Really impressed with the experience I had here today. I came in for new wipers and was greeted right away by the staff. After a few minutes of comparing wipers, an employee came over to help us and even offered to put on the new wipers for us. When they didn't have the right attachment for my car, he swiftly got another employee, they processed our refund, and set us up with another pair that fit. Both employees we interacted with were friendly and helpful, and I'll definitely come here again if I need anything else for my car. read more

I went to Autozone tonight, and was very impressed with their customer service. There was a young girl working that could not have been nicer! I needed wiper blades installed, and she tried very hard to get them on (she was short and was having trouble reaching them). Her veteran co-working took over, and took care of it. The two of them were juggling many customers, and they were great with everyone. I will definitely recommend this location! read more

I was so impressed with this location and its employees! Stopped in on a snowy January day to inquire about a de-icer as my gas cap was frozen shut. Before me in line was an elderly couple being helped by the manager, who was replacing the batteries to their key fob. The woman needed a rest room and was personally escorted by another employee to the bathroom. They were so patient and kind to this couple. Then the manager asked what he could help me with. I told him my problem and he offered me an open can of de-icer for me to try. He came out to see if it worked (which it did!) and accepted no payment. In a world where impatience and terrible customer service seems to becoming the norm, it was so wonderful to have the experience at this auto zone. read more

Went there knowing the kinda product I wanted, but there was one person there who said he knew nothing about anything in his store. I asked "why do you work here then?" And he said "rent". They have a such good service. Their staff is really nice. They are really helpful and kind. They answer really fast and help you like a snap. I was there to change a head light on the car, first checked the Monro and they said I have to wait 30-40 min and for just changing the light they said they would charge $35 + the price for the light , while autozone people just charged me for light and changed the light for free without waiting at all, and took them 5 minuets to do it. So happy that did not waste time and money In Monro and get awesome service in autozone. read more

Jeff is apparently the manager and is extremely rude. My business directly refers about 100 customers a month to parts stores recommends many parts dealers to customers but Autozone will be the place I tell them TO AVOID! He has an attitude and a chip on his shoulder. He talked down to me and my staff. He was extremely rude to his employees and I am warning people if they want to be treated with disrespect to go here. He should be replaced. read more
