I researched online and connected with Ryan from Floodsmen. He responded immediately was knowledgeable and accommodating. Within minutes of his arrival Ryan pinpointed the source of the smell, which was our mini split. Our HVAC company cleaned that system today and so far so good. I would highly recommend Floodsmen! Before getting started, a high school friend I've known for decades said these words, "stick with them." I am glad I listened because it was one of the best decisions I have made. Tenants caused catastrophic damage to a home I inherited. They ignored the water and mold that was spreading throughout the kitchen hardwood floor and waited months to say anything at all. Dave and his team arrived immediately to assess the damage, get a dehumidifier and air scrubber going - while keeping me abreast of every detail. This is critical because I live out of state and had to rely on them throughout the process. In addition to everything else, they referred me to another great company to do the rebuild of my hardwood floor, cabinets and countertop. The partnerships they've established through years of building a good reputation, make all the difference. Utah Disaster Team is a outstanding company, and one I would recommend to any friend, neighbor or family member. With a broad range of necessary expertise and solid communication, they have not only done extraordinary work, they have walked me through every detail while providing excellent customer service along the way. They make themselves available whenever you need them, and prices are competitive.

I can honestly say that in 35 years, Wasatch Heat Cable is the most professional, polite, honest, upfront, and trustworthy group of people I've ever worked with as a whole. My sales rep, Kyler P. patiently held my hand through the entire process from bid to install, educated me on many nuances and details of the job (knew his stuff), was on site for much of the install to oversee that what I had requested/agreed upon was translated into action, and responded immediately to me anytime I texted him. Everyone that stepped foot on my property was respectful, neat, and tidy. They even used ladders with padded edges so my gutters didn't get scratched. I would highly suggest using this company and trust them completely! They might not be the cheapest, but Kyler worked with me to find affordable options and even scouted out new snow rail options when I requested a lower price option...and the slightly higher price was worth it for the end result and peace of mind. Great company, classy people, great product and job. Besides my amazing sales rep Kyler P., the other installers & techs deserve a shout out as well: Kyle R., Matt G., Josh B., and electrician Joshua T. who were all stellar and so good at their job. It was so warped that I could not make it work myself and I don't have all the saws and tools it required to attempt to fix it myself. Matt and Tahnee were quick to respond and I went with them even though they only had one review, and I'm glad I did. They kept me informed about the process and provided a video walk through when the work was done. I feel the price charged was fair, and it saved me from trying to figure out what to do myself. He also fixed an old drywall hole that had been in the back wall under the sink for the last 13 years at no additional cost. Better than expected. Thank you Full Nest for a quality job.

From the moment of contact, Matt was professional and reliable. I'm an out-of-state owner of a…read morerental house and cannot be onsite so it's easy for contractors to cut corners but still charge top dollar for their work. This was not the case with Full Nest Remodel and Repair. The estimates I had received for a very small, 40 sq foot bathroom floor repair/install were exorbitant. I kept looking and found Full Nest. Matt was courteous and communicative through the whole process of selecting the materials needed to the day of the install. He fulfilled my request of sending me videos of the project in progress, narrating the process so I knew what was going on every step of the way. Once the damaged flooring was removed, it was revealed that the joists needed to be reinforced before installing the new subfloor. Matt did not cut corners in order to finish the job in the usual 8 hour day by ignoring this fact and installing the new floor anyway without shoring up the joists. Instead, he worked well into the evening so that when he left the family of three had a functioning bathroom. (It's the only bathroom in the 800 sq. foot house.) He returned the next day to do the finishing work of replacing the baseboards. The best part about working with Matt was seeing his integrity in action. Even though the job took longer than anticipated, Matt never approached me saying I will need to pay more than the agreed amount in order for him to complete it. And, best of all, he went above and beyond by making sure the young family had a working bathroom for the night. Full Nest is now in my Rolodex for any future projects that come up and Matt will be my first call.

Buyer beware. This…read morecompany doesn't just have poor customer service--they appear to retaliate against customers who leave honest negative reviews. We spent nearly $9,000 on a patio cover after explaining that durability was extremely important because we have large dogs. Nobody bothered to tell us the support posts were thin aluminum that dent incredibly easily. Nobody bothered to tell us the gutter opening was so small that it's nearly impossible to clean and is lined with sharp metal edges. When we first reported these issues years ago, we were essentially told, "Too bad." One owner even admitted the gutter design had been a known flaw for over 20 years. Twenty years. Yet they continue selling it without disclosing the issue to customers beforehand. Fast forward to this year. The gutter is still impossible to clean. Leaf blower? Doesn't work. Hose? Doesn't work. Pressure washer? Doesn't work. The only way to remove debris is by reaching into the tiny opening with your hands, which has resulted in my husband cutting himself multiple times on the sharp metal. Two months ago we called because the patio cover was still under warranty. We were told a work order would be submitted and someone would contact us. Nobody ever did. So today we called again. The first employee agreed that our gutter didn't sound right and told us it should have around 3 to 4 inches of clearance. He said he'd submit another work order. Less than ten minutes later, my husband got a call from management. Not to schedule the repair. Not to apologize. Not to honor the warranty. Instead, he was told they would NOT service our patio cover because I left an honest negative Google review years ago. Think about that for a second. Their response wasn't, "Let's make this right." It was, "You criticized us, so we're refusing to help you." That tells you everything you need to know about this company's integrity. They had multiple opportunities over the years to fix this issue, earn back our trust, and prove they stand behind their work. Instead, they chose pettiness over professionalism. A good company isn't defined by never making mistakes. It's defined by how it handles them. Kool Breeze has repeatedly shown that once they have your money, accountability goes out the window. Spend your money elsewhere. There are plenty of contractors who actually stand behind their work instead of punishing customers for telling the truth.
