BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!! Purchased a Used Fifth Wheel Travel Trailer on 11/17/23. I will admit I had every opportunity to walk away from this sale with the loss of a $1500 deposit that the dealership said was non refundable, the deposit was made against my better judgement. First inspection of the RV after deposit was made over the phone showed multiple flaws with the unit and I was willing to allow the dealership to make the necessary repairs before pickup date. On the pickup date our inspection showed the repairs were not completed as promised and our deposit was at risk of loss if we did not allow them to try and make the necessary repairs on the pickup day. The walkthrough technician was extremely frustrated with my requests and continually slammed the plastic refrigerator door and told me to use "Man Strength" if I wanted it closed, it was clearly broken. This experience was terrible and a show of poor customer service. After all day in the dealership we opted to take the unit as it was as to not forfeit our deposit. Fast forward 24 hours and the problems started to show face. Stereo not working for more than 5 minutes, Hot Water Heater not working after Tech De-Winterized the unit, Refrigerator making loud sounds, and the worst was the faulty landing gear collapsing and causing major damage to the RV. After multiple phone calls and emails I was eventually told these problems were all mine and the dealership wanted nothing to do with assisting in any of the problems that arose, they did offer to give a quote to fix the damage done by their faulty RV. As it stands this RV is currently stuck on the back of my truck and can not be removed as the landing gear is completely broken. As a buyer I would be cautioned against doing business with this company as their values are clearly those of profit and nothing more. Mark my words, you WILL REGRET purchasing anything from this company and they will not stand behind anything they promise. You have been warned. read more

We recently purchased a camper from this dealership. At the time of sale, we were promised that certain parts (new tip out bed and awning bag that was ripped during demonstration) were already on order and expected to arrive the same day. We were told we could either return for installation or have them shipped directly to us. That was a few weeks ago. Since then, we've received no updates, no tracking, and no follow-through. I've called multiple times over the past week and have been told I need to speak with the GM, Brian, who gave me his business card and assured me he was available directly by phone, yet he has not returned my call. The salesman who sold us the camper, Carlos, has also stopped responding to my messages entirely. The parts department refuses to answer questions and says I can only speak to Brian. This dealership was more than happy to close the sale, but completely disappeared the moment they had our money. If you're considering buying from here, be very cautious, especially about any verbal promises. Based on this experience and what I've now seen from their BBB and Yelp reviews, this appears to be a pattern. I will update this review if the dealership chooses to resolve this professionally. I just Purchased my third RV a Rockwood 8329SB trailer from RV One Buffalo. Jacob M sold this unit to me as well as my first RV which was a Jayco 22A Class C. I purchased both RV's from Buffalo RV because of pricing and Jacob's focus on the customer experience. Both experiences in dealing with him was nothing like the typical sales person. He asked questions to make sure I was making the correct purchase and answered all my questions completely as well. He does not pressure you during the sale and educated me to things I needed to know without making me feel stupid. Knowing I was so new to the RV world he guided me to resources to get answers and issues I needed addressed during and after my purchases. We just bought a brand new travel trailer from Buffalo RV and our salesman Jason was amazing he answered all of our questions helped us navigate being new to the trailer world and explained some of the finer points of purchasing a Jayco. The gentleman who did our demo was Matt and he was another amazing human being he was very dedicated to making sure that we knew what we were doing and I even Videoed everything on my cell phone during our demo. Matt took as much time as we needed to answer questions that we were unsure of this is the first time that we purchased anything like this and he wanted to make sure that we were confident in what we were doing he answered all questions no matter how crazy they were. Purchased a used trailer from Buffalo RV was told by the Salesman Mike Walsh that the unit had a new fridge and AC unit and everything would be working at pick up. When I arrived for my inspection I was told the the brand new refrigerator didn't run on propane only electric. When I told them what the salesman told me they absolutely refused to fix it and when asked to speak with the store manager, he didn't even have the stones to come out and talk to me. Because of their treatment of me I will not be turning in this unit for trade and purchasing a fifth wheel which I had thought about doing. Make sure if you ever buy something from these folks that you have it written in the contract exactly what you want because they cannot be trusted. read more

Lazy group of people work here. I came in for an rv assessment on my rv that was in an accident. They did not assess and report the damage properly, and sent an absolutely ridiculously incorrect assessment to my insurance in what can only be perceived as laziness. They were also impossible to get ahold of. I called in and was told to call back in 20 min and someone would be there to take my call, and when i called back 20 min later it said they had just closed. Anytime i had to talk to them i had to just drive there. Wouldnt call me back, and then would lie about having called me back. I wouldnt recommend these guys if you're looking for a thorough job well done. read more

Joey in the service department had to problem solve and fix several issues that were critical in the middle of our six-week trip. He not only addressed all the issues at a very high level of competency, but also problem solved a difficult issue which no one else had solved. Despite all the challenges, his attitude was so respectful and his patience outstanding. Ryan, his service manager, was also very helpful in resolving our issues. Best RV service ever! We were in a bit of a pickle when we hit a bridge and knocked one of our ac units off of the top of our motorhome. They were able to get us in and on our way in a matter of a few hours. They were so accommodating and very friendly with their service and let us crash in the waiting room while waiting for the repair. HIGHLY RECCOMEND read more

I'm not going to go into specifics but just know there is no one who works there that doesn't lie. It is by far the worst run company you will ever come across and for the life of me I don't understand how they're still in business.
