How can I put this in words .... I have a few bikes, one of them was a Honda Africa Twin 2019 that I bought in Kansas City a few years ago. Very very happy with my bike but I was always curious about the newer ones and the DCT system. To make it short I haven't seen any new ones for the last couple of years in ANY dealer I went to. A good friend of mine told me he bought his Africa Twin at JM Honda Miami and told me good things about his experience. I've called JM and the receptionist, very politely, assigned me a sales person. She told me they had a few new ones so off I went to Miami. I live in Delray Beach so it's good 3 hour driving for me but my friend took me to an Aprilia dealer in Miami and JM later. We were just LOOKING with ZERO intentions of buying anything. At JM they indeed had 4 or 5 Africa Twins brand new and all lined up to see variants in colors and specs !! I was impressed and so exited to finally see one of these machines. My sales person name was Scarleth and she showed me possibilities from used ones to new ones. Once again, I just wanted to see, nothing else. As we were kinda leaving the dealer she offered me a test drive ..... NEVER in all this years ANY dealer offered me that ! Of course I said yes but I was kinda concerned of riding a new bike with a DCT system that I've never tried before. That's when someone that was talking to the rest of his employees heard my concerned and stepped in. That person was the owner of the dealer that not only explained all the features of this system but also jumped on the bike to walked me through everything !! To make it shorter ... I've fell in love with the bike, so JM (Jose Miguel, owner), Alvaro (Manager) and Scarleth (sales person) got together and in just a few minutes gave me a great deal trading in my older Africa Twin and WITHOUT EVEN SEEING IT !!! Not only that, the very next day they sent their driver all the way to Deerfield Beach with a brand new bike and all the paperwork done and ready. I was completely BLOWN AWAY !!! Who does that nowadays ???? NOBODY ! Today is been over a month and they keep giving me good news and sending me messages for spring day. Just yesterday I've talked to Alexandra, their receptionist, and realizing I live so far away she personally went ahead and talked to somebody and now they're mailing me the tag work on that bike. Finally I have to say this has been my BEST experience ever at any dealership that I ever been to ! Thank you JM Honda of Miami, Jose Miguel, Alvaro, Scarleth and Alexandra for a total amazing experience !!

After so many unpleasant experiences with shops all over the automotive spectrum in south florida, this shop has gained my trust. Shiny side up.

Honest Review: Stay Away from Two Wheels Motorsports…read more I went to Two Wheels Motorsports because my bike wouldn't stay on and I needed a proper diagnosis. At first, they told me they didn't have space to keep my bike and that I'd need to pick it up the same day after they diagnosed it. Fine--I agreed. Later, I picked it up and they told me the issue was my fuel regulator and that my fuel pump wasn't giving enough pressure. They recommended rebuilding the fuel pump and replacing the regulator. I agreed and paid $145 upfront for parts--$100 for a fuel pump rebuild kit and $45 for the regulator. They told me the parts would be in by Monday, June 27, and I'd just need to bring the bike back for installation. That was the last time things made any sense. I called them repeatedly--they never answer the phone. No updates, no returned calls, nothing. After two weeks, I drove to the shop myself. That's when they told me the parts were delayed due to "rain in Texas." At this point, I still gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited longer. Fast-forward weeks later--still no parts, no communication, no explanation, and no refund. So I gave up. I went and bought a brand new OEM Yamaha fuel pump on my own. What's worse is that while I was at their shop, they insisted a new pump would cost over $700, trying to talk me out of it. But I found the OEM pump on Partzilla for $344, and that proves they were either dishonest or completely misinformed. On top of that, my bike came back scratched up, likely from them trying to cram it into a space with no care. They even left it outside in the rain while it was waiting to be picked up. If you value your bike, your time, or your money--stay far away from this place. Poor service, no accountability, zero communication, and no respect for the customer or their property.

Not only was i NOT ABLE to use my motorcycle for over 4 months but the issue was not even fixed to begin with. they do NOT know what they are doing and i would suggest bringing your bike anywhere else but to this shop. they just take ur money and claim they replace a bunch a parts but never actually do. They told me to pick it up 3 times and each time i went the bike was still having the exact same problem and still does. They even had ME pick up a part and pay for it only for them to install it and say that the bike is having a different issue now that doesn't relate to the part they had me buy.
