The guys who helped with my move were polite and able to take care of the big stuff I couldn't handle. While I understand that many moving companies have a 2-hour minimum, it honestly would have been nice to be able to have them come for just 1 hour which is about all it took for them to move the big stuff, as my brother and I were able to handle most of the rest before they got there. They will take good care of your things while they move you (I've never had them break or damage anything, and as I have several antiques and old and/or heavy pieces of furniture, this is very important to me). If I were to contract with them again, I would more proactively take the lead in communication to ensure it was timely and effective. I would likely to go with the cash pay option just so that I know everything is taken care of right away.
