    This place is a nightmare to deal with . My sales person was great but the place dropped the ball in so many ways . Horrible management

From the very first call, our salesman Eddie was an absolute standout. Professional, confident, competent, and incredibly thorough, he made this out-of-state purchase feel effortless. He went above and beyond by giving us a live, personal FaceTime tour of the exact unit we were interested in, walking us through every detail as if we were standing right there. He then followed up with clear and organized emails--and even took the time to go over every single detail with us on the phone to ensure we fully understood. When we called to verify if the 2021 Grand Design Momentum 351M M-Class was in stock, Eddie confirmed and handled everything so smoothly and quickly that any stress we had about buying our first home disappeared. His knowledge of both the product and the process was outstanding, and not once did we feel pressured, rushed, or like "just another sale." Eddie is the perfect example of what the standard in sales and customer service should be--genuine, respectful, kind, accommodating, and trustworthy. Talking to him was like talking to a good neighbor, not a pushy salesman. I truly hope this company recognizes employees like Eddie, because he deserves every bit of appreciation and recognition for his work ethic and care. When we finally met Eddie in person on pickup day, he was exactly who he'd been over the phone: genuine and authentic. The excitement and confidence we felt in our purchase was because of the way Eddie handled our entire experience. We also have to rave about Justin in the service/parts department--after we received an amazing, detailed, two-hour walkthrough of our new toyhauler, Justin stepped in and made sure we were fully set up as first-time owners. His personality was the best--fun, respectful, and incredibly helpful. He guided us through selecting all the essential "first-timer" gear we needed, introducing us to Kuma Outdoor Gear, which we instantly fell in love with! Even in 90+ degree heat, both inside and outside the service garage, Justin was going up and down stairs hauling our huge purchases for over three more hours. His energy, dedication, and genuine enthusiasm made this part of the process a blast and worth every penny. Colton RV should absolutely recognize Justin for his outstanding work ethic--he's a true asset to the company. They even went the extra mile to accommodate our working K9, Raptor, making sure our time there was stress-free for both us and him. Another bonus? The dealership has a couple of camping lots right in the back where you can spend the night in your new RV to truly see how "at home" you feel. The area is safe and secure, with a locked gate so no one can bother you, and the staff made sure we were completely comfortable during our stay. And finally, Kiera in finance--a true gem! She was efficient, knowledgeable, and made what could have been a stressful conversation about warranties and coverages genuinely enjoyable. It never felt like a sales pitch; instead, she approached it from the perspective of a homeowner, making sure we got great deals on the coverages that actually mattered for our lifestyle. Set up an appointment for yesterday at noon to pay the deposit and the balance when we picked it up. Explained that we were driving over 3 hours to get there. Got a text in the morning asking if we were still coming and we said yes. We were already on the road. We arrived early for our appointment and we were met by Zac saying "we sold the camper 30 seconds ago" he said they had other RVs. None are what we are looking for. Knowing that we were on our way they could have told the other party it was pending sale.

    Do Not Hire! I repeat DO NOT use this company for your RV Repairs. They are quick to respond, I…read morethink it's because they need the business with a F rating I understand why. I had a AC unit installed 7/20/25 under warranty everything was processed quickly. They installed a Furrion 15K which is different than the Coleman-Mack that was original AC unit in RV. In the large ceiling vent there is a styrofoam block that is not compatible with new unit. Found out it's not included in the install. Tech modified the styrofoam to try to make it work now one ceiling vent doesn't work and AC is extremely loud and seems to be some vibration. All this was mentioned to tech during installation but what we mentioned to them they just ignored the problem and blew us off. A tech came out on 8/1/25 to look at unit his finding were the styrofoam block is not the compatible for the new Furrion AC that was installed and the vibration could be the roof unit probably need some shims. Tried to work with owner Ken Winfield the owner to see if he would work with us but he let us know their job is to install unit only they don't do customizations. There were issues with installation after installing it would run cold then start blowing warm air it took about 5 hours total. Techs left said job was complete and issue was resolved, but in 20 minutes after they left it started blowing warm air again. Very disappointed should have done my homework before hiring them, and now we have to live with a very loud unit. Look for another RV repair company
