Then it turned out they lied and deceived him, pulled a bait and switch on the price and did some shady paperwork havto do with signature and price. He also shared his video with me with the meeting he had with their finance manager, where he was very disrespectful and was yelling and cursing at him. With all thst going on, do not want to deal with any of that so I decided to go elsewhere and got me the Speed 400 in the Caspian Blue! Smooth transaction, no games, lies, o deception or unethical practices, the price we agreed on was the price that I paid. No shady paperwork to worry about. Thank you to Harry's S. For sharing. It looks like I avoided a very bad situation..... why take a gamble with these people, when there are so many other dealerships out here that run an honest business and actually charge you what you actually agree on, regarding the price. The scooter was taken in to have a service done on it and when my partner went to pick it up they informed him it would be more money because they had to change the brakes. I have never been somewhere in where they change something on a car, truck, boat or etc where they would not call you first and ask you if it's okay to do that. What if the client doesn't have the money and now you've just forced them into something that they may not be able to financially afford? He luckily had the money. Not too long after he had issues with the back breaks and was told he needed new ones. But they had just been changed so how is it that so soon after that they needed to be changed again. I know breaks are part of the wear and tear but considering my partner drives less than two miles to work I highly doubt it was wear and tear. My partner is not happy at all with them and honestly it makes me feel bad that I was the one that found them. Especially since it's hard to find parts for the scooter we purchased so it leaves us in a bit of a bind. Personally I've never dealt with a company like this and for sure it's a lesson learned.

Soon after my purchase, I took the Jet Ski to the sea, but it suddenly stopped working due to water getting into the engine. When I returned to Riva, they charged me $192 just to assess the issue. To my dismay, they informed me that the repairs would cost an additional $1,900. To add to my frustration, the A/C on the ATV also malfunctioned shortly after purchase, with one of the hoses blowing out. They offered the same assessment fee of $192, claiming that they needed to evaluate it. It's worth noting that I had previously purchased a Robalo 360 in 2024, three Yamaha Jet Skis from Key Largo, and an EZ Golf Car, all of which had zero issues. It's surprising how differently things have gone with Riva Motor Sport in Miami. In the end, their handling of these situations has unfortunately led to losing a potentially loyal customer.
