I had purchased the car, Firas helped me fix some of the issues with the car such as ABS sensor warning and fluid flushing. He came to my place on a Sunday and got the issues fixed when I was working on my errands. It was very convenient. Also he gave me good pricing. He gave a clear quote/estimate of how much would he charge before the job. Also he was always available over the phone/ Viber for any questions I have. Thanks Firas for a job well done. read more

I found Firas through Yelp. He provides a top notch service. Today, he installed a Catback Exhaust for my 2013 Scion FR-S. The job was done in about an hour or so. He was knowledgeable and knew what he was doing, and pricing was very reasonable. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking to get car work done, he did a fantastic job on mine! read more

I searched high and low for a Mobile Auto Technician and after asking just about everyone I know, a friend of a friend of a friend recommended I seek Firas on Yelp. I called him, left a voicemail and my phone call was quickly returned. Being that I was seeking help with a 1990 Ford Econoline 350 (an RV engine) I was expecting to hear my 20 something I can't help you but he was actually willing to come out and take a look. He came on a Sunday, met with my dad and did what he could. My father is not easy to please with Customer Service and I'm happy to say, my Father was very pleased with the Customer Service he received. A huge thank you! read more

Tired of shops charging me ridiculous amount of money for my car. I was searching around for an independent mechanic that would quickly fix the problem with my car without having to pay hundreds ridiculous dollars for it. So here comes Firaz to the rescue. Firaz is a great mechanic with surely a great experience and tremendous professionalism to his creditials. I have a Acura integra 1999 that was having a starter problem. Firaz diagnosed my car and it turned out that I have more than a starter problem. He informed me that I also have some coding errors in my acura as well. Man this guy knows his craft. Not only he managed to fix my starter and revert the codes in my whip. It only took him an hour and half for the repairs and He also did the parts and labor for a really reasonable price that you will never eeeever see the shops agreeing with the price. I will definitely contact firaz again for any of my car problems for here on out! read more

Found Firas through an online website. He was our saving grace. Came out to see why my 99 Infiniti i30 wouldn't start. He testes the battery, cables, starter, fuel pump, etc twice. He stayed until figuring the security light was staying solid red and that it must be a security issue which it was. He offered his number for us to call if we needed coaching or had questions once we got to the dealership to have the security system reset and the keys reprogrammed which was indeed the reason the car didn't start, the immobilizer had been activated. He was very thorough, explained step by step what he was doing, and just made me feel at ease. I didn't feel rushed or pressured to schedule another follow up to remedy the situation. He's a great mechanic and one I'll trust to work on all my vehicles in the future. read more

I asked Firas to change hoses on my Toyota Prius' radiator. I must say that he worked very hard, but when he understood that he could not do it, he simply walked away, leaving a part of the engine on my garage floor. Not only he did not do the job, but his manipulations caused the "Master warning" and "Check engine" lights to come on. That required immediate attention from a Toyota mechanic. The mechanic was not immediately available. That means that I was without a car for three days and diagnosis and repair of the problem that Firas caused cost me $110. I still think that he might be a good mechanic but ask him first if he ever worked with the make and model of your car. Apparently mine was his first Prius. And I repeat that he impressed me with his hard work. read more

Being a stereotypical girl and not knowing the first thing about cars, I decided to yelp auto repair and he was only a mile away from me. You might feel a little concerned that he works from home, but he gives great customer service anyway. I needed my brake pads changed and a new tail light. He didn't hesitate to show me everything he was doing and what all the parts were. He also showed me what to look for or how to tell the difference in certain things if I ever went to a different mechanic. He got things done in about 30 minutes and my car feels brand new! I definitely recommend coming to him first and he can also come to you if need be! read more

Had my first appointment with the owner Firas to get a Injen Intake installed on my BMW and he got the job done. Firas provided a good car service and seemed very passionate about cars and his craft. Firas is very determined and goes out of his way to get the job done no matter what. Admittedly we did have a couple of hiccups and setbacks but like i stated Firas is very determined and genuinely wants to help other car enthusiasts. I will definitely be going back to Firas for any future performance upgrade installs. read more

Wow! What great customer service they provide! They deserve more than 5 stars. I called them and they were quick to respond, and they were friendly and extremely flexible with my schedule. The owner Firas is really knowledgeable in his work and does quality work; he really knows what he's doing and spends time explaining what the problem is and possible solutions. I was due for a major car tune up for my 2006 Honda Civic, and I had the job done in half the time and price of what the Honda stealership offered. Never again will I waste money or time with another auto repair service, it was quick, easy, and I got a chance to learn a few things about cars. They really take the time to diagnose the problem with your car and offer an affordable rate versus the other guys. I will be a returning customer for life, thank you guys so much! read more

Firas was as good as I had hoped from the other reviews here. He worked around my impossible schedule, charged a fair rate, and did solid work. My 2004 minivan had damaged brakes in the rear, and after explaining the situation he laid out several options for replacing them. Absolutely no upselling - just honest appraisal and a sincere effort to keep costs down. I ended up paying what I wanted to, rather than what I expected to! I will definitely call Firas again for mobile repair. read more

