I live Alden Lancaster area, the first time I went through the phone book calling different shops, I was impressed when I called them and talked to Kevin. This gentleman was honest and up front about what could be wrong. They repaired my 2000 caravan cylinder head that overheated, jump a head a few years car ran great but was in accident. So then got a 2005 grand caravan had a few problems talked with Kevin again his great staff fixed both heads car is still running with324,000miles and going strong . Then I had to repair broken exhaust studs on my 1984 rv I took it apart they extracted all the broken studs retapped checked to make sure not warped and pressure check , rv still running great. I have taken my 2.3l turbo head in with bent valves, I got it back and installed and it jump time same day I reinstalled. They were so concerned they were calling to tell me ways how and what to check before total tare down. Unfortunately had to dare down and have some of the valves replaced. They were so nice they even apologized for what they had to charge me. I completely understood it was not there fault car jumped time it was a fluke They gave me a lot advise on what I should change from there professional staff, I have since purchased what they advised to also replace. A very professional young man Shane even spent much time going over the reinstall because he had done his 2.3l mazda rebuild. I trailered my not running bike to their shop. I had called them a few times trying to get a feel…read morefor a finish date. Each time I called they said they were working it but still hadn't figured it out. I was getting nervous about the cost I was racking up. A day or two later they called and told me it was finished. $160 later I could pick my perfectly running bike up. Overall I am VERY pleased with their mechanics as well as their customer service. All easy going guys looking to help you out (not steal your money), a rarity to get best of both worlds. I will DEFINITELY be using their services for any other work I might need done!

If you value your machine, DO NOT take it to this place. I took my ATV there in July for an oil…read morechange and tune up. I was running fine when I took it there. When I went to pick it up the owner had a difficult time starting it. He said because it was sitting outside for a few days. When I got the machine home, it would not start at all. I contacted him that it would not start, and he said he was now busy and said I could bring it back in a couple of weeks. I took it back and he said there was bad gas in it (I had just put new non-ethanol in it). He said he had to drain the tank and clean the fuel lines, clean the carburetor, and put a new spark plug in it. I took the machine home, and it still would NOT start. I contacted him again ( he doesn't answer his phone, he only replies to text messages). Again, he said he was busy, and he'd get back to me when I could bring it in. I asked if he had some obligation to look at my machine since it's not running after 2 trips to his place. His response was, "Just because I touched it does not mean that I caused the problem." To the contrary, I got fed up with this guy's bull and took it to a very reputable dealer in the area. Their service department looked at the machine, and the next day called me and said the carburetor had been taken off but was not placed back into the machine properly which was the primary no start problem. They also said the spark plug was at least a couple of years old and was definitely NOT a new plug. When I told them who did the work, they said I was not the first person to bring a machine to them after 716 motorsports had "worked on it". 716 Motorsports charged me for a spark plug he never replaced and labor he had not provided. On the invoice he had charged me for a spark plug installation and testing. I my opinion, he is an incompetent mechanic, a liar and a thief. And the final word, he sent me a text on Sept. 26, 2 months after I first brought it in, asking me if I'd like to bring it back. HA HA, NEVER AGAIN!!!
