I moved in October 2025, and I have still not been able to get a refund despite buying their insurance. What a scam. I strongly recommend you find anyone else to help you move. I tried reporting them to the BBB. They reply saying they're working with the customer, and it's been a month since I've heard anything from them. They are not interested in making things right.

The guys who helped with my move were polite and able to take care of the big stuff I couldn't handle. While I understand that many moving companies have a 2-hour minimum, it honestly would have been nice to be able to have them come for just 1 hour which is about all it took for them to move the big stuff, as my brother and I were able to handle most of the rest before they got there. They will take good care of your things while they move you (I've never had them break or damage anything, and as I have several antiques and old and/or heavy pieces of furniture, this is very important to me). If I were to contract with them again, I would more proactively take the lead in communication to ensure it was timely and effective. I would likely to go with the cash pay option just so that I know everything is taken care of right away.

We lived on Maxwell, and they already knew how to navigate coming onto base and getting to our home. If you live on base and are moving out, I recommend them as well.
