After going through the gamut of therapists without relief, we went to the Forest Ave location and met Moe. He was wonderful. He was all hands on-not using weights or exercise equipment but his gifted hands and gave us both a therapeutic treatment. He was not in a rush and made sure that all our pain had dissipated. He knows how to conduct a session and made us feel like his only two patients. If it weren't for Moe,we would have consulted another practice.I felt much better after this session and am ecstatic that I found this wonderful physical therapist that really knows how to alleviate pain and took his time. We will continue to see Moe on a regular continuous basis because he was the only therapist that helped us. ACCOLADES!!

Received there voice message same time while I was going downstairs in there facility that I should reschedule with other therapist at 4.pm . They refused to take me , I waited there for one hour. As I do not drive my husband drop me and pick me after 50 mins . I told them it is not possible for me to come back at 4pm and when there grace period change from 15 mins to 5 mins. It should be mention upfront while making appointments like other notes about cancellation fees extra mentioned on wall at reception. They should call me ahead of time for reschedule if there therapist is busy . Theirs always something peaceful about being with your own people! So I travel & waste a lot of time just to get my therapy . I wanna mention one thing that they have a separate room for ladies if you don't feel comfortable getting therapy outside . Altho at first they said it will be totally ok for me to get therapy inside. But on my third day the lady was complaining about it saying oh she needs to check up on other patients & it's easier to do it outside . If that's the case why you have a private room on the first place. Also the days are going by & therapy time is getting less & less. At this point I feel like I should find another place . After all this hassle it takes me to get here , I feel like it's not worth it ! Another thing which I was very surprised that no Dr has seen me yet & didn't done any imagine on me. How can you start my therapy before even finding out what's wrong with me . It just doesn't make any sense , I really expected more from them! Kinda heartbroken now!

Dear Forward Therapy,…read more I am writing this letter today to express my gratitude for all the care and love that you have provided me. When I came for my first appointment I was scared and unsure that I would ever recover properly from my car accident. You took me in with a warm smile and warm hands and reassured me that I had what it takes to get better and made me believe it was true. Forward therapy is more than a rehab gym. It's a gym that heals the soul just as much as the body. I instantly bonded with my therapists who gave me great advise and perspective on my progress, and each therapist had something unique to bring to the table. The team made going to therapy fun and exciting as I pushed through the pain. I loved how professional all the staff were, it made me feel safe and in good hands. The gym is clean and the staff were always on time and on schedule, they never overbooked so everyone gets plenty space and time with the therapists. I want to thank everyone who took care of me over the past couple months, my experience could not have been more positive. I rolled myself in (barely) with a walker and walked myself out the door. I know my journey is just beginning but I could not have done it without you guys, you gave me back my life and I will never forget it. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

After a period of rest at home, I began physical therapy at FORWARD PT on the recommendation of friends. I've just completed my 5th week of PT (3 times/wk) and I'm delighted to say my condition - muscle strength and physical stamina - are much improved. I've even gained back most of the weight I'd lost. In addition to sessions with David, I've had several with other therapists in the office. In fact, all my sessions have been excellent. Each was somewhat different in terms of the areas emphasized - cardio, balance, core, resistance exercises, etc. - but the care and individual attention from the entire staff were consistently superb. The variety and types of equipment FORWARD PT has available is also impressive. After spending some time at NYU's Rusk Rehabilitation Center, I can say without reservation that FORWARD PT is every bit as good or better - both in the quality of its staff and the therapies offered. It's been a pleasure. Thank you!
