Great place .Good work. I've only gone there for service though. Just be ready cause they do charge 15-20% more than most shops in service :/ read more

STAY AWAY FROM MOTOPORT AT ALL COSTS!!! GO CHECK YELP AS WELL!!!! This has been one of the worst dealership experiences I've ever had. I bought my Yamaha 255 FSH Sport E here in 2021. Brought it back for routine maintenance. When I picked it up, they casually said to "keep an eye on the steering cable" -- but said it wasn't urgent. Weeks later, I take it out... and I can barely steer the boat. Bring it back, and today it has officially been sitting for 30 DAYS, UNCOVERED, exposed to sun and rain, only for them to say, "Oh yeah, it's the steering cable." And the hatch was left open the entire time -- knowing this location has had a cat problem in the past. Completely reckless. I called every single week for updates. Kept getting: "We'll call you back." "We're looking at it today." "The tech's just about to check it." I had to go in person FOUR TIMES just to get real updates. They offered a 15% discount on the part -- but it's still $50 more expensive than Yamaha's own site with no discount. Make it make sense. $627 at the dealership / $427 on Yamaha's own website. Then I ask for a manager. Hours later, I get a call from Kat, a retail manager who: * Acts like she has no idea why I'm calling * Offers no apology, no accountability * LIES & says labor is 4 hours (they're "doing me a favor" charging 3) -- but the service rep already told me it's a 3-hour job * LIES & claims boat delivery is $150, though I was told it's normally $100 and they'd "see what they could do" due to the delays And then... she accuses me of "yelling" and threatens to end the call if I keep "raising my voice." Then proceeds to tell me if I don't like it to pick up my boat and take it elsewhere. Let me be clear: * I never yelled * I said, "I'm frustrated." * I even told her, "I understand you're short-staffed and overwhelmed." That's not yelling. That's being patient after being ignored and lied to for a month. Here's what you're really getting at Motoport: * Boat left outside for 30 days * Hatch left open -- with known cat issues on site * Parts overpriced despite fake "discounts" * False labor quotes * Zero customer service from management * Fake 5-star reviews all over Google Yes -- I said it. Read the reviews and you'll spot the fakes from the real ones. Don't let the fake fluff fool you. I spent thousands of dollars here and bought my boat from them. Never again. If you're thinking about doing business with Motoport -- DONT!!! read more

This is THE place to buy a jet ski. Brought in my Yamaha for a service and it runs better than ever. Thanks guys

Stay Away from Yamaha Motoport. This place is a complete joke. They lie to your face, overcharge you, and deliver garbage work. They butchered my Yamaha Max, charged me top dollar, and even had the nerve to break a part then never replaced it or even had the decency to call me about it. The service manager is absolutely clueless. Disorganized, and unprofessional. The general manager? Even worse she throws out empty apologies like it means something while doing NOTHING to actually fix the mess her team creates. All she cares about is covering her own a** and spinning excuses. When Alex was running things, it was a different story professional, honest, and competent. Since he left, the place has fallen apart. They don't care about your bike, your time, or your money. Their labor rate is $150/hour for what? For sloppy work, broken parts, and zero accountability? Meanwhile, your time means nothing to them. I took my bike to Moto Hub Miami in Wynwood after this disaster, and it was night and day. Honest, professional, and they actually know what they're doing. Ask for Danny he gets it done right. Motoport will never touch my bike again. If you value your ride, your money, and your sanity -- STAY AWAY from this dealership. read more

Very helpful staff and great service thanks to santi. I will be coming again very soon.

Terrible they charged me over $800 to replace a wear ring one time ,which is a part that cost $100 dollars they said the rest was 8 hours in labor , my wear ring went again and I just brought the part and fixed it myself within 25 minutes I just did my oil change myself took me 25 minutes, they said it would be 3 hours $450 then $150 for the parts they should be investigated for how they overcharge customers im contacting seadoo and Yamaha to see if they agree with the why they do business ! anything u need to know how to fix just watch YouTube trust me these people do not help there customers they take advantage and overcharge even after buying a jet ski from them DO NOT GO HERE ! Please contact seadoo and show them the bill you got from them so seadoo can see they dont deserve to be partners contact Yamaha and do the same ! I went to clear a maintenance reminder off my seadoo and to get a 3 spark plugs changed I was told they will not do it unless I agree to a full maintenance service which was $500 plus parts I told them I did the oil change already last week I just need 3 spark plugs and the screen cleared they said we will do the 3 spark plugs but we are not clearing the maintenance screen unless u agree to redo your oil change and pay the $500 dollars I felt like I was being extorted read more

