I loved how quick they were to respond to my inquiry and immediately they confirmed my appointment for the next day and ordered my battery to come in. I arrived the next day and had super quick service as I waited in the nice waiting area watching YOU on Netflix. Everyone was super helpful and friendly. I would 10/10 recommended trying this place out. If nothing at all, go because you'll be comfortable while waiting and the bathroom is CLEAN. I reached out to the owner who was very nice and serviceable, we set up a date to take in my car to his location and left it there for about two and a half hours. Throughout the whole process i was getting updates such as videos or pictures of before and afters. Once my car was ready i picked it up and it was like i picked up a whole new car from the dealer. It was impeccable, full of shine and extremely clean on the inside. The best part was the smell of new car even my daughter mentioned how she loved how our car looked and smell. I was timid about a mobile service and the potential of hiring a real person, but was reassured by Ricardo of the process and he answered all of the questions I had in a very proficient/professional manner. We were able to schedule an appointment for the following day. I received a confirmation email and text message. I was alerted the day of when he was on his way, the link provided an ETA and a tracker for his location. He arrived early and walked me through the process. I received a text when it was completed, and was able to pay via the link. Overall my the process was 10/10. It is always nerve wracking having someone come to you rather than dropping it off at a detail store lot, but I can TRULY say I will never go back to the traditional storefront. The experience was comfortable, it was convenient, and I will specifically go through Fresh Wash 305 in the future. I cannot say enough good things! As for the actual cleaning--my mind was blown. I needed a full deep cleaning of the inside and the outside. I hadn't gotten it cleaned in about a year so there was a lot of grime, which I know required scrubbing. Chris came to my house on time and that's where the positive experience ended. I specifically requested for the clay treatment due to tree sap stains. He didn't tell me until the end of the "wash" that the stains had damaged the clear coat and couldn't come out. The inside also didn't look like it had been cleaned so $200 for the outside only and still left with the stains I wanted out? Ok. I asked him if he accepted venmo/Zelle so I could send him payment that way because I had an appointment and would not be able to stay. He tells me he does and so I jump in my car to leave (in another car) while pulling up my Zelle and then he starts screaming outside of my house that he's not leaving until he's paid. (And FYI, my husband was still there). Never once had I indicated that I wasn't going to pay him so the erratic behavior was very strange and completely unprofessional. Afterwards, I messaged him to let him know we didn't appreciate the way he had acted and the lack of professionalism continued as he complained about having to work outside in the sun and even about asking me to park in the street (I asked if he could park on our carport instead so as not to block the road and he agreed never once expressing that it was a problem for him). I'm attaching pics of the car AFTER he was done and the message I received because I know this sounds so unbelievable. Everyone has a bad day and I truly hope that's all this was and this is not his regular interaction with customers. Unfortunately, I will never again use his services to find out. We also referred him to two other people..... on our rescheduling I received two confirmations the day before ..... he was supposed to be here 9am ..... it's now 10:26 and no response from him after my texts the day before or the day of service. He also was booked w one of my referrals...... he canceled and said he would give her 10$ credit for cancellation..... wonderful and good communication....... Then when he showed up for the make up car wash he was very talkative about his issues and being in rehab and seemed kinda off...... she felt uncomfortable w him being there and refused waxing and anything but the car wash. Everyone has issues and that's ok..... but not showing up or responding is not expectable So I think this company needs to focus on their own personal problems and not make more problems for customers and him self
