Tom and his crew at Rustkote Total Care are top notch! My truck had been into the dealer for some…read morewarranty work, and came out with damage to the driver's side door window. The service department at the dealer tried to tell me that the window was aftermarket tinted, even though the glass was stamped from Ford with tint and lamination, and that the tint would need to be replaced, so I reached out to a friend who referred me to Tom. Not only did Tom take the time to explain what the issue was with my window (it was not aftermarket tinted, the dealer damaged the glass), he was also able to help mitigate the damage enough to make it so I could look out of the window without making myself crazy, until the dealer can get the glass from Ford to replace it. The gentleman at the dealer treated me dismissively, which I have found to be typical when you are a small women who drives a big truck...lol, but not Tom. Tom was willing to share his knowledge with me, so when I went back to the dealer I was able to speak intelligently about the damage. Thank you Tom!
