As a real estate agent, I'm always looking for professionals I can confidently refer to my clients. After getting to know Christopher, he is absolutely someone I would put on that list. What stood out immediately was his attention to detail and the genuine care he has, not just for his business, but for people. He's the kind of person who takes pride in doing things the right way, not the easy way. He is thoughtful, intentional, and very deliberate in how he approaches his work. He comes across as a true learner and achiever, someone who is always looking to improve, grow, and serve at a higher level. Those are exactly the qualities I look for when recommending someone to clients. Based on that experience alone, I wouldn't hesitate to send people his way. When the time comes that I need HVAC work myself, he will be one of my first calls.

I was fed up with the company recommended by our home insurance carrier after three winters of our furnace out more than it was working, while being nickel&dimed to death, being stood up, shamed, and literally shouted at by that company... so I got a second opinion and was horrified to learn our furnace had a crack in the heat exchanger and for our safety the gas had to be shut off. The original company said they'd be back in *three weeks* to give us a quote. With freezing weather approaching, and me with a serious heart condition I was DONE! I reached out to Absolute Comfort and got a response immediately. When Carrie learned our circumstances, she offered to have someone come out that very night. I deeply appreciate her compassionate understanding. Kristopher came and evaluated the broken furnace, took measurements and assessed the situation, explained the options and made recommendations for getting the best airflow and performance for both heating and cooling in our home. It showed that he really had listened to our family's needs and concerns. We deeply appreciate Kristopher's integrity and honesty. Grateful for his knowledge, experience and genuine passion for the hvac technology. What really mattered to us the most was reliable service we can trust & quality equipment with a good warranty. It's a relief to know that Amana has a lifetime warranty. The service plan really made me happy and gave my husband peace of mind. Of all the companies we got proposals from, Absolute Comfort had the best financing, and very competitive pricing. They quickly handled the paperwork for our insurance adjuster. I was soo relieved to have someone take immediate action. Then, when an earlier install date opened up, Kristopher reached out and got us scheduled earlier. WOW! Thank you! Jon, Brycen and Rich came today and did the install for the new Furnace and AC. It was such a great experience! They each seemed to really care about the quality of their work, and showed our home care and respect. They kept us apprised of the progress throughout the day. Loved seeing how well they worked as a team. Once everything was installed, Jon showed us how to use the equipment and answered all of our questions. Shortly after they left we got an error message on the smart thermostat. Brycen returned straight away, and fixed it. No excuses, delays or run-around... just simply here taking care of it. Absolutely know we made the right choice. Tonight I sleep comfortably, warm and safe, knowing we have a team of professional compassionate people here for us if we need. Highly recommend.

The previous home owner had done a non-standard patch job to get the old one working without a C-wire and even after attempting to rewire it myself neither the old Smart Thermostat nor the new one would work. John helped me figure out what I'd done wrong and had me up and running in about 15 minutes. Everyone was polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. I'll definitely call them first the next time I need HVAC service.

To our recollection we have never posted a negative review, but our experience with Blue Best…read morewarrants one. We met with Blue Best late in 2024 to discuss our concern with air temps in our house, specifically temps in our living room and kitchen, which have high ceilings and southern exposure and become uncomfortably hot in summer. We were very clear about our concern, and the salesperson spent hours assessing our home and assured us his proposed system would solve the problem. We accepted the ~$14,000 bid to install a heat pump solution based on that assurance. By summer 2025, the living room and kitchen were still too hot on most sunny days. Despite many service visits and repeated adjustments (baffles, registers, fan speeds, etc.), the issue was never resolved. Blue Best ultimately stated the system was operating as designed and implied the problem was with our home, not their installation.  In our opinion, Blue Best is very good at selling a solution, but not so good at ensuring that solution meets what the customer needs. Two independent HVAC contractors opined: -Our ductwork is in good condition. -The thermostat, furnace, and compressor Blue Best installed were not properly matched. -Basic industry-standard load calculations (e.g., Manual J) were apparently not done, which would have shown the system was undersized for our home's layout, windows, and sun exposure. Blue Best has declined to remove the system or refund our payment, instead relying on fine print in the contract. We are now pursuing legal options. We have since spent ~$12,000 on a mini-split system from another contractor, which works as intended. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend Blue Best and would strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

I fully expected to be told we needed a new furnace (something the other company had told us many times.) Not only did they honor the low price coupon, they checked everything, and said that though our unit was old, it was in good working condition, and they hoped to keep it that way for awhile, because some of the newer furnaces made then tended to fail. That was about six years ago, and we're still going strong with our original heating setup. We travel a lot, and wanted to get on a regular maintenance program, where Any Hour comes twice per year, and keeps everything clean and working, We can call "any hour" with any trouble or questions. It has worked well. Last month, we decided our contractor may never get around to repairing the tub that he failed to seal or finding where all the leaks were coming from, causing a roof to rain on us downstairs in the garage. We also needed to replace a brand new water heater he'd installed in our new apartment above the new garage. It constantly smelled like sulfur, and the only way to stop it was to run all 50 gallons of water out of it whenever we used it. In Mapleton, that's very expensive. We decided to get a tankless water heater, because we wouldn't have to deal with water just sitting in the tank, growing bacteria and smelling to high heaven whenever we turned on the hot water upstairs in the apartment. Any Hour fixed all the issues, including black mold on the lower floor and cracks that let black widows into the basement. They found and tackled all the problems. No more leaks or spiders! No more smelly water, and no more $300/year to keep water hot when we may not even use it for months. Andrew had discussed all the options, so we decided on a gas tankless, which would require digging a long, deep trench all the way around the house to avoid tearing up concrete. (Our neighbor's was much closer, but that wasn't going to work, either. Ha!) The project began on July 10th, and the city guy finally got here July 31st, but it didn't pass. There was a gas leak and we had to call the gas company, and then the fire department. Ugg. It was due to a faulty part, which Any Hour quickly replaced. Everything is great now, and we just need to keep leveling the trench, adjust the sprinklers, then plant grass and get the lawn to hopefully grow again. We had to repair the drywall, sprinklers and pipe, but we knew that going in, and were okay with it, because if Any Hour had hired someone, it would have been much more expensive. It was something we can do ourselves for less money, so we're glad Any Hour know that, and didn't just assume we'd go for a less hassle but more expensive option. Any Hour is now advertising a lot. I'm hoping it won't change their good prices. Communication is key. Ask, and they'll tell you! Any Hour Services also worked with us on financing this very large and detailed project, which has been very helpful. When everything hits at once, it's great to work with a business that has our backs. Eric and I highly recommend Any Hour, and we weren't paid or offered any discounts to write reviews. We want others to know we've had a great experience.

Charged $399.00 to install. He worked on the 2 repairs for maybe 20 minutes. He was in the house for a total of 25 minutes. some of that time was to do the computer work to give me bids on other work he said we needed. $600.00 for $50.00 in parts and 25 minutes of labor. What a scam, never again ANY HOUR SERVICES! Do not be fooled. I was desperate needing to get the washer fixed for a literal life threatening situation. I was so dumb to let them do the work. They took such advantage of me under the circumstances.
