ES Solar addressed our first report, but when we discovered a problem with another circuit, they replied: "Due to ES Solar already adjusting your backup loads for free at your last site visit on 12/08/25, I've been advised my management that any future appointment would need to be charged at the standard Electrician Rate of $299 for the first hour and $150 for every following hour."
