How can I put this in words .... I have a few bikes, one of them was a Honda Africa Twin 2019 that I bought in Kansas City a few years ago. Very very happy with my bike but I was always curious about the newer ones and the DCT system. To make it short I haven't seen any new ones for the last couple of years in ANY dealer I went to. A good friend of mine told me he bought his Africa Twin at JM Honda Miami and told me good things about his experience. I've called JM and the receptionist, very politely, assigned me a sales person. She told me they had a few new ones so off I went to Miami. I live in Delray Beach so it's good 3 hour driving for me but my friend took me to an Aprilia dealer in Miami and JM later. We were just LOOKING with ZERO intentions of buying anything. At JM they indeed had 4 or 5 Africa Twins brand new and all lined up to see variants in colors and specs !! I was impressed and so exited to finally see one of these machines. My sales person name was Scarleth and she showed me possibilities from used ones to new ones. Once again, I just wanted to see, nothing else. As we were kinda leaving the dealer she offered me a test drive ..... NEVER in all this years ANY dealer offered me that ! Of course I said yes but I was kinda concerned of riding a new bike with a DCT system that I've never tried before. That's when someone that was talking to the rest of his employees heard my concerned and stepped in. That person was the owner of the dealer that not only explained all the features of this system but also jumped on the bike to walked me through everything !! To make it shorter ... I've fell in love with the bike, so JM (Jose Miguel, owner), Alvaro (Manager) and Scarleth (sales person) got together and in just a few minutes gave me a great deal trading in my older Africa Twin and WITHOUT EVEN SEEING IT !!! Not only that, the very next day they sent their driver all the way to Deerfield Beach with a brand new bike and all the paperwork done and ready. I was completely BLOWN AWAY !!! Who does that nowadays ???? NOBODY ! Today is been over a month and they keep giving me good news and sending me messages for spring day. Just yesterday I've talked to Alexandra, their receptionist, and realizing I live so far away she personally went ahead and talked to somebody and now they're mailing me the tag work on that bike. by far, this is the worst dealer to go buy parts. Parts manager is a joke order some parts from them came wrong pay for them upfront never even left. The dealer tried to return the parts they would not return the parts or the money solution to the situation was to keep the parts that I don't need and re-order the correct one out of discounted price , and advice if you happen to order parts from them, make sure you pay with your card so the same scenario happens to you. The service department did not too my concerns serious enough, unti my bike left me in the middle of the road by 88st at 12pm. I paid $500 to avoid this happening in the first place. so I decided to give this place another shot after the horror store of the service department. I leave a deposit on a new bike, I got pushed around for over a month, the sales (Andres) man continues to push me off. So the UTV finally gets there the sales man tell me I need to come the next day bc they will sell the unit I have been waiting on with a deposit in place. The next morning he texted me they sold the unit. Then got a changed story 3 different times. They will waist your time and tell you everything you want to hear. Just like a sales man shark. Here is a lesson on how a salesperson/manager can completely misread the buy signals. I accompany my neighbor and friend because he has decided to purchase an off-road motorcycle for his son. We are taken to the second floor storeroom and shown two types of 125. One is very conventional and the other has inverted forks. Rafa settles on the conventional, less expensive one and attempts to work out an out of door price. The sales rep doesn't budge on price because he has a limited inventory due to the logistics of his supply chain during the pandemic. Rather than going back home and enjoying a few beers, he drags me down US-1 to another dealership and ends up buying the blue Yamaha version of the bike after 15 minutes of negotiation. read more

JM HONDA installed a faulty chain on my CBR1000 which broke off and broke my engine. I took it back for repairs and it's been 2 months and I still don't have my motorcycle and there has been no work done on it. I need my motorcycle repaired or I will file a lawsuit. The management is horrible. I was intending to buy a new CBR1000 but I might start looking at SUZUKI if this doesn't get resolved. Sales manager lies to customers to lead them into buying motorcycles. He will tell you your insurance will only be a fraction of what it actually is to get you to buy the motorcycle. Before buying a motorcycle, shop for the insurance as the manager of this store lied to me telling me it would only be $20 a month when in fact it was over $100 a month. Salesperson lied to me a second time when he sent me a text saying I can return the motorcycle and then when I got to the store, he said I couldn't return it. They are all liers. I bought a 2004 Honda Shadow 750 from them 3 days after it started leaking gas. They said it's my fault I left the petcock open. After I allowed them to repair it for 529 the motorcycle started leaking gas a week later they said the work was not guaranteed in the motorcycle was sold as is and it's my problem now. These people have no knowledge of motorcycles and enjoy ripping people off. Becareful stay away from here. read more

