Ordered brake lines on a stock Bandit, had wrong banjos and some lengths incorrect. Gave them corrected measurements and was told they would send new lines first thing. Sent messages a week, then two weeks later, no reply. Sent them the lines back, no reply. Called after three weeks, phone was disconnected and Jim's cell was unavailable. Sent e-mails to HEL USA and Moto-Heaven requesting refund, no reply. Called the fax number and was told by Colt that they would issue a refund that day and 5 days later, still nothing. Now I get to dispute a transaction with my bank. read more
