You would think it would be incumbent upon Outdoor Travel management to highlight potential additional charges at pick-up. We were shown how to use onboard generator but not advised that there was an ADDITIONAL CHARGE for use. That important COSTLY detail was only discovered when final bill was received. Not only were we not made aware of possible additional charge(s) (charges as listed in the Rental Description (SMALL PRINT) / Adjustments On Arrival (SMALL PRINT), we were OVERCHARGED FOR USE OF GENERATOR. Adjustment to bill was only made AFTER matter was brought up with Rental Management. Spoke to Rental Manager then RV Sales Manager regarding matter. Even though the possible charge was not disclosed at pickup, their argument was "Use was listed in the agreement (SMALL PRINT) and to expect no adjustments". Having discussed matter with RV Sales Manager, this appeared to be a revenue-grabbing opportunity for company. There was absolutely no consideration for the customer! RENTERS BEWARE OF FINE PRINT IN AGREEMENT!! Had we simply been advised of use, alternative arrangements would have been made to mitigate the COSTLY generator bill. WILL DEFININATELY NOT RETURN!!!!