This guy was very helpful. He knew what he was doing and has all the tools. He won't pressure you at all. I'll be calling him in the future and recommend him to all my friends and family. read more

These guys are great!! Firas does a wonderful job paying attention to every detail and doesn't only get the job done, but gets the job done the right way. He put on a body kit, headers, and a catback exhaust on my 1999 eclipse and did a superb job at a very reasonable price. He has also performed minor tune ups and brake services on my car. All have been done very well and my car runs like a champ. Would recommend to anyone looking for reliable and honest mechanic. read more

Firas came to my location and troubleshot my 1998 Toyota for a rough running engine. He was courteous, diligent and professional. His diagnosis was correct. I arranged to have the specific work done by Firas (and this is important, because targeting ONLY what you need done, saves $$$ over dropping your car at a dealer). Firas installed the defective part, and my truck is running smooth. Good job! read more

Firas is an amazing technician. I have called him multiple times for help with my cars. He returns my calls promptly and is always on time for his appointments. He is very knowledgeable and suggests the most economical way to fix the issues at hand. I have been overcharged by so many technicians and after reading the reviews in yelp, I contacted Firas. I am so happy to have found him. I would gladly refer him to all my friends. Amazing customer service, honest opinion and great rates. read more

Firas was able to arrive 30 min from the call. He was PATIENT and HONEST. I am very happy with his work, that he was able to help me on the spot and I did not feel ripped off. Vey thankful to Firas! read more

Firas has come to my house a couple times to make minor repairs to a '03 Mazda Protégé5 and so far I've been very satisfied with the work and prices. He responds promptly to my calls/texts and answers any questions I have. He explains clearly what the issue is and what needs to be done, or gets back with an answer if he doesn't know right away. read more

Firas was fabulous! He changed our alternator and even took the time to educate us. He's a well-skilled mechanic and I highly recommend him!

Came unprepared and charge too much for an easy job that took 20 minutes. And had really bad BO. Never again. Worst experience ever. I would give negative stars but cant. They hand out business license to everyone now I guess. This guy writes his own reviews as well. So don't trust the ratings. read more

Firas was knowledgeable, professional and showed up on time for the appointment. He was servicing my car at my location. He did a great job replacing my brake pads I would definitely use him again for repair jobs. read more

For those of you who live in the bay area and want to get some work done on your car, I recommend choosing Motorsport Factory (the owner is Firas). He's done a lot of work on my car (installed a race pipe, engine torque damper, rear sway bar, aftermarket end links [he's actually also designing his own set of end links because he knows how to fix the cracking/noise issue commonly associated with aftermarket end links and/or rear sway bars on the Mazdaspeed3], and he's even helped me remove a broken bolt from the side of my intercooler from when I was trying to install an aftermarket bypass valve). He's an honest guy, never takes short cuts, and backs up his quality work with a warranty and receipt. As far as prices go, he'll give you the lowest quote in the bay area. He's an exception to the expression, "You get what you pay." read more

Firas saved my day. I had to babysit my newborn on a Saturday after a long week at work and needed my oil changed. Firas easily handled my request by getting everything necessary prior to arriving at my house. From there he quickly took care of my oil change and then did complimentary full inspection (just because). Firas would have been in and out in no time at all but we ended up spending more time talking after service to make sure I was totally satisfied. For all those reasons, I highly recommend Firas and Motorsport factory. read more

Firas was friendly on the phone, he quickly and conveniently diagnosed the problem with my power windows and had very fair pricing. He also went out of his way to accommodate my work schedule and made a trip out to where I work to repair my window. He can basically work on any problem with your car, and will be very upfront with his diagnosis and estimates. He also mentioned that he's gone out to service people's cars at all hours of the night, like 2-3 am which is just amazing service. I'm very happy with his service and will recommend him to all my friends' auto needs! read more

Just called this dude to see if he could come out to where I'm at to make a very minor repair to my car. He explained what the likely problem with my car was and told me how I could take care of it for free rather than coming out and charging me. Very polite and helpful. read more

Firas is great. He came over to my place and took care of exactly what I needed for my car. He was able to answer all of my questions and even made recommendations. He seemed to always have my needs in mind. His prices are also excellent. read more

I had a cabin filter that was long overdue to be changed; I'll put it like this, whenever I turned on the heat, a foul odor came out. I had no idea where the cabin filter was, so I had Firas change it and what a difference, no more funky smell! I also recently blew out a tire and called Firas to consult on where to go and he gave me great advice. I'm planning to have him change my oil soon and I'm sure he will provide excellent service just like he has in the past. I would recommend him to anyone and I feel his mobile-mechanic service is a huge asset and very convenient especially in the society we live in where time is of essence and taking it to a shop is not always the most convenient. read more

Firas helped me out with a anti-lock censor. While he was looking at my car he noticed a screw that was loose and tightened the screw without me asking.
