(Pay cash if you can so you don't get charged a small percentage if you put it on your card) They saved me about $300...plus the great customer service made the 30 minute drive from West Seneca worth it. They take your money then if there is an issue they are the last ones to try to rectify the situation. They DO NOT stand behind their word, and the owner Brandon is even worse. They talk out of both sides of their mouth. I bought a brand new trailer, later discovered it had major issues and I was told the issues were manufacturer defects and they could not repair it at LOE, and it would be under warranty. When it came time to process the warranty and get the trailer fixed they backed out of their word and denied the fact the trailer had manufacturer defects to the manufacturer warranty department. They lied about the problems, denied there was even an issue. When we tried to have a minor repair done, the workmanship was less than acceptable, and the warranty company agreed. The consumer relationship became so bad on behalf of the business owner, that he even told us to: "get the f*ck off my lot or I will call the police". What business does that? I filed with the BBB and they didn't even have the decency to reply because they knew what they did and were too afraid to correspond. So, I took it back to the manufacturer and filed it with the Illinois BBB, and guess what? Novae responded, drove to PA to inspect it, and it got fixed! It's back to being almost brand new. Stay away from this business. They are not to be trusted.

I live 45 minutes away with several other dealers in my area much closer, but my first experience was so great, I decided to drive farther for another great experience. They are a full service dealer and would recommend them to anyone. Looking at a newer truck and I will be going back to them for the hitch. They also have a TON of parts for trailers!!!