I'll try to make this short. Bought a used crf Minibike. Pretty clean, but didn't run well. I brought it to JM for a tune up. Figured they would clean the carb and fix the leaky petcock valve then send me on my way. I was told it was ready 4 times. 3 times it wasn't. It leaked gas in front of me, all three times they turned up the idle so much because it wouldn't run with a regular idle. Service manager argued with me about it. Accused my son and I of lying. It got very heated at that point. Very unprofessional. It ran the same when I dropped it off. Finally a month after trying to fix it, I picked it up for the last time. The kid was so happy, until the next day. It leaked gas everywhere again. Thank god it Didn't catch fire. I wouldn't bring it back to them even though I paid already. Ends up I looked into it myself. Then never removed the fuel petcok. Original seal stuck in there. The fuel filter was disintegrated and coming apart inside the tank. Reserve barely dripped out. They charged me for the repair but never took it apart. The small pieces got under the float needle and made it overflow. Now the oil level is too high too because of the gas dripping into the engine. So I fixed it myself. Drained and cleaned the tank, cleaned the petcock, And installed an inline fuel filter. Don't waste your time or money on service here. Their trade in offers are a joke as well. Even though they are closer, I will be getting my parts from the dealer on bird road. Worst customer service experience I've ever had. Dropped off my bike on jan 26th 2021 for warranty work, was told it would take about 6 weeks and could take longer. At week 7 i was told mechanics had covid. Week 9 and 10 i was told parts were otw and bike should be ready soon. Friday April 9th i show up to the dealer because they wouldn't return my calls. Not 1 person in the service department knew anything about my bike and was told that the owner of dealer will call me Tuesday. He called me Wednesday April 14th to tell me that the dealer doesn't have anyone that can work on my bike. To pick it up and and take it somewhere else and i will be charged $50 a day for storage any day after the 14th of April. No work was done on my bike from jan 26th to April 14th , no parts were ordered, i was being lied to the whole time about the updates with my bike. Needless to say i think this dealer will be closing sooner than later. read more

Not that Great of customer Service and a Man keeping their word. We have purchased 8 Bikes with this company. We went a month and half ago to purchase another Bike. They confirmed that if we were to leave a deposit with them ( Chris) that we will get the bike as soon as they receive it. Well we left a DEPOSIT. They called us 3 days ago to let us know the bike will be in soon, yesterday we called them to confirm that the bike was there, but apparently it was in storage. They said it will be in today. Well I went today to go get the paperwork started. Giving them all my information for them to let me know an hour later that the SAID bike I put the deposit for was SOLD. And then had the Audacity to tell me if I would be interested in another. I waited 6weeks. They said a Mans Word means A lot. Apparently they have little kids working there and No Real Men. I drove 45 minutes over there for me to sit an extra hour and then get the sad news. My Bike was Sold. I will never recommend this Place to No One Ever. I never post online reviews but I hate it when dealers use shady tactics like bait and switch. I sent a request to the dealer for my S.O.'s first motorcycle, they had a '09 shadow listed for $2000 but with no pictures. I assumed with that price there would be damage but since I'm not completely useless with a wrench I thought I'd look into it. They get back to me a week later with pictures and there is minor damage. I'm ecstatic, I come in and the bike he's been showing me pictures of is one for 3500 dollars because the other bike sold a week prior and when we spoke he didn't feel the need to tell me. So I left. And out of curiosity I waited until this morning, a full week from when I first spoke to him (which it sold before according to him), which is a week after I requested it. And the bike is still listed, being used as a bait and switch. It sucks because I walked in ready to buy the motorcycle if she was comfortable on it. And she loved it. It makes it worse that they waited until I drove from miami gardens sat on and started the bike to tell me it was not the original bike I was asking about. I went a few days ago to JM Honda for a $5.00 part that i purchased on the phone. Went to the store to pick up the part. Came to find out i lost another piece but i didn't know what it was. Spoke with several people and they politely guided to the parts department to pick up one of the parts i needed. The treatment there was superb the treatment was as