When we got there, she had us fill out all necessary paperwork on the trailer we were picking up while the man was getting the trailer ready to go for us. Overall, a great experience! I was told "you won't find any 20ft. in all of Buffalo all the way out to Rochester" by the guy behind the counter. Why was I able to order one then?! They also had no dollies. There were 3 15ft trucks sitting in the parking lot but I was told I couldn't have one of those for unknown reasons. So instead of moving everything at once, 1 trip turned into 4 trips! Also, when we got in the 10ft truck at the location the windows had been left open and the seats were soaked from the night before. I was also told to fill the tank back up to 1/4 of a tank but when I started it up it only had 1/8 of a tank of gas. Whole thing was ridiculous, never again!
