He advised me that must be from the prior service managers, which I knew was a lie based on the dates of the review, unless they just changed within the last 10 days. I thought I may have needed a new battery, so I asked if I could get a diagnostic test, I was advised NO without an appointment. Well, because I feel I'm a mechanic, I said okay I'll just buy a battery. I was advised they could put it in. Was told wouldn't take long, but it took over an hour. Maybe I'm just inpatient, but I thought an hour was long. The person helping me was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, the battery obviously wasn't my problem, as I still have the same issue, so to the dealer I go. They also didnt know the car needed to reset after replacing the battery, so in the parking, like I had to google how to reset. Lessons learned. 1. Im not a mechanic. 2- Some things you just need to stick with the dealer. I'm not sure about pricing, but it cost me 250.00 for the battery and installation. I'm hoping that was a reasonable deal.

He responded he would go ask and NEVER left his seat !! Upset by this , I called my husband and told him what was occurring . While talking , another lady overheard and offered to pull the truck in to have it serviced . This resulted in another 45 minute wait just to be told I "needed to purchase a new tire" . ILL GO ELSEWHERE NEXT TIME !!

Told me I needed to replace the electric fans. Motors seized. Recommended aftermarket Fans. Then it was wiring harness for fans, then TPM. After I received the car back my turn signals were not operating properly. Flashing erratically. Was told it is probably my bulbs. Checked bulbs. None are out. Took it back. Replaced TPM again. Still malfunctioning turn signals. Was told " I wouldn't worry, they work good enough". Until I can't pass inspection in my state. I never had issues with my turn signals until Northtown Dodge repaired my vehicle.

Last week I went to see the Van Gogh Postman at the Albright. Heading home waiting at the Parkside/298 light I was tapped from behind. Not a lot of damage, but enough that it needs some TLC. Which took me to Northtown. Who looked at that damage and gave me an estimate for the othe drivers insurance. But then suggested I look for a trunk lid replacement instead of trying to fix some dents there (not caused by me or the tap from behind). Online we found this place actually had the piece we needed. In the right (not common) color. So that's how I found this part of William Street. The man who helped me is in the picture posted and he was great. And patient, talking to the novice that I am. Another man took me out through the yard - HUGE - to find the right car. This place is really interesting. That's why it's 5 stars. I can't really rate it compared to other similar places because I have no comparison points. But for "new to me" experiences it was up there. Not "bungee jumping" up there, but up there. They took the car part off and I came back to pick it up later. You pay before they take the part off. So they make sure you come back. They called to let me know it was ready and it was a super easy pickup. I have to say, this is a great way to replace standalone car parts. They don't install them, so I'll be driving with this part for a few days until I can get it installed. But ok. They don't take Amex. Which I consider to be close to a star loss issue, but given the sheer learnings ive has over the past few days, it's staying at 5 stars.

Made a call to these guys and Tim came down to my office (which was down the street) to help get me started. Followed him back to the store, replaced my battery and made sure everything else was good to go! They went above and beyond to help me out, and their prices are more than reasonable! Before me in line was an elderly couple being helped by the manager, who was replacing the batteries to their key fob. The woman needed a rest room and was personally escorted by another employee to the bathroom. They were so patient and kind to this couple. Then the manager asked what he could help me with. I told him my problem and he offered me an open can of de-icer for me to try. He came out to see if it worked (which it did!) and accepted no payment. When I finally got the order, it was wrong. They told me oh well I guess I missed it by one number when I ordered it. All I needed was the backseat to be changed from a formal roof car to a convertible. The backseats are different. They told me that I had to send the whole set back. The problem was the two front bucket seats had already been upholstered. I asked if I could send just the Backseat back since it was the wrong one. They said the only way they could do an exchange was for me to un-upholster my front seats. and send everything back. Absolutely ridiculous. This once was a good company.
