The handlebars were rusting under the grips and the cone spike filter was sun faded. These guys aren't fast talking salesmen . They tell you what you need, and get it done quickly as soon as the parts get in, so you can get back on the road. After so many unpleasant experiences with shops all over the automotive spectrum in south florida, this shop has gained my trust. Shiny side up.

The newly built massive tent came in handy, nice cool shade while taking in the sound and view of all the amazing machines. Cartel Baggers were there in full bloom. Amazing motorcycles. Went by parts dept and picked up a new brake rotor bike lock under $40.00. The staff here are the best of any dealership. Kind and always with professional suggestions. I've test ridden their new sport glider before about a month or so ago, great experience. No pushing for a sale tactic from sales guy. Bought my headlights here too. Still working great no complaints. I get compliments on the look and brightness of the beams with the Halo ring. Harley Davidson shirts are Buy one get one 50% off. Great designs. They have jackets of all kinds too. Some with clearance prices. Thank you Peterson for an amazing ride and event.

We determined I actually have the right size but it needed to be worn in or forcefully stretched to speed things up. She suggested inflating a small soccerball in the helmet and checking sizing the following day - a tip a fellow rider suggested to her. I gave it a try and it made a world of a difference. I'm thankful she was honest about sizing as the next size up would have left my noggin bouncing around and ultimately unsafe. She could have made a sale but prioritized my safety while helping me get more comfortable in my own gear. I value the knowledge she passed on to me and I feel more confident buying from Peteraon South knowing I'm more than just a potential sale walking through the door.

A few days later, Cody called and explained that the mechanic had been sick since Saturday. He said he would try to fit me into his own schedule, and we discussed a time that would likely work for both of us. However, before ending the call, Cody asked me to modify or delete my review. I told him that once someone actually came out and looked at the bike, I would have no problem updating the review to reflect that. At that point, he accused me of "blackmailing" the company with my review. To be clear, I never brought up the review during the call--he did. I simply said I would update it once the issue was addressed. Being accused of blackmail for wanting the problem resolved before changing my review was incredibly unprofessional and disappointing. My original concern was the lack of communication after the repair. Unfortunately, this interaction only made the situation worse. I can overlook mistakes and scheduling issues, but I cannot overlook poor communication and being treated disrespectfully as a customer UPDATE: After I left my original review, I was contacted almost immediately.