Horrible customer service, wouldn't even hear my question before so rudely hanging up on me? The worst. Don't buy from here, customer service is everything in life especially in business. If that's how they treat people over the phone I can only imagine what other people go through when they visit their location. Sad to say, but their longevity of business won't last & their competitors are outshining them with how they treat their customers. Be nice, it goes a long way. read more

Save your time from coming to this dealer, bunch of scammers, not giving you the full information about what's really going on, can't give quotes over the phone, they don't give updates and much more. If you're looking to buy a new stock motorized vehicle I suggest you check on the brand website, the MSRP is much lower than what they try and squeeze out of you for their own commission. Don't buy used from here either been lots of complaints and they aren't transparent with you at all. read more

I called to buy an r6 from them and they are trying to sell it for $2k more than what it's worth. Don't go to this dealer they a thief's. Msrp is way lower on Yamahas website. read more

How is it possible for a store that "sells" motorcycles not to be able to give a quote on the phone?? Do they realize that some people work full time?? Even on the weekends? Never buy from these rude sellers!! read more

Highly recommended! If you are looking to purchase a PWC Jet-ski look no further. From the initial contact with sales and the attention to detail from all their staff really made me the customer feel important. The entire process was exceptionally smooth. Their prices and inventory was hands down comparable to none. The showroom was externally clean amd one can notice that the owner takes much pride. If you are in the market to purchase a jet ski or any recreational vechicle stop here first to save time. Thank you Motorport USA from making this experience memorable. Keep up the great work! read more

They are a bunch of scammers ! I sold a boat and one of the engines had an issue. We took the boat in and we where charges $150 to test drive it, they claimed nothing was wrong with the boat and the new buyer took his boat. Boat was doing the same thing and I asked him to take the boat back, we did they wanted to charge another $150 to test and and said the repairs would never exceed $1200. The bill came back at almost $1,500 although no additional issues were noted. The place is a scam, I would not refer this place to anyone. read more

Not a good place for buying or servicing in my experience. I walked in to buy a waverunner and was told they won't reduce a dollar. I don't pay sticker on anything and believe everything is negotiable in this economy. I walked out and went to North Miami Motorsports, they gave me a deal just over $2,000 off. I called Motoport and slowed them the proposal and all of a sudden they wanted my business. They matched the price and threw in life vests. I ended up buying from Motoport solely because they are closer to me. The kicker wasn't the buying, it was when it came time to service. The new manager they had Guisepe I think his name was, was an arrogant fool. My first oil change he wanted like $280, riva did it for $175. Really sucks that I can't just go to Motoport for all my needs and trust I'm getting the best deal. read more

Bought my Yamaha scooter from here. Bought it 2020. It's now 2021 and the carburetor is already giving me problems. I wouldn't come here.

Worst customer service EVER we bought a boat that is ready discontinued and we know that .... He told us : si yo fuera ustedes lo vendo, porque cuando se rompa etc etc.. Nos sentimos tan menospreciados Que we left like I never come back to this place . Eduquen a sus empleados ! read more

I used to service my bike here often. They now have a new service manager Giuseppe, and they raised prices. Their service prices are now almost double what other Yamaha dealerships charge. I was interested in a jet ski for My husbands birthday coming up in August and spoke to Adrian Ruiz the amount of knowledge and expertise he had was impressive. I told him I was on vacation and would call him when I was back in town. When I returned I called him to follow up, he remembered me and has been constantly texting me and calling with updated inventories and times he is available, looking forward to doing business with him very soon. The staff were very helpful and friendly, they actually treated me like a customer and not like I was some kind of burden on them. I dealt with Fritz in Parts, Danny in Service and Mohamed one of the technicians. Because of those three people, I will be a returning customer and I would definitely recommend them to a friend. Keep up the good work gentlemen. read more

Surf and turf. They have good proportion of water and land toys: Wave runners, motorcycles and the like. I stopped in the other day to leave RIDE FOR KIDS brochures. A great intro ride into the world of motorcycle charity rides. (There are a lot of them!) It is a police escorted charity ride; which means you get to blow through all the lights! Legally! The manager seemed friendly and supportive. read more

They do great service work here. After another dealership tried to push us around and steal money from us we brought our boat here and they got us in the same day. Yuri from service was excellent at communicating with us as they found what was wrong with our boat. He went above and beyond working with our warranty to fix all of the issues with our boat even the small latches that we didn't realize were covered by warranty. Highly recommend bringing your boat here for service. read more

