I have waited many times, despite getting there prior to my appointment time, for patients that are acquaintances to a staff member, arrived prior to me but with no appointment, that arrived before me with a later appointment or had an "emergency." my therapist, Tatiana, agreed that the office is not run properly and treats patients terribly. She stated that she has to listen to management even though it is wrong to take patients out of turn. Additionally, the office is outdated, dark and dirty.
