I ordered a hero frozen German chocolate no substitutions and no added items (shots, etc) and it was ALMOST $9. NINE DOLLARS for a large frappe ?!?!?!? I came here wanting to support smaller businesses especially after watching their old building get demolished and turned into a Dunkin donuts. But with prices like that, Dunkin' and Starbucks are definitely going to run them out of business. Second complaint is the lack of nutrition info. For as many years as they have been in business, they have ZERO available nutrition facts in store or online. And now the business has blocked my messages on Facebook. Guess they're not interested in honest feedback

The drink I had was very delicious. The workers there were very friendly and one of them brought my drink to me. The last time I ordered the breakfast Lox Bagel with no customizations it was absolutely foul!!! The moment I opened the container at work there was a horrid stench of old onions, so much so that everyone that sat in a 20 ft radius of me was complaining of a nasty onion smell. I was so embarrassed!! On top of it the avocado was very brown. Needless to say I called and got a free bagel. This time was MUCH better!! The only issues was that they were out of cucumbers but didn't bother telling me until I went back in to tell them about my messed up order. Also I ordered wasabi CC instead of plain and that was the other reason I went back in. The lady that made my sandwich adamantly insisted she made the wasabi CC that day and since she got so many complaints about it being too spicy, she put less wasabi in it but there WAS wasabi in it. I told her I have a VERY good sense of taste and I picked up ZERO hint of wasabi flavor. Let's be real, ANYONE who is complaining about the heat of wasabi has no business ordering wasabi CC in the first place, PERIOD! I will say, the people that work there are so very nice and accommodating!!
