I was very, very pleased. Time passed. Someone backed into me. Again, a flawless job right on target with the estimate. A great place to deal with about what can be a distressing event. Well off the road and around a curve in Cedarfield Commons - you'd never know it was there unless you knew it was there. I wouldn't even consider trying another bodywork place now.

I hate to leave bad reviews but I need to warn people - especially those that may not be as 'car…read moresavvy' as others. So I was involved in an accident that left both my driver's side tires blown out and both rims with extensive damage. I had heard good things about Northside so I had my vehicle taken to Northside in Dewitt (I live in the Syracuse area). The Dewitt location said they were backed up so they were sending my truck to the Greece location. I received a call from one of their reps so he could find out what happened in the accident and hear my concerns regarding other damages my truck may have incurred since we could only see the tires and rims were damaged. We had a quick but good conversation and he asked me if I wanted the new tires in the front or back since you cannot have unevenly worn tires on either side. (Differing treads should be placed opposite one another i.e. one set of same treads in front and other set of treads in rear) You cannot do this side to side as the vehicle will pull, essentially fight itself as the treads try to do their thing. Anyways - having him ask me that was reassuring that he knew what he was doing so I felt less anxious. They said my vehicle would be ready 7/2. I didn't hear anything that day but I figured with the upcoming holiday, they were probably a little behind (no biggie - I had a great rental ;) So I called on 7/7 after not hearing anything and they said my truck was in quality control and they were about to call me later that day to arrange for pick up (back in Dewitt) So I arrived at their Dewitt location and spoke with two nice ladies who explained to me that they had an alignment done on my truck - they 'subcontract' alignments through Monroe Tire and Muffler. But they said they had to replace the upper ball joint so again I felt better knowing they found that - which led me to believe they actually had taken a serious approach to my concern. So I drove off - happy as a clam. Until I did my own test and found that my truck was pulling to the left. And not slightly - I took my hand off the wheel and it immediately started veering into the oncoming lane. So I got home and took a closer look. They installed the new rims and tires on the driver's side and hadn't rotated them so the more-worn tires were in the back and new tires were in the front. I wouldn't have been so angry if the rep hadn't specifically mentioned they were going to do just that! And the quality control inspection? WHAT THE F@$K WERE THEY INSPECTING?!?!? I will say that when I called the rep he did apologize several times and offered to fix it if I brought it in. But that would be more of a waste of my time and jockeying cars and rides etc that I didn't want to deal with. So I fixed it myself in an hour in my garage. This is a concern to me because my original tires are still fairly new (purchased last fall). But what if another customer was in there, down on their luck, whose original tires weren't in the best shape? That could cause an accident and someone could be hurt. I also want to mention that I have a sneaking suspicion that Northside 'subcontracted' the entire project to Monroe, who slapped the tires on there and called it good and Northside was being lazy and didn't follow up. They just made Monroe do all the work for half what the insurance company was paying them. That's pretty low Northside. Your reputation just took a big hit in my book.

Unfortunately, the resultant rock chips necessitated the bumper being re-painted (which they would not pay for). Now, the other 1/2 of the bumper Diamond Shield is "peeling off" and taking the paint with it. So, I will have to remove the D.S. & re-paint the bumper. I am very disappointed in the quality of this product, and what appears to be very poor installation and attention to detail (especially when they forgot to install 1/2 of it). As others have said: "Don't do it". It causes the problems it purports to prevent.

When they remove the film it also takes some of the paint with it. Jason told me he was going to send me a customer care kit for my inconvenience which we also never received. No follow-up wish I could recommend. Brett and Jason were very friendly in the beginning but after they received our money they don't follow thru.

Yesterday my rig broke down and my boss sent Kerhaert's to get me. We've used them many times before. A good bunch! Brandon was the operator they sent to get me. He knows his business well. He is of the 4th generation of the Kerhaert's Towing. They do a good job and get to you as fast as possible.

From Bob and Elvis in the sales department, to Steve and Savannah in the service department, and even to Chuck in the collision shop out back - they know how to treat their customers right. I bought two cars from them and I get them serviced at the dealer. I know some people think that's crazy but they actually work out to be less money and better service and they certainly know my car inside and out. And just today I went in with a question about a small scratch and mark on the fender of my car and Chuck in the body shop took 15 minutes out of his day to make it right. Right on the spot. That's what I call Service! I highly recommend Hondas and I highly recommend getting one from Ralph Honda.

On 12/29 I received a call from the part department that the new part for the gas door cable arrived and they want to set up an appointment to installed it. To my surprised, the car was fixed on 12/11 and I paid it off the same day. Their integrity, trust and respect has droped immensisly. Did they scam me? They refused to show me the old part when I picked up the car. So I canceled the purchased of a brand new Ridgeline truck.

I bought my car in November of '24... was extremely happy about it! And then the check engine light came on 6 months later... I took it into a mechanic that is highly trusted and was told that I had multiple leaks and that my ball joint was one good pothole away from my tire flying off. They said for everything they found wrong with my car, it should never have been sold to me. Now. I trust my mechanic. But I wanted to be sure and I got a second opinion. Cue me taking my car to ridgeview motors. They said they have never seen my car before (mind you. This place is a sister company to Summit view and Ridgeview. Same owner) at that shop. And even the mechanic at Ridgeview told me the car never should have been sold to me. Fast forward to after all of that got done and paying out of my own pocket. Check engine light still hasn't gone off. So I had a diagnostic check run on it... and the code coming back is a catalytic converter bank one code. I call them AGAIN and ask what was going on. Because at this point I'm irate that I bought a $12k car that I'm ending up spending the equivalent of my down payment in repairs on... I told them I wanted to speak with the owner because this is ridiculous. Ball joints and a cat converter don't go within 6 months to a year on a freshly inspected car! And since it was outside of the requirements for me to enact the lemon law, I wanted something to be done for the fact that I was sold a faulty car! I went into Summit View and asked to speak to the owner or whoever was in charge and Steve (the manager at the time) told me that the owner would get in contact with me in a few days. It is now December of 2025 (6 months after I was told the owner would get in touch with me) and I have not heard a single thing from the owner. I was also told that the owner would refrain from contacting me for as long as possible just so that everything that's wrong wouldn't be covered by a warranty and he wouldn't have to pay or fix anything. With the amount of money I spent in repairs already, I'm contemplating suing this location or even the owner directly because I was sold this car under the implication that it was able to pass inspection and I wouldn't have to do anything in terms of repairs which is a form of fraud! This is beyond ridiculous and I absolutely do not advise anyone to buy from Roc EZ EVER...! Honestly contemplating going to another dealership, seeing if they'll take my car, pay off the rest of it, and get me a new car that isn't riddled with problems... never again will I buy from here again.

The manager responded and suggested I bring the car in for a possible free fix. I did bring it in. An estimate was done as well as a temporary no-charge fix. Given this experience as well as previous experience, I would return in the future should we need their services!
