When that didn't work, Levi went above and beyond to diagnose the issue and provide a fix that would get us home. This included leaving to pick up supplies at the store and calling in a second mechanic with specialized experience with Subaru issues. Throughout the whole experience, Levi was friendly and understanding, talking through what our options would be and giving advice that was genuine and well thought out.
