Additionally to that, after hooking the truck up to our camper, a mechanic jumped in the front seat with myself and another person, and drove it around the parking lot. As well as, they told us we could pick the camper up on a specific day then 3 days before pickup they told us we couldn't get it the day the told us. When we got there, the interest rate all of a sudden shot up from a completely different number they told my boyfriend 3 days prior. Then demanded that we put an extended warranty on our 5th wheel after my boyfriend repeatedly told the finance manager Jeff no. Jeff was very demanding that we do other things than what my boyfriend and I had talked about before hand. On the other hand our salesmen, David was absolutely amazing, he helped us find the perfect match for our needs, as well as kept us in our budget. He responded quickly when we had questions, and was very understanding about our circumstances. Overall I would not recommend this dealership. Save your money and time and go somewhere else.

I am going to increase my rating a little because they have been communicative on parts at least but I'd really love to get a solid date range for when I will have my camper back. Edit: I got an ETA for mid march for getting the camper back. All parts except the trim have been replaced already. I am much happier now.

Misleading, Dishonest, and Stressful -- Beware Before Buying Here!…read more In January 2025, my husband and I purchased a 2024 Lexus TX 500h F Sport Premium AWD (VIN# 5TDABAB69RS004225) from Superior Auto Sales, and the entire experience--from purchase to resolution--was appalling, deceitful, and incredibly stressful. Despite the listing advertising shipping, we were told last minute that the vehicle could not be shipped. At 7 months pregnant, I flew to Buffalo with my husband to complete the purchase and then drove 400 miles back home. Within days, we discovered multiple issues: a faulty dashboard, non-functional driving modes, A/C problems, missing safety features, a malfunctioning screen, and more. We were told the vehicle was under warranty, so we took it to our local Lexus dealership. After four months of ongoing troubleshooting, parts replacements, and escalations--including expert Lexus technicians being flown in--we discovered the truth: this was a Canadian vehicle with unauthorized electrical modifications made by Superior Auto Sales. These modifications were never disclosed at the time of purchase, which voided the Lexus warranty in the U.S. According to Lexus USA, only Lexus Canada might be able to service this car due to the tampering. Throughout these months, the Izzo family (Rick, Nick, and Sarah) repeatedly misled us and our local dealership, and refused to take accountability. Their communication was evasive, disrespectful, and unprofessional--often rude and defensive, even after the truth was exposed by Lexus technicians. Only after being confronted with undeniable evidence did Superior Auto Sales agree to buy back the vehicle, 5 months later...Even then, they expected us to make the return trip with a newborn and toddler in a defective vehicle --a final insult after months of wasted time, financial burden (payments, insurance), and emotional distress. To make matters worse, we have since seen this same vehicle listed again for sale, without disclosure of its Canadian origin, history of modifications, or the fact that it has no U.S. warranty. The listing even misstates the number of prior owners. This dealership knowingly sells misrepresented vehicles, hides crucial information, and engages in unethical practices. Lexus USA has confirmed that this specific vehicle is not covered under warranty in the U.S.

He told me he would reimburse me for the cost of a new jack ($65) - I have personally talked to Don on three occasions and each time he promised to send me a check for $65 for the replacement jack that I purchased. I gave him a copy of the receipt and the ruined jack in the box that the new jack was shipped in. My last conversation was on July 22nd of this year. The man is a liar and I wouldn't recommend doing business with him. I have stored my boat at Lime Lake multiple times and have spent thousands of dollars over the last ten years. Very disappointing. All this happened before Covid. I'd think twice before doing business with this guy.

RENTERS BEWARE OF ADJUSTMENTS ON ARRIVAL / BEING OVER CHARGED…read more Read ENTIRE Rental Agreement closely. Important details regarding rental are not highlighted by rental department staff. You would think it would be incumbent upon Outdoor Travel management to highlight potential additional charges at pick-up. We were shown how to use onboard generator but not advised that there was an ADDITIONAL CHARGE for use. That important COSTLY detail was only discovered when final bill was received. Not only were we not made aware of possible additional charge(s) (charges as listed in the Rental Description (SMALL PRINT) / Adjustments On Arrival (SMALL PRINT), we were OVERCHARGED FOR USE OF GENERATOR. Adjustment to bill was only made AFTER matter was brought up with Rental Management. Spoke to Rental Manager then RV Sales Manager regarding matter. Even though the possible charge was not disclosed at pickup, their argument was "Use was listed in the agreement (SMALL PRINT) and to expect no adjustments". Having discussed matter with RV Sales Manager, this appeared to be a revenue-grabbing opportunity for company. There was absolutely no consideration for the customer! RENTERS BEWARE OF FINE PRINT IN AGREEMENT!! Had we simply been advised of use, alternative arrangements would have been made to mitigate the COSTLY generator bill. WILL DEFININATELY NOT RETURN!!!! If you are looking to purchase, drive up to SICARD RV. Have dealt with them on multiple occasions in the past. They know how to look after their customers and provide outstanding customer service!!