Took my 2015 Yamaha R1 here for recall work on the transmission. I had just moved to Miami and had my bike shipped from Texas. Danny, the service manager coordinated with me so that the bike could be dropped off here. He was always there on the phone when I needed any questions answered and even took the time to send me snap shots of the work as it progressed. I have not been able to ride the bike much but it seems to be working great mechanically with no leaks. I had a good experience here with minimal headache and would recommend the service department. read more

SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS SCAM - after briefly looking at my waverunner, they said I needed to repair my engine, TRIED to charge me $400 to diagnose it, AND said it would cost a minimum $1,500 to repair it. Afterward I went to North Miami Yamaha where they told me it was hydrolocked and fixed it for $100. I called Motoport general manager to report the issue and they didn't seem to care, maybe this is a common scam they run on customers? read more

Very content. My boyfriend decided to buy a jet ski and so we went in to see them and Steve greeted us with a smile as soon as we walked in. He was helpful every second. He was genuine while talking to us and told us some really good stories that made us laugh and comfortable with him. It started to get late and didn't rush us at all which I appreciate as well. At the end, my boyfriend was a very happy customer with the service and jet ski. Thanks Steve! (: read more

This is my first experience with Motoport USA. Before I went to Motoport USA I was calling around for a bike shop to install my new tires. I was avoiding calling a dealer, knowing that dealers are always so much more expensive. I called other shops but no one answered their phones. It was Friday, I guess. So, I decided to call Motoport USA, and asked for the cost, and if it they could do it today; yes to both questions. Being a dealer, it was a more expensive, but the difference was very reasonable. I arrived with the tires/rims. I have to say, even though it was only for a tire change, I could not ask for a better experience. Not knowing where I was going, I was immediately, nicely asked if I needed help, instead of getting the usual, 'your not suppose to be here'. I was greeted at the service office by a very friendly, and helpful person. Telling him I needed a couple of new tires put on my rims. During my time with him I told him that I am waiting for some parts for a recall on my bike. Right away he started to investigate the status of the parts. He also asked the service writer for assistance. Both of them went at it trying to find out what was going on. To me this was beyond and above the normal, lack of service I am used to living in Miami. I was asked to be back in a hour. When I arrived the new tires were sitting at his desk. I was asked to go to the cashier to take care of the bill. When I should up the cashier was not there. Rather then make me wait for her to get back, a gentleman without me asking walked up to me and said the cashier is in the ladies room. Rather then make me wait, without me saying anything he took the paperwork from my hands and processed the paperwork. That was a nice surprise, great service. I went back to the service department with the paid up paperwork, gave it to the service writer. My tires were now sitting by my car. Instead of just going inside the office, the service writer helped me put the tires inside my car. He didn't have to do that. But he did. That was a nice touch. Closing the trunk, I turn around and another person starting talking to me. It was the mechanic who worked on the tires. By the rim alone he recognized the model it was, an FJR. He spent a couple of minutes telling me how great the model bike I have was. He also told me that I picked the best tires for my bike. I thanked him for doing a great job, not a single scratch on the rim. I think he gave the rim back to me cleaner then I left it. Thanks for a most comfortable experience.... AM. read more

Sad to say I just took my bike here for the LAST time. I was a loyal customer since 2007. Unfortunately, the new service manager "Dan" just doesn't make the grade. I brought my bike in for a full service and asked them to also check problem I was having. The issue was when I pressed the 'Start" button, sometimes it would turn over and sometimes not. When it did engage it started immediately. Hence not a battery issue. When I picked up the bike they told me everything was fine. Took the bike home and parked it. At startup the next day same problem. You could hit the start switch once, or ten times before it fired up. Led me to believe it was a relay. That week I got stuck not once, but twice and had to have the bike towed back to Motoports USA since I could not start it. Told 'Dan" the service manager that I was having the same issue. Moreover; I specifically told him it could be a relay. After they checked my bike I was told it was the charging system, was charged about $700, which I agreed to, and had the work done. Picked up the bike and upon the next start same issue all over again. Took the bike back now for a 3rd time. (I live in Hallandale Beach so it is quiet a hike). Dan tells me he will have to charge me $125 to diagnose the problem. He and I went back and forth on why I would be charged to check something that should have been checked previously and he admitted he never had the guy check the electrical from the start switch even though I complained 3 times about the problem. When I left it appeared he would waive the 4125 diagnostic. I received a call about 5 days later. Dan tells me it was intact a relay and I could pick up the bike in a few days. When I returned he admitted he was wrong to not check the problem earlier, but still charged me a $125 diagnostic, on top of the part and install fee. I told Dan that this was the last time I would service my bike here. He said he was sorry to see me go, but his attitude was clearly that he could care less about my business. I wonder how the new management or owners would feel about this. read more