if i was buying the the most expensive bike or like in this case a $5.00 part. I had millions of questions so the the Service manager Andy stepped in to assist me, Luis the mechanic also assisted. they both sat with me for like 25 minutes looking thought their website and books for the part i was missing. The funny part is, it only cost me $6.00. They or I did not care the cost of the item but all they care about is that i left the store with what i needed to get my motorcycle back on the road. Just left JM Honda with a new TRX 90 for our son. What an excellent experience all around. We live 2 hours away in the Keys, so we had to do a lot of the leg work over the phone. When I called yesterday and spoke with Mario he was beyond helpful to get our purchase in order before arriving this morning to pick up the bike. Today we had the pleasure of working with Christina to get all the paperwork signed and get us out the door. I write this review with the most sincerity. I had a horrible experience at this place today and I'm still confused as to why this has happened. needless to say I would never buy from here again, or give them any business. I recently got into the riding and bought my first dirt bike here. Its a 2021 crf150rb. Ed was the salesman. I brought the bike back to them today because soon after I got it, which has been about a month now I noticed that the brakes are not working properly. You need to depress the rear brake very hard for it to engage and even then it doesn't lock, it just slows the bike down to a stop. For obvious safety reasons I brought it back to the dealer so that they can see what the issue is. The bike is under full warranty btw. I met with service advisor, Juan Martinez. he said that if it is something they can fix they will do it on the spot but if a part is needed that I would have to leave it. Well I waited for about 20 minutes and was on the sales floor asking about purchasing a side by side in near future. Juan then grabbed me from the floor and asked for me to follow him to the back where my bike was. There he and a technician said that it was my fault that the brakes were not working and said that they removed my brake pads and sanded them down because they were melting. I didn't even understand how this can happen to a new bike and they then told me I'm pressing the brake while I'm riding which is absolutely not true. The brake issue was very abrupt and was not caused by use over time as I just got the bike. Is sanding a brake pad down even a safe repair as this is a safety item and I don't believe the brake pads should be sanded. They said that it fixed the issue and I then test drove the bike and the issue was not fixed the brakes still wouldn't lock. They then said that I needed to pay them 1hr of labor which is $100 plus tax and some other fee. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. Juan said there is nothing he can do for me but charge me for 30 mins as if he was doing me a favor. These people are thieves and honestly lost a customer over such a horrible stressful experience. They literally said they sanded my brake pads down and charged me an 1 hr of labor. I do not recommend that you buy or do any sort of business here for your lifes sake because they just gave me a bike that has a brake issue and charged me for it after they did nothing. I have never in my life experienced something like this in any service department. Like they looked at me and thought that I was stupid or something. The technician was even laughing saying that he would have drove my bike again to show me that the brakes are working. To add insult to injury, they never even informed me that they were charging me for the unsafe work they did to my bike. they never even gave me a chance to say, no. If I knew that they were going to charge me for this I would have never brought it there. These people are thieves and if anyone wants proof or would like to know more about my experience please reach out to me. I will be happy to elaborate. needless to say they have lost customer forever and I would never recommend them to anyone I know, all over some unsafe unauthorized job that they did to my brakes. Saw their ad for a bike I was interested in around the first week of November and I reached out to them for their best out the door price. Their price was a bit more than I wanted to spend, so I passed. I reached out to them again around the 2nd week of December for the price out the door, and this time they came back with a higher price. I asked why the price had gone up, and was told that they would "Try" to honor the previous price if I was willing to close the deal and provide a deposit. I politely declined. A few weeks goes by and I receive an alert from Cycle-trader that a bike listing I have saved had dropped by $500. It is the bike that I have been inquiring about for 1 1/2 months. I again reached out for a out the door price and was given the same price quoted 1 1/2 months ago. I then called the dealership for some assistance, thinking that speaking to them on the phone would be a way to break the impasse. I was informed that the price fluctuates on a week to week basis and was basically informed that they really didn't give a Sh*& and take it at this price or leave it. read more
